Hotel Stratford San Francisco - Handwritten Collection

Litet, hård säng

My room was on the 2nd floor but was underground level. Dark, stuffy and creepy. Couldn’t get the windows open. Finally maintenance did it on my 3rd day. No screens on the window. Not at all safe, but too stuffy to sleep. No refrigerator available. No luggage rack. The tv and phone didn’t work at check in. Had to wait 2 days for it to be fixed. No maid service. Very strange hotel. I saw other much nicer rooms with a refrigerator and proper windows. Maybe they didn’t like me as a hotels.com customer.

Aunque la habitación que reservé estaba chica, todo estaba muy cómodo. Almohadas y colchón cómodos. Buena presión de agua y temperatura. Pedí si podía hacer late check out y accedieron sin costo alguno, eso es un gran plus. La ubicación también excelente, muy cerca de todo! Lo único que me quedó a deber fue que no tienen servicio para guardar el equipaje. Mi vuelo salía muy tarde en la noche y tuve que arreglármelas para encontrar dónde guardar las maletas por toda la tarde. Sólo ese inconveniente.

The hotel itself was pretty, clean, and well located. The room was small like you’d expect in a downtown area but the bed was comfortable. Maybe this is typical in SanFrancisco but there was no parking on site and the street in front of the hotel is for street cars and deliveries only. We had to pay $45 in the garage a block away and haul all of our stuff through the rain to the hotel.
