The room was fine, clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the amenities. No fitness center, no water refill station. Free breakfast was just breads with hard-boiled eggs and few pieces of whole fruit. I wouldn’t come back.

I was with my 84 year old mother to attend a memorial service in town. The hotel was a great location. We had the accessible unit which was large and clean. Highly recommend as you can walk to many great restaurants and the hotel has parking which is a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our stay in January. We were there for 5 days which was also during all the rain Calif was getting at that time. Very friendly staff and even met the owner of the property. Parking can sometimes be an issue but overall, it was clean and nice. We would stay again if in the area.

I have been staying at the hotel for the past 10 years. It’s clean! The pool and hot tub were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. This hotel is not remodeled, pretty old BUT its cleans and comfortable.

Love the Saratoga Oaks Lodge. The greenery is most calming, the rooms clean, the neighborhood is quiet and quite walkable with numerous good restaurants nearby, and the staff super friendly. So much better than a Cookie Cutter Holiday Inn, etc.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now & will definitely come back. We were in a 1st floor unit of the two story section & could hear heavy footed customers above us. So we’ll probably request single story section next visit. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

It was a good stay. We, unfortunately had a room above us where the people seemed to be holding a judo tournament until late into the evening, which made getting to sleep, after a long drive, difficult.

Front desk was very accommodating to adjust my booking to my advantage. Very quiet and safe. A bit dated but very clean. I could hear people walking in the room above me late into the night and early morning so I recommend asking for a room on the second floor or rooms on the side which is only one floor.

This room was not worth the cost. It was fairly run down, and very run down if you paid attention to the details. They had wall dispensers for the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, which is efficient but not the vibe you're paying for. And the room stunk of room freshener or cleaning supplies. One of the windows couldn't be closed The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. The I loved the fireplace and the balcony.

Very disappointed in a large suite that does not have a TV in the bedroom. I honestly did not know that was an option. Left the hotel as I can not sleep with out a TV to fall asleep too :(

This was a really comfortable stay! The room and bed were more comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast. We were shocked to find a steam room as part of the shower! Great location and reasonable price.

Stay was nice but night of wedding 4/15 the power went out to hotel and Sunday morning people were late for airport. Hotel gave nothing for inconvenience, mu group had to open blinds to het light in room. I wish they would have acknowledged I had 5 rooms should have received something for this, thank goodness it was after wedding.

Check-in was a breeze. Loved all the amenities, the lovely patio my friend and I had breakfast on. Not all of the staff were polite, but the initial welcoming upon arrival made up for that. One thing that surprised me: the TVs are connected to basic cable. Replacing these TVs to smart TVs and adding streaming services would really bring things up to date. Definitely happy I reserved a 1 bedroom suite, as the basic rooms seemed to be more stripped down. Overall lovely stay 💜 Saratoga is small but quite charming

The Oak Lodge is one of the two lodging facilities in town. I stay here because I was attending a concert at the Mountain Winery. Only to miles away. The room is very comfortable as it is the bed and pillows. There is a Keutoh machine in the room but no coffee pods were provided. The front office staff were great. Very polite,helpful.. I would come back.

Great location in Saratoga Village. This is an older lodge, but nicely updated - bright, cheery and clean. The managers went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Second stay here. We live nearby, but stayed due to home renovations, so I can vouch that it’s a very safe, walkable area, with great restaurants and shops, although most places close quite early, including many places stop serving dinner at 8 or 9 PM. I enjoy this cozy lodge. It’s not luxurious, but it’s quite comfortable, quiet, and peaceful and the staff are always very helpful. I think this is a far better alternative to similar “lodge” properties in Los Gatos and overall, given the price and all things considered, I prefer it to the nicer, but more expensive property a block away.

We live nearby, but stayed due to home renovations, so I can vouch that it’s a very safe, walkable area, with great restaurants and shops, although most places close quite early, including many places stop serving dinner at 8 or 9 PM. I enjoy this cozy lodge. It’s not luxurious, but it’s quite comfortable, quiet, and peaceful and the staff are always very helpful. I think this is a far better alternative to similar “lodge” properties in Los Gatos and overall, given the price and all things considered, I prefer it to the nicer, but more expensive property a block away.

Great location on a cute street with lots of dining options. We went to an event at Mountain Winery, which is only 10 minutes away, so it was very convenient. The host was helpful and the room was pleasant and clean.

Check in was easy our room was clean and comfortable and spacious breakfast was satisfactory there were choices of pastries good bagels some hard boiled eggs yogurt fruit the gentleman we saw each day was friendly and helpful. The location was good too at the end of the main street it was convenient but not noisy.

Nice motel in Saratoga downtown. Very convenient. Rooms are clean and very functional. Breakfast is only downside. Sorta like getting breakfast from 7-Eleven.

Room was fine, but shower head is terrible. 3 inch radius spray! They need to fix this and the shower would be way better. Breakfast is sad packaged foods largely. Staff was nice. Only one bed of was remade one day, which was odd. Location is convenient and quiet. .

I really don’t have anything bad to say about the property. My wife a I caught ZZ TOP at Mountain Winery and it was perfect for us. Great location, super staff and a really nice continental breakfast(lots is choices).

This was a really comfortable stay! The room and bed were more comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast. We were shocked to find a steam room as part of the shower! Great location and reasonable price.

My husband, two kids, and I stayed here after a wedding near by. The rooms are pretty clean and cozy, other than a few stains on the carpet. The property is small but beautiful and has character. It’s in a prime location to stay. Very close to a lot of good restaurants and event spaces. The complimentary breakfast was very simple. If there weren’t stains on the carpet and more options for breakfast, I would’ve rated this place 5 stars. Great place for a great price! Will be staying again

This was my first time staying here and I would definitely come back. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice, and we enjoyed the grounds. Ira was extra helpful, and I forgot some clothes in the closet and they are already en route to my house. Curtis helped out with that. The only suggestion would be to update the shower head in the bathroom. Very convenient for going to the Mountain Winery!
