Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica

Chambre tres mal isolé, pas de pression d eau de la douche! Personnel agressif a l accueil! Frais taxe «  imaginaire » a fuir…!!!!! Attention au fausses photos….

No hay presión de agua en gran parte de las habitaciones del hotel. Al hacerlo notar, me comentaron que "el ingeniero lo está viendo". El desayuno no es buffet, elegis el menú estándar de la carta que por ejemplo no incluye bebidas tipo capuchino. Está algo lejos del centro de Santa Monica (20 min caminando), el entorno es un poco desolado. No está a la altura de un Hyatt.

One of the best stays we have had as a family of 6. All the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious!! Front desk very knowledgeable including new employee! Everything is walkable! Mexican restaurant Desvelados was amazing! The pier was also great! We will definitely be staying again.

Staff and spirit of hospitality are in constant supply at Centric. Emerson's service for our birthday party made it perfect. He was patient and anticipated each guest's desires. He helped me feel like I was a great hostess! Manager looked for ways to help us feel at home. Location is convenient and rooms have great orientations towards the ocean and city - not far from beach - far enough to enjoy utterly quiet sleep hours. Nice facilities. Bar and food offerings are well prepared. Good for pleasure and working visits for me.

Everything went well! Very clean room, and comfortable bed! Spacious bathroom!
