Its right next to the highway and very noisy. There is a loundry which is expensive and the drier could not dry my clothes (medium load) even after 2 cicles!! I tried middle drier on the 2nd floor!! In general good option for the price!

Surprised not to find shampoo etc in room or silverware when there is a kitchen. . Unprepared. Appreciated the laundry.

I could see road noise being an issue, luckily to me it’s white noise. The view from my door/window was ca highway 92, hence the noise. The door could have used some new weather stripping I could see the old one hanging from the door. All I needed was a fork and I probably spent a total of two hours waiting in the lobby for somebody to come and help me. Even tried calling. Finally somebody answered and I told them I needed a fork and he told me that all they had was forks and I said OK can I come get one? Just…. Awkward. And I feel like he was watching me stand there, didn’t feel great for sure. And the washer and dryer are expensive compared to others.

Rooms are spacious and the price is reasonable. However, I'd give a better rating if this property had elevators!

Well appointed rooms, courteous and helpful staff, clean environment, proximity to shopping ares (Target, Costco, Marshal’s) and eating joints (Chipotle), free parking. Highly recommend.

Quiet area and accepts pets

This location is wonderful for a peaceful and quiet stay, with ample parking available. The staff members are fantastic, and there's a lovely patio situated in the heart of the building..

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and everything was as good as the more expensive hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good too. I will definitely stay here again.

Extended Stay was clean, very quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Hair strands in bedsheet, I wonder if they actually even wash the sheets and towels. And dirty spot & stain on towels. Done for extended stay

I stay here often as it's located very close to my good friends whom I visit when I'm in town. It's affordable, booking it easy, check in is smooth, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Can't speak to the breakfast as I've never gotten up early enough to have it. The soda machine was empty this last visit, not sure that's the property's fault though.

The only good thing about this property was a front desk receptionist James. He was friendly, accommodating, and nice. However, the hotel is right by the freeway, we checked in our room and it was dirty with bedding from previous guests, dirty towels, and trash. Mr. James had arranged to get the room cleaned, but when we came to room late at night, and I pulled the bedcover, the sheets looked like someone slept on them. It was terrible. In the middle of the night the alarm would go off. And the other lady at reception is grumpy, did not even look at my husband when he was checking out, and only printed the receipt when he asked for it. Will never stay there again.

Water leak, Floor dirty bathroom. Kitchen has no utensils, napkins, cups, to use.

The floors were quite dirty. Obviously something had been spilled and dried on the floor. Very basic hotel room but I guess you get what you pay for

Lacking a little bit on room cleanliness but over all would stay there again.

Floor was dirty and room smelled like smoke. Walked around barefoot in the room and my feet were black from the dirt.

The room was fine, the staff were courteous and helpful, but the room overlooked the freeway and was exceptionally noisy from the traffic. Luckily, I sleep with white noise and was able to use that to drown out the highway noise but even just watching TV was challenging. If you're sensitive to loud traffic noise, make sure you ask for a room off the freeway, as there is a whole bank of rooms that do overlook the freeway.

It was good the only thing our room was on the street side and it was very loud everything else was good thank you

Nondescript building and grounds, which seemed ok since it was for only one night. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioner seemed to work fine. No frills place which was just fine.

The room was spacious and i did like the full size fridge. I was however disappointed with the stove top that was useless as we had no pots or pans or plates and utensils. Also, the breakfast provided was not what the booking called it, the "grab and go" that was provided was seriously lacking. The choice of instant oatmeal plus mini blueberry muffin one day or nutrigrain bar the next was disappointing. No milk or half and half for coffee only oversweetened coffeemate which is awful in tea. They didnt even provide a piece of fruit or juice. The location was not within walking distance to get a decent breakfast.

Average stay. It reminded me of a dorm room. Mattress was thin, bought my own topper. Had to ask for anything coffee pot, utensils... thankfully really only slept and bathed there. Quiet though.

Room is clean and comfortable. I love the kitchen!

They charge me twice I booked from Expedia they took a card for security holding and it’s not refunded yet and they don’t pick up the call

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in town, feels safe, is quiet, rooms are comfortable, and the service is great!

Amazing help checking in. Got an early check in and late checkout without any fuss. Very nice reception.

Great friendly staff

The room was clean and bed is comfortable enough. At check in at 3pm my room wasn't ready but the gentleman at the desk found another room for me. There was construction on site which was unsightly but didn't affect my stay. The issue I had was the next morning. Check out is at 11, I had stayed up really late because I was in town to visit a friend and planned to sleep as long as possible. The phone starts ringing. I don't answer because I'm trying to sleep. I get up, start getting my things together and go into the bathroom and start brushing my teeth. There is a knock at the door. With toothbrush in my mouth I go to open the door. It's a staff member asking me if I plan to check out that morning. I said yes, I only booked one night. I said, check out is at 11 right? She said yes, and stated she tried calling to ask if I planned to check out. At that time it was around 10:40am. The interaction was weird and intrusive. I could see them trying to get in touch with me if it was after 11am but considering check out hadn't even occurred yet it bothered me that they were calling and knocking on my door to see if I was leaving. I only booked one night. This is my 3rd time staying here, I like it because it's clean, really close to my friend's house, and my previous experiences were positive. I'll give the property one more chance, hopefully this was a fluke and won't happen again.

The staffs, Daisy and Walter were nice and very helpful !! Just one guy who was night shift, he closed the lobby and no responses when we needed help at night!

It’s conveniently located off HWY 92. There are shopping mall and various restaurants nearby. It’s a good place to stay if one needs to be in the area.

It’s not in the greatest location it’s right next to a freeway in a business complex. The rooms were clean they don’t provide shampoo they do have soap and it had a decent kitchen with a full fridge and stove

There was a new Tesla on jacks in the parking lot. All tires had been removed. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins and oatmeal packets.

Im not sure if I am unaware of what an Extended Stay is supposed to be. I was expecting a hotel lobby with elevator and a full break fast bar. What I got was a small entry with vending machines, steps up to my room, and outdoor motel (meaning the rooms are not enclosed within a building) your room door faces the parking lot. The breakfast bar did not have fruit, yougurt eggs. Sunday breakfast, coffee, 7 packets of oatmeal and 6 individually wrapped muffins (this is 8am on a sunday). Mondays breakfast was 4 packets of oatmeal, with paper cups as a bowl, no muffins and coffee. No plates or silverware in the room. I was able to ask for shampoo and a knife and fork to eat out of take out containers. By day 2 there were ants in my bathroom but it was too late to care and I was leaving in the morning. Pay the extra $100 for the weekend and stay at proper place. This was a clean motel 6.

Booked hotel with breakfast included, so we could get breakfast before living for the airport. But there was no breakfast.

The experience was the worst of my life. We arrived at 1 a.m., and the hotel was closed! We had no way to contact anyone because we had no data on our phone. The room was poorly insulated and had an unpleasant smell. They claim to offer breakfast, but it's nothing more than a simple coffee and a cookie. It was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I would have ranked higher but was disappointed with what "Breakfast included" meant as they had outmeal packs, coffee, creamer, and individual packed muffins. Would have hoped for milk and juice for drinking at a minimum.

Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. The bathtub in 229 has 2 large deep chips that were uncomfortable under my feet. I stopped my shower short in fear of cutting my feet. They advertised free breakfast, which was one of the reasons I booked there, but they said the delivery didn't come. I wished they couldve put out some fruit, trailmix, granolas, or cookies, something, anything. So that was disappointing.
