Best Western Plus Big America

The woman at the front desk was very polite and amiable. Rooms were clean, lil fridge was bigger than other hotels. My daughter loved that there was a vanity in the bathroom. There was a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing during Sunday breakfast, there was a lady that was coughing everywhere and touching all the handles. People would staring at her and then look over at the staff…

It was clean and staff were welcoming and friendly. It was in need of updates, carpets, lamps, furniture etc.

Room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom was large and had an individual makeup table and stool. We were on the bottom floor, the hotel was sold out and yet we did not hear people walking above us. We did not hear doors slamming shut (the doors are not automatic close.) The breakfast was normal with two waffle machines. There were lots of choices although I think they needed more pastry choices. Wish they had cranberry juice. The noon checkout time was very beneficial. I will certainly stay here again when I am in Santa Maria.
