Upon SLOW check in, I was shocked to learn that you’re required to pay $15 a night to park your car. That doesn’t seem particularly hospitable. Additionally, they charge $24 for breakfast for adults. In my opinion, you’re much better off to stay in a La Quinta that has better amenities, is far better maintained and more modern, parking is free and so is breakfast and it’s still less expensive than this Hilton My accommodations were long in the tooth. The bathtub ran so badly that I could hear it all night. I tried to shut off the faucet to no avail. It literally filled the tub in a matter of hours when I tried to estimate water loss in drought ridden, Southern California. I informed the front desk upon check-in. Sometime after 10:30 PM they offered to send a maintenance. (That doesn’t feel particularly comfortable to a single female traveler, so I declined and suggested that they maintain the room the following day. I’m shocked that they hadn’t noticed it for weeks before.) There was also no face soap, and all of the drains and fixtures were badly corroded. My room also had dents in the walls and filthy carpeting. My room was immediately next to the weight room and the hot tub was outside my window. The exercise room is a 24 hour room, so guess who got to hear someone grunting and clunking weights and on the treadmill at 2:30 in the morning and drunks in the hot tub at nine that night? Based on this experience, I will be contacting Hilton directly. Never again.

TV kept turning off right in the middle of a movie or show every time never failed u could time it 45 minutes to 1 hour and its not the sleep timer cuz we were all in watching on Netflix the Tyson 4 episodes glued to his every word and it wasn't a huge deal but it always was a bother. The elevator wasn't working the entire stay was told parking would be $0. If we didn't book through a 3rd party as I did with hotels.com so $60.00 no wiggle room on that but the spa was hot and nice. 1 stoplight from the mountain so I will probably stay there before end of 2026 cuz of season pass. No bugs , no loud partying so good stay.

Very disappointed with our stay this time, this was not our first time staying here. Ask to be on the first floor , but was put in a handicap room. Had problems taking a shower because of the water pressure, felt like I was taking a Luke warm shower. Call front desk maintenance came to try to fix it. He was no help. Front desk told me moving us to another room wouldn't matter because they recently put a new water pressure system through out the hotel so it wouldn't help anyway. I was not happy. I had to go take showers at my brother home to go to a funeral. Very disappointed! I will not be staying here again.
