The Inn at Saratoga, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Our favorite place to stay when we are in town for a concert. The property is pristine, welcoming and so conveniently located. The staff has always been courteous and welcoming as well. The room was beautiful with soft colors and looked out to trees and a babbling brook, lovely to wake up to. Parking is easy- and there is a (paid) shuttle to Mountain Winery available. Restaurants and shops are all walkable

Air conditioning didn’t work. Offered to move us after the second night but we were already settled in our room. Had to ask for housekeeping service multiple times, but they were not detail oriented so I had to ask them to fill lotion bottle. Said they would waive the parking fee at checkout but my card has been charged twice so I’ve had to keep calling them to reverse the charge. Would absolutely never stay here again. Friendly people but not worth the money whatsoever.

We had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. We traveled with two of our kids and they loved the room. We had a balcony and view of the creek. It’s quiet and in a very great spot close to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.
