Newly renovated. Best continental breakfast I have ever had. Mattress seemed new and firm. Staff was so nice and helpful. Pool and spa were clean and inviting. Local to restaurants. Within walking distance of the beach and shopping. Will def stay again!

Property was in a great location, minutes from the cutest downtown area and beach/pier. The property was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast options were different each day and the variety was impressive. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi; the towel service was a plus! We will definitely be returning.

Great location if you’re planning on going on a cruise out of Long Beach! Walking distance from the beach and lots of place to eat and drink nearby! They offered free shuttle services to and from airport. You must schedule ahead of time.

The free coffee is very good. Flavia Creation 600 is a $1700 coffee machine that is available 24/7 in the lobby. You pick your strength of coffee. Free Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies available in the evenings is a nice touch too. The community clothes washer and dryer were updated and seem to be clean. The hotel itself is in a great location. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Parking was a little challenging later in the day after coming back from our activities but we got lucky both days - there does seem to be some limited street parking too. The rooms can definitely use some flooring updates. Bring your own pillows if possible - they seemed to be the size of throw pillows. Unfortunately we didn’t get to take advantage of the free breakfast but the front desk was absolutely amazing in providing some late night treats behind the counter that we took advantage of!!!

NICE PEOPLE! However, PLACE IS BEAT TO DEATH!!!! Could really be a great place to stay if a few bucks were invested in renovations; and if you got a painter who actually cared about painting; there are 5th graders who could do a better job. Pool and hot tub were not working.

Parking was tight over the weekend. You may have to street park. So be aware of that. Breakfast was top notch! Hot tub currently closed for renovation. Great area to be in. Good restaurants near by.

Such a cute hotel. Great customer service. Picked us up from the airport at the time they said. They have a shuttle to the cruise port too. Rooms are nicely remodeled and clean. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

It was a very nice stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast nicer than most in same category. Loved the area of Seal Beach. Very walkable and loved all the shops and restaurants. Beach area was nice to walk around also. Would visit again.

We loved The Pacific Inn. This was our first time in California and needed a place to stay for two night while traveling up for Disneyland. My 18 year old stayed at behind at Seal Beach while I took my younger daughter to Disneyland. The rooms were clean, roomy and the breakfast was great. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our accommodations.

This place is OK for the price, but it reeks of cigarette smoke and the carpet looks really dirty. I love to do Yoga, but there was no way I was getting on the carpeting. The shower spray was hot, but not very strong. Overall, it was just OK. Great location for shopping.

Nice spacious room with very clean frig and microwave. Clean and mostly updated bathrooms, luckily it was just my son and I though because heads up, the bathroom door is a frosted glass slider. Super cool 2nd story "indoor" pool/hot tub area. That was right outside our room. Cute little balcony on our room was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee while hearing the waves crash in the distance.

Convenient and nice location. Staff was nice. Rooms were ok. Need updating. The only problem with this hotel is it is noisy. The rooms echo and we heard neighbors all day long including the couple next to us.

Stayed in a north facing room which was on a local bus route and the views were of fast food drive-thrus. Switched to a south facing room which had views of parking, trash containers and the back of an auto repair shop. Friendly staff, but the hotel is in need of a makeover.

Balconies have a wood barrier which prevents you from seeing out if you're sitting on the patio chair. Also, pool opens too early. Screaming kids pretty much every day. Since all rooms face the courtyard, pool shouldn't open until 10 for the later sleepers. Executive rooms need more drawers for clothes!!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times, as it is convenient for us when we visit our family. However, they now will not clean your room every day unless you ask. And they did not tell us this when we checked in. They post a small sign on the mirror in the hallway of the room, which we did not read. It meant coming back to an unmade bed, no clean towels and full garbage cans. This was not earth shattering but was disappointing.

I booked 1 night to relax and enjoy the jet tub. It unfortunately was ruined due to a lacrosse team staying in the connecting room and all the rooms in the same hall as me. They were yelling, banging on the walls, throwing footballs from the pool up to the 3rd floor that was hitting my wall, from checkin at 3 up until they left the next day. I called the front desk twice with no change. The team seemed to have had no adult supervision, it was chaos. Couldn’t hear my tv or music. Would have appreciated a heads up so I could potentially have chosen a different room. Had the staff supported the piece of their guests, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

Very clean and comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. Very convenient for walking to downtown Seal Beach and enjoying the local shops and restaurants. Definitely will be back!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I didn't like the guy that drove the shuttle attitude. He didn't help get you in or out of the van and I have knee and back problems

The outstanding customer service at the Pacific Inn set the tone for a wonderful stay. I’ve never been to a hotel where every employee was just lovely—we called in advance to ask a few questions and we had to modify our stay. In both instances, they were kind, prompt, professional, friendly…I could go on. My group felt like VIPs. We loved the little touches as well, like fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at 6 pm. We’d go out of our way to stay in the Pacific Inn again based on the service. In addition, the location is great—very walkable to the little enclave of downtown Seal Beach.

I love this hotel for cruising out of long beach, they are clean and comfortable. The staff always goes above and beyond and anre extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect for dining and shopping. I loved I could pay $ 30 (a nominal fee) to check in early since our flight came in before four. All in all I will continue to choose this hotel for location , staff, shuttle and proximity to port and dining.

It was a very nice stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast nicer than most in same category. Loved the area of Seal Beach. Very walkable and loved all the shops and restaurants. Beach area was nice to walk around also. Would visit again.

Great location two blocks from Old Town Main Street, and short walk to the beach and the pier. Hotel looks like built in '70s but rooms were updated and modern. Bed was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Free full breakfast and covered parking were a plus. Would stay again if in the Seal Beach area.

Such a great location, a few minutes walk to Main Street, Seal Beach. Loved our corner room. Free breakfast was appreciated and had both Continental and hot options. Served our needs perfectly. We definitely would stay there again.

Love that this hotel is walking distance to the beach and has great surrounding restaurants and shops! Hotel room was great, pool was nice temperature, breakfast had plenty of different options, and staff was wonderful! They assisted us with both an early check in and ensured our request of a tub was met since we have a little one. Definitely will return with my family!

Clean property, executive jetted tub room was awesome. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby every evening. Several restaurants within walking distance - try the baja style mahi mahi fish tacos at Yucatan Grill! Best I've ever had! Hot tub was large and deep, and melted all our aches and pains away. Staff was outstanding in all aspects. Breakfast was ok. Lots of options.

This is possibly the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. The staff was cleaning every common area surface all day long! They work hard. The coffee maker in the lobby was very good. The pool area was clean and the spa was hot with good jets. The shower was super clean with great water pressure and a detachable shower head with a lot of choices. The hot breakfast was just okay but well stocked. The location was very close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. If there was one thing to change, the mattresses were very firm and although I like firm these hurt my hips. One of the mattresses seemed to sink in the middle. We had a third story room with a balcony overlooking pch. We liked sleeping with the slider open but the car noise with people flying by with popping or loud exhaust all night made it hard to sleep. I would request a room not facing pch.

The free coffee is very good. Flavia Creation 600 is a $1700 coffee machine that is available 24/7 in the lobby. You pick your strength of coffee. Free Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies available in the evenings is a nice touch too. The community clothes washer and dryer were updated and seem to be clean. The shuttle service was also an added convenience. Be sure to make your reservations for the shuttle to and from the airport/cruise terminal well in advance of arriving. Definitely will be staying at The Pacific Inn for for another beach town getaway. Seal Beach is a quiet little beach town. Main Street is flanked with restaurant bars each having its own unique flare for taste. Lalc Restaurant for the Tr-Tip dip sandwich, Catrina Cafe for breakfast, Seal Beach Grill for a delicious cheeseburger. Less than a 10 minute walk to the pier.

We loved this hotel. The area was walkable to the pier and bars and restaurants we had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the driver was awesome! The staff was so friendly we even met the owner and he was really friendly and helpful! Everything was really clean the breakfast was really good they had waffles omelettes fried potatoes fruit oatmeal a lot of different things! We would definitely stay here again!!!

This little spot is so cute, it seems it was a recently updated older motel style property. They did a really nice job and thought of a lot of nice details. Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nicer than Some of the big hotel chains we’ve stayed at. The only thing we noticed is the entertainment center hadn’t been refinished and didn’t seem to match the updating of the rest of the space. If I had one suggestion it would be that, sounds silly but it did stick out a bit. And the ironing board was broken. But overall we were very happy!
