Hotel on the Pink Street was amazing. The staff were so kind, accommodating and responsive. Their partnership with Corpo Santo hotel elevates the experience and the convenience. Many amenities, including access to the spa at Corpo and a washer/dryer. The noise level of Pink Street wasn’t an issue at all.

Great stay! Loved this hotel. Beautiful room, well appointed, new, very clean, tidy. Small but functional modern kitchen. Washer dryer is really helpful. The staff were excellent. We felt really taken care of by them. Special treats arrived every afternoon. Yummy! What a nice touch! Housekeeping was also excellent. Their sister hotel (Corpo Santo) nearly next door has a great sauna/spa for use, free. Loved it. Will go back for sure!

Die Unterkunft und Joana als Host waren wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Das Apartment war nicht nur super sauber; sondern auch wirklich toll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt, im Gegenteil: Jeden Tag gab es kleine Überraschungen aufs Haus mit netten Grußbotschaften. Ebenso hervorzuheben ist die Partnerschaft mit dem 5* Hotel direkt nebenan, wo wir nicht nur jeden Abend kostenlose Verkostungen; eine Free Walking Tour und freies Eis nutzen durften, sondern auch eine freie Massage sowie den Spa und Fitnessbereich nutzen konnten. Eine wirklich tolle Partnerschaft, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend

Fabulous clean fully equipped studio apartment. Right on Pink Street with lots of bars on the street downstairs. Being high up and soundproofed windows meanth this is not a problem for noise. The access is secure with 2 codes. The Hotel down the road are excellent and you can use their facilities and free evening drinks. They placed treats in our room each day. Short walk to Tiem Out Market and the central areas. Recommend for a stay in Lisbon.

Amazing location, convenient to everything you need - the seaside, center of town, Time Out Lisboa and, of course, Pink Street with all its bars. The property’s association with the Corpo Santo 5-star hotel is an added benefit given all its amenities, including 24/7 soft-serve ice cream! One of the manager’s, Joana, is exceptional and provides amazing service, before, during, and after your stay. The apartments have everything you need as well to create a home away from home!

We loved our time at The House on the Pink Street. The communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Joana and Veronica were always available to help. The sister hotel Corpo Santo (main reception) is just around the corner. There are snacks and sweets on every floor of both hotels which is a lovely addition. The free walking tour (thanks Sergio) was really enjoyable and the history simulation maps were great. Tara from housekeeping was lovely and checked if we needed anything. Great place to stay! Thank you.

Large rooms, very clean, friendly staff. The affiliation with a 5 star hotel is a huge plus (happy hour, gym, spa, restaurant, bar). Staff at Corpo Santo were also there exceptional. Street can get a bit loud at night but noise is manageable. Breakfast we ordered was not as described. Overall, such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival you felt welcomed and expected. After check-in, you enter your room and feel immediately like a home environment. From dining to living space and kitchen area. The rooms was clean and room service was offered each day. Close to everything.

I stayed in a fantastic studio apartment that was not only spacious and clean but had every home comfort you could think of. The staff were magnificent and the hotel was very centrally located. My favourite hotel in quite some time.

The location was perfect for us as it was near to many attractions, amenities. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials equipments and plates/utensils to prepare your meals. The staff are always friendly and caring to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Willstay here again.

A newly renovated building, the House on the Pink Street was a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, the furnishings comfortable and overall the property is of a very high standard. Pink Street is a lively, noisy place a stones throw from the TimeOut Market, but the quality of the windows and the soundproofing is very high and the street noise, whilst still audible, was not a particular issue to me personally. I would definatley consider staying here again on my next visit to Lisbon.

From entering, you felt welcome. Rooms were spacious and felt like a home. From the dining, living room, kitchen and sleeping room was inviting and well planned. Housekeeping was offered each day and special treats were left for you each day. Very nice.

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at the House On Pink Street. The location was perfect for us in the heart of the city. Communication with the staff prior to checking in was very good. The receptionist, Margarita, who checked us in was very welcoming and provided great recommendations for activities in the area. The apartment was spotless, very well appointed, and very comfortable. We did not have any issues sleeping. The windows are well insulated and block the street noise, especially when the shutters are closed. There was a large welcome basket with food, wine, and a fridge full of complimentary beer, water, and soda when we arrived. Throughout our stay, the cleaning staff left new treats for us each day which was a really nice touch. We had a late flight the day we checked out so the receptionist that day, Veronica, helped us to arrange to storage our luggage at the sister property, the Corpo Santo hotel, located just one block away. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and we were encouraged to help ourselves to the various treats offered in the lobby area, including self serve granitas that are perfect for a hot day. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon.

Margareda the manager here is unbelievably great! Communication is top notch! She is so willing to help on any aspect of your travels that it is amazing The rooms are super clean and are the same price as a hotel room but you get a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room 2 tv’s and separate bedroom lots of space Also the showers are amazing, very hot water, great rain shower head with lots of pressure and a wand The location is walkable to everything or if you need public transportation it’s steps away I will only stay at the House on Pink Street every time I am in Lisbon

We were bummed we only got to stay one night here as our flight was the next day but the property and room were great. Room was large and came with a little kitchen area with a fridge and laundry machine which is great if you packed light and needed to wash your clothes. It was right on pink street and we got to tour the local area that night and next morning. If you don’t mind the noise and hustle at night it’s a great place, they provided ear plugs.

We were amazed at the check-in process as we were treated very well and given an upgrade. We were escorted to our room and the amenities were thoroughly explained. There was attention to detail from the pink toilet paper and dish towels to the snacks. It is located on Pink Street so there is street noise, but they have thick black out shutters for the windows so it did not bother us. They also provide ear plugs if need be. Even the express breakfast was yummy and arrived on time! We’ll be back!

This place is close to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. We were in apartment on the third floor and the bedroom and living room windows face the Pink Street. The building is at the end of the Pink Street but I can see it being super loud when it gets going. We stayed Wednesday night and I don't think it was super crowded? I did see some people still out at 530am when we woke up to get ready for the airport. The room was sound-proofed well where the noise didn't wake me up. I could hear the bass thumping very slightly tho. They also provide ear plugs! But if you are sensitive to noise, then I would think twice about staying here. The apartment had everything you need though. All the drinks and snacks were complimentary. Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel one block away is their main hotel where we checked in. They had wine and snacks at 630pm(usually 530pm but they had some kind of event). Everyone was super friendly and professional at the hotel.

I could hear the bass thumping very slightly tho. They also provide ear plugs! But if you are sensitive to noise, then I would think twice about staying here. The apartment had everything you need though. All the drinks and snacks were complimentary. Corpo Santo Lisbon Hotel one block away is their main hotel where we checked in. They had wine and snacks at 630pm(usually 530pm but they had some kind of event). Everyone was super friendly and professional at the hotel.

This house was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The attention to detail, the hospitality, and the walkability were unbeatable. I cannot recommend it enough. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had so much space as well as the best view of the city.

The House on Pink Street was a great option for myself and my four friends to stay for 2 nights in Lisbon. Margarida was very nice, helpful with check-in, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp throughout the stay. My group had 2 rooms, both were clean and a good size. We were on the 3rd & 4th floors so it was mostly quiet, but we did hear some light street noise. Lower floors may be noisier.

It was a perfect location close to the river. Margarida who runs the property is excellent at communicating with you. The room was spacious and clean. It comes with a dishwasher and washing machine which is great for doing laundry on longer trips. They have a welcome basket with goodies and a stocked fridge with water, soda and beer for you to use. No extra charge. Daily they would bring little snacks to your room. Honestly, this hotels service was outstanding. And very quiet given its location. I would stay here again.

Great property! Communication was great. The area is busy and noisy due to it being a clubbing area with tons of bars. They stay open until 6am! But they give you ear plugs. Has washer/dryer combo, kitchen, elevator. Great shower with great water pressure. Service is amazing!

Margareda the manager here is unbelievably great! Communication is top notch! She is so willing to help on any aspect of your travels that it is amazing The rooms are super clean and are the same price as a hotel room but you get a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room 2 tv’s and separate bedroom lots of space Also the showers are amazing, very hot water, great rain shower head with lots of pressure and a wand The location is walkable to everything or if you need public transportation it’s steps away I will only stay at the House on Pink Street every time I am in Lisbon

The service here was amazing Joana the manager goes above and beyond, as does its sister hotel, where you can also use the facilities. Free stocked fridge, whats app communication throughout the stay. A free breakfast during the stay. Everything you could need and more. Joana the manager is exceptional and it may seem weird to put this above the room itself but she made the stay amazing for us.

Our stay at The House on Pink Street was exceptional. The apartment was clean, spacious, had all the necessary amenities and additional perks. The photos on the website are exactly as advertised. The location is very convenient, with a quick and easy walk to the waterfront, Timeout Market, many restaurants, Commerce Square, the Metro/Train station and more. Having said all that, what made our stay most enjoyable was the outstanding service. It just doesn't get any better. Thanks to Joana and Veronica for the warm welcome, regular contact and assistance with anything we needed, the special treats and notes left on a daily basis. They made us feel like VIPs, in a warm and familiar way (like you would treat a special family member or friend). It's obvious that guest satisfaction is very much a priority to them. This same treatment was extended to us by all the staff we interacted with at the associated Corpo Santo Hotel. The opening of doors, welcoming us as we came and went, having access to the drinks, snacks, ice-cream, facilities and free walking tours. We loved our time at The House on the Pink Street. The communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Joana and Veronica were always available to help. The sister hotel Corpo Santo (main reception) is just around the corner. There are snacks and sweets on every floor of both hotels which is a lovely addition. The free walking tour (thanks Sergio) was really enjoyable and the history simulation maps were great. Tara from housekeeping was lovely and checked if we needed anything. Great place to stay! Thank you.

This place was great overall! In a super convenient location to walk pretty much everywhere. The staff was super friendly and communicative which is always appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable! My only reason for 4/5 stars is that it’s located literally on pink street which is a big street of bars and partying, I didn’t realize that when I booked. The room at night actually wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be at night but it was just a little dirty around the pink street area. Other than that though it was a great spot!

The property was fantastic and the staff could not have been more kind and flexible. From ordering breakfast with the simplicity of a text message, the staff were always available and everything was so easy! We checked in at night and the area felt a little bit sketchy (it is definitely right up in a very popular nightlife area with people out VERY late) but the area was super cleaned up by morning and felt safe. The building itself has ample layers of security and the apartments are so well appointed, clean, and have every convenience you can think of! Easily walkable to many tourist areas! Highly recommend The House on Pink Street!

We had a great stay at Corpo Santo 6 years ago but the price more than doubled, so we tried the sister property a block away. The room was great - well appointed and new and clean with kitchenette including a clotheswasher/dryer. We had access to the lobby amenities of Corpo Santo, including free snacks and concierge services. The neighborhood is central and walkable and very lively with bars and clubs at night, with renovation/construction across the street during the day. Thick windows and blackout shutters and supplied earplugs effectively eliminated any street noise. The street and sidewalks were coated with many layers of spilled drinks and anything that sticks, which goes with the neighborhood.

The apartment was centrally located, within walking distance to most sites. Although it is on a busy loud Pink Street, the apartment was well insulated and we couldn't hear the street noise when the windows were closed . The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. This was an absolute gem of a place to stay in a fabulous location. Everything is super walkable from here and the access to bars and restaurants was great for a weekend stay in Lisbon. While the party goes on all night the apt was quiet and beautifully detailed. The extra little things they did made our stay perfect. I would highly recommend here and would stay again

Absolutely great studio, in every respect with lovely staff who were super helpful. The location is fantastic for visiting Lisbon, but the actual short street in which it is in is a rundown with the surrounding buildings in a poor state (although there is immediate access on to squares, other streets and the waterfront. The immediate area is one of late night bars and restaurants (lively tending to serious partying as the night wears on). However, the building was well sound proofed and on the fifth floor, I could hear nothing.

We had a very nice stay one weekend in November! Big apartment for 2 people, extra amenities, and the little extra complementary of the house; coffee, snacks, water, soda and couple of beers! It saved us for time, effort and search. The big bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the relation it has to the hotel one street down which included a lovely breakfast and daily free guiding tours! The house is in the middle of the city center and close to Time Out Market for good food! Even though the pink street is a party street, the windows were isolated and it was quiet inside! I would easily recommend this to my friends!

Warning - it is right on the edge of Pink Street and folks party until after 6:00a. No music but a lot of talking and celebrating. We stayed in room 4B and the bedroom was soundproofed well! They do give you earplugs and that kinda scared us at first, but we didn't need them. The location is excellent and very close to local attractions. A really nice bonus was that our room had a clothes washer/dryer which was a huge plus. Margarida was spot on with communication and advice on how to get around the city, plus left little niceties in our room each day. We would stay here again.

Great stay! Loved this hotel. Beautiful room, well appointed, new, very clean, tidy. Small but functional modern kitchen. Washer dryer is really helpful. The staff were excellent. We felt really taken care of by them. Special treats arrived every afternoon. Yummy! What a nice touch! Housekeeping was also excellent. Their sister hotel (Corpo Santo) nearly next door has a great sauna/spa for use, free. Loved it. Will go back for sure!

There was 3 of us who stayed there on a girls trip and we loved everything about it. The space was clean and comfortable. The employees were so friendly and accessible. We ordered the express breakfast and it was delivered every morning at the time we selected. It was the perfect start each day with the classic European breakfast. We were amazed at the check-in process as we were treated very well and given an upgrade. We were escorted to our room and the amenities were thoroughly explained. There was attention to detail from the pink toilet paper and dish towels to the snacks. It is located on Pink Street so there is street noise, but they have thick black out shutters for the windows so it did not bother us. They also provide ear plugs if need be. Even the express breakfast was yummy and arrived on time! We’ll be back!

We loved our time at The House on the Pink Street. The communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Joana and Veronica were always available to help. The sister hotel Corpo Santo (main reception) is just around the corner. There are snacks and sweets on every floor of both hotels which is a lovely addition. The free walking tour (thanks Sergio) was really enjoyable and the history simulation maps were great. Tara from housekeeping was lovely and checked if we needed anything. Great place to stay! Thank you.

Really glad we booked this apartment. Had all the amenities we could want or need and the host Joana was very responsive and so welcoming. Really appreciated the little treats we got throughout the week. The area is in a great location. Although it’s located right on pink street we didn’t find it noisy from the parties and bars and felt safe even walking around at night. Close to the train station, main areas, the water was just around the corner and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

È stato tutto perfetto, la posizione ottima, veronica e tutto lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e consigliato bene, l'hotel un bel supporto e lisbona è stupenda!! torneremo sicuramente!

The House on Pink Street is a fantastic property. We stayed in the penthouse (2 bedrooms) and it was extremely spacious, clean, well-equipped and decorated nicely. There were lots of lovely touches such as free toiletries in the bathroom, a welcome bottle of (delicious) wine and a well stocked complimentary fridge. Joana at reception was fab. We were able to check into our apartment early and she was extremely helpful in providing lots of information regarding the facilities at our apartment (and the facilities that we could also use at its sister hotel Corpo Santo) as well as recommending excursions local to Lisbon. The football World Cup was on during our stay and there are several bars downstairs on Pink Street.....needless to say it could get quite noisy (especially when Portugal were playing.... the best thing to do was to join in with their celebrations)! The shutters provided adequate soundproofing for all the street traffic however and we still slept well. I would definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back very soon. Thank you!!!

The lady at the front is an AMAZINGLY friendly and very kind to customers. She explained about the area thoroughly and well communicated throughout our hotel stay. We loved the hotel it was sparkling clean inside and very cute. This made my trip so much more fun and location was perfect! So much places around to have fun.
