Not enough positives to say about this place! From the free parking that always had a spot for us to the individual patio in our room to the most excellent home cooked breakfast, everything about this gem was worth our time spent there. Will most definitely stay there upon our return!

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Very kind staff. Easy parking with close access to the beach (walking distance). Lovely wine and cheese spread in the evening and morning breakfast with coffee and tea. Would recommend and will plan to stay again in the near future.

Quiet location in santa monica canyon. Beautiful period property with first rate rooms both spacious and well maintained. The hosts are welcoming and strive to make your stay a happy experiance. The only downside is parking, which is tight. However it is free which in SM is unusual. I stayed here last year and raved about it then. This time it did not disappoint.

Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Free cheese, biscuits and wine every afternoon. Home made cookies absolutely delicious. Walking distance from Santa Monica beach - miles of open sand with pacific rollers to play in. Free parking on site. Can’t praise it highly enough.

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Santa Monica with limited dinner options unless you have a car/ Uber ready. Walking distance to the beach, the Inn is an 100+ old remodeled home with very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Sadly, the second day of our stay they had a plumbing issue and we had no water to take a shower. We had an event to go and the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience and delayed to our plans. I will have given it 5 stars if they had notified us about the water issue early so, we could have showered early.

What a delightful find. Fantastic service, room was spacious and clean. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Spa bath was a nice addition. Lovely touches such as cheese & wine, cookies in room, special different cooked breakfast everyday. Really am pleased that I ended my holiday here.

Our room was a little small but well appointed, the equipment is not state of the art but this is not an issue for the type of place (apart from the air conditioning which could be individually controllable). Breakfast was excellent with a lot of homemade dishes. Highly recommended!

Warm, friendly, attention to every detail. Went above & beyond our expectations:) from the afternoon hors d’oeuvres when we arrived to the sumptuous breakfast in the morning. Our room had tub with jets & fireplace, nice amenities! We were in #15, formerly the family dining room, beautifully converted. Highly recommend!

I guess an employee didn't show on the first morning there so I didn't get breakfast an the room was very expensive and people raved about the breakfast. I had to go out for coffee and breakfast! I think a room credit is due here. All else was fantastic but this was disappointing to say the least. For a bed and "breakfast"

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an incredibly quaint and charming place. We adored the charming b&b. We looked forward to our morning breakfast. It seemed a lot of love and care went into making it and we felt it. The staff was amazingly friendly. With a doubt, we will be back for a longer stay. We were actually sad to leave the property that shows what kind of impression it left on us.

I rarely write reviews, but Channel Road Inn deserves one. This is one of the few hotels which has made us feel really at home: from Dominique's homemade pear cake and granola, through the rustic charm room to the late afternoon wine and cheese... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dominique and team for all the special attention you provide and the love with which you manage your hotel.

I rarely write reviews, but Channel Road Inn deserves one. This is one of the few hotels which has made us feel really at home: from Dominique's homemade pear cake and granola, through the rustic charm room to the late afternoon wine and cheese... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dominique and team for all the special attention you provide and the love with which you manage your hotel.

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Santa Monica with limited dinner options unless you have a car/ Uber ready. Walking distance to the beach, the Inn is an 100+ old remodeled home with very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Sadly, the second day of our stay they had a plumbing issue and we had no water to take a shower. We had an event to go and the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience and delayed to our plans. I will have given it 5 stars if they had notified us about the water issue early so, we could have showered early.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location - steps away from the beach. Walking distance to several wonderful restaurants. Beautifully decorated home with comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and scrumptious happy hour each day. Friendly and helpful staff. You will relish your stay at Channel Road Inn!

Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Free cheese, biscuits and wine every afternoon. Home made cookies absolutely delicious. Walking distance from Santa Monica beach - miles of open sand with pacific rollers to play in. Free parking on site. Can’t praise it highly enough.

This place is an absolute delight. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The interior is really nicely done and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was a real treat. 10/10 would stay here again or in one of their other properties.

The hotel is situated in a great place very close to the beach. The staff are fantastic and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

I guess an employee didn't show on the first morning there so I didn't get breakfast an the room was very expensive and people raved about the breakfast. I had to go out for coffee and breakfast! I think a room credit is due here. All else was fantastic but this was disappointing to say the least. For a bed and "breakfast"

Adorable bed and breakfast, 5 minutes walking to the beach! Sitting on the porch, drinking coffee and having a delicious homemade breakfast, was a wonderful way to start the morning. Wine and cheese was served in the afternoon. There was a community puzzle you could work on and plenty of seating downstairs for the guests. The staff was warm and inviting and the house smelled like home baked goods. The room was big and airy and comforable. We will be back!

I rarely write reviews, but Channel Road Inn deserves one. This is one of the few hotels which has made us feel really at home: from Dominique's homemade pear cake and granola, through the rustic charm room to the late afternoon wine and cheese... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dominique and team for all the special attention you provide and the love with which you manage your hotel.

What a find! This is such a charming bed and breakfast with a staff that cares. From the delicious breakfast they prepare to the fresh warm brownies they put out in the afternoon and then the wine and cheese hours in the evening, they make you feel welcome. You can mix and mingle with the other guests in the common area or retreat to your room for peace and quiet...I would definitely stay again. And did I mention it's just a short tunnel walk to the beach?

This is a wonderful B&B. The teams was friendly the inn was comfy and clean.and the rooms are great. The breakfast was delicious great variety of fresh fruit baked goods and freshly made dishes and bread.

We had an amazing time here. The breakfast and wine hour are delicious! Compliment to the chef! She takes pride in her cooking. Location convenient to beach and freeway and PCH. Will return.

Great place to stay and close enough to a walkway under the PCH to the beach! Gal that checked us in and there for the second day (former ballerina) was delightful and extremely helpful. Gal on checkout day was “checked out” so no early coffee and late start to breakfast. Rooms were nicely appointed. Great value for Santa Monica area and close enough to restaurants.

Fantastique, comme à la maison, 100 mètres de la plage et belle balade de 40 à pied du Pier. Personnel au top et un petit déjeuner complet pour bien démarrer la journée. On a adoré en plus parking à disposition quoi de mieux. Mille mercis de votre accueil

We had such a delightful stay at the Channel Road Inn in Santa Monica. The room, the staff, the location, and the amenities were all perfect. We felt genuinely cared for by the staff, the property had places to eat and visit in the shade outdoors, and the included breakfast was so clearly made with love. Our room was big enough for my sister and I to share, and even though the inn was clearly full we didn't hear the other guests from our room. The self-parking at no extra charge was very convenient, and it took us just over 5 minutes to walk to the beach (and we were able to cross PCH via the tunnel so it was safe too). We've stayed at several other locations closer to more amenities in Santa Monica, but this topped place them all.
