We were visiting for our anniversary and the staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions around the area! Loved that the parking was private and super convenient! Overall we had a great stay! Breakfast was good as well with lots of options from cereal to eggs and bacon

Room we chose was very spacious. Place is definitely dated, but our stay was very pleasant. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. They left us a nice welcome basket when we arrived. Breakfast area had quite a nice spread of options. Parking can be a bit snug in their “garage” area, but it was fine really. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Check in was super easy and the staff was friendly and courteous. The welcome basket of snacks and goodies was such a wonderful surprise! The cleaning staff was top notch as I stayed for 5 days and everyday I had fresh supplies in my room. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was amazing!!! Normally when hotels say free breakfast, it's pastries and cereal. Not here. They had a beautiful breakfast with fresh cut fruit included ( not just a banana and apple to choose from) Staff was great and polite. Front desk had no problem with a late check out because my husband was at Kaiser for a medical procedure and I couldn't pick him up until after lunch. If we ever have to come back to Santa Clara, I will definitly chose this hotel again

The accommodations were excellent! The hotel is very clean, and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of options, coffee was delicious. We live quite a ways- away, and I selected this hotel because of a medical procedure my husband was going to be having at Santa Clara Kaiser and this hotel was very close. I would definitely stay here again, definitely recommend. I loved everything about my experience.

This is a very cute and quaint hotel. Loved all the older vibe/feel of the property that was very clean. We had a junior suite and it was a mix of old and modern elements in the room. The bed was a bit more firm than I’d like, but it was comfortable. We checked in right at 4 pm (check in time) but our room was not available yet. The front desk (Asian gentleman) was very nice and even offered us free beverages or snacks for the inconvenience while we waited for half an hour. The wait wasn’t bad at all and we appreciated his kindness/gesture. Truly showed he/they care about customer service. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The front desk (Asian gentleman) was very nice and even offered us free beverages or snacks for the inconvenience while we waited for half an hour. The wait wasn’t bad at all and we appreciated his kindness/gesture. Truly showed he/they care about customer service. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
