Great place to stay if you need a kitchen and a little bit of extra space. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Comes with breakfast. Parking can be tight. It's easy to miss the entrance so go slow and be aware as you approach or you'll have to go to the next light and come back around.

Everything has been amazing so far. The amenities are great. Breaking is delicious with a variety of hot foods. We have used the pool, fire-pit, laundry services. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It’s been a wonderful experience so far.

Beds were comfortable. Price was very affordable. In terms of amenities, breakfast was fine but not outstandings. Basketball court could be in better shape. Was surprised by the quietness of the rooms given the proximity to the highway. Would absolutely stay here again, very convenient to SFO and other important areas

Excellent stay. Staff was very accommodating, we did have a leak in our room and had to move but the staff especially James, I believe his name was, made sure we were situated in our new room. Im not usually impressed by hotel stays but this was an impressive experience. Breakfast was great with a variety of food. We used the grill by the pool, fire-pit and gym. There is plenty to do in the area and close to the airport.

Excellent experience. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you could want (kitchen, dish wear, desk, living room, etc). We just were staying for the night because we had an early morning departure from SFO. Perfect location. Not a very long drive to the airport (15 minutes) and location felt safe and secure. Room was clean and comfortable. The cost was way below hotels closer to the airport. Will definitely be our go to for when we have early flights from SFO.

There were plenty of reviews that gave this place a 10 and I don’t understand why. It’s fine but depressing. Rooms are big enough with well-enough equipped kitchen. Bathroom is solid. But overall, it’s dark and a little dated and sad. But well located.

Rooms were huge with split level can sleep 8 comfortably. Just note that the lofts were in second floor and if u have big luggages will have to lug them upstairs as the property doesn’t have lift.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a home away from home. Full kitchen, couch, comfy berms, and nice bathroom. It was nice and quiet. Our only issue was that house keeping knocking more than once twice and one of them almost walked into our room without permission. Check out is at 12 noon. The first house keeper knocked at 9:30 am and the second at 11:00 am. That was very unprofessional. There also was no do not disturb sign. That would be helpful.

Our stay was great! It's a beautiful place. The staff were just amazing! I loved having filtered water available for my water bottle. The young gentleman at the front desk was SO helpful and friendly, too. Five stars, all around!

This is usually one of our favorite places to stay. This time after checking in our card key would not open our door, after walking all the way back to office we were given another but still had trouble opening it the whole stay. The breakfast is usually great but when we came with still 1/2 an hour before it ended there was pretty much nothing left ! They slowly would refill a couple things but a lot of other guests were still arriving behind us. Poor planning on the staff especially on a weekend. Also I was upset that they didn't let us know they are now charging a $10 parking fee, they just billed me for it.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The check in process went smoothly, had a nice quiet room, and breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Our issue occurred when our flight was changed to an hour and a half earlier. We grabbed our daughter from bed and hustled out the door. We quickly stopped by the front desk to see if we could grab a milk for our one year old daughter so she had something for breakfast. The young girl working the desk was very unprofessional and rude. She said “well sorry breakfast is closed.” We stated we didn’t need breakfast just if she could go upstairs and grab us a milk for our daughter, we even offered to pay for it, and once again she said “nope sorry upstairs is closed right now.” I asked if she knew someone who had a key and she said “nope we do not have a key for upstairs and breakfast is closed right now.” All she had to do was apologize and say unfortunately they couldn’t do that for us, but it’s how horrible she treated us and did not show hospitality at all. Outside of that experience we had a good time, but that interaction really left a sour taste in our mouth.

Second time checking in, easy and convenient, plus rapid. Staff is extremely pleasant and professional. We also received early check in, which is always a plus. The breakfast spread has a huge variety, from food, to drinks and loads of condiments. I also enjoyed the fruit basket in lobby.

Beds were comfortable. Price was very affordable. In terms of amenities, breakfast was fine but not outstandings. Basketball court could be in better shape. Was surprised by the quietness of the rooms given the proximity to the highway. Would absolutely stay here again, very convenient to SFO and other important areas

My first room had a broken heater that was stuck on so I had to move rooms a bit late at night but was grateful for the option. As a person staying here without a car, it's a little tricky to get around as there is no sidewalk directly leaving the hotel. You have to walk around the parking lot to find a gate in the corner that drops you onto a roadway to cross to the sidewalk. The room is comfortable and the shower has good pressure. I didn't cook but it was nice to have a fridge for leftovers and microwave to reheat.

This is usually one of our favorite places to stay. This time after checking in our card key would not open our door, after walking all the way back to office we were given another but still had trouble opening it the whole stay. The breakfast is usually great but when we came with still 1/2 an hour before it ended there was pretty much nothing left ! They slowly would refill a couple things but a lot of other guests were still arriving behind us. Poor planning on the staff especially on a weekend. Also I was upset that they didn't let us know they are now charging a $10 parking fee, they just billed me for it.

Staff were friendly and very helpful and room was very clean. Was great having a full kitchen, it definitely met all our needs for the week long stay. The beds weren’t comfortable AT ALL and the breakfast was very poor. But we just made our own in the room. Overall you get what you pay for and it’s a great place for the price point.

Second time checking in, easy and convenient, plus rapid. Staff is extremely pleasant and professional. We also received early check in, which is always a plus. The breakfast spread has a huge variety, from food, to drinks and loads of condiments. I also enjoyed the fruit basket in lobby.

I had to check in very late - and the staff was ready and waiting for me, which was very nice. I'm not sure if my late arrival determined my room assignment, but I did end up in a wheelchair-accessible room. It was huge and very well laid out for someone with a disability. I was impressed by the care they took to make sure that plates, etc. were accessible and that there was ample room to move around the space. The breakfast room has an elevator, and there are ramps to and from the parking lot. The breakfast is really nice. All in all, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it!

The property feels tired! The outdoor areas were bleak and no floors or brights spots as in the photos. There was construction site just outside our doors with garbage. Not nice. The beds say queen but they are only full or double. Sheets were decent. Staff were nice. Breakfast was better than many. Appreciate that they use real eggs! Overall clean but because it feels tired it feels a little gloomy and dirty. May be better on second floor with more light.
