Inn at Sonoma, A Four Sisters Inn

Hotel agradável, lugar muito silencioso e acolhedor, excelente para quem procurava por descanso, como nós. Atendimento cordial e queijos e vinhos como cortesia na parte da tarde foram diferenciais. Oportunidade para melhorias no café da manhã, com quantidades limitadas e sem reposição. De qualquer forma, super recomendamos!

A wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma in every way. The location is the best: close to the Square and it’s activities, to beautiful wineries, excellent restaurants, the diRosa outdoor museum, easy to get to Napa and Copia/CIA, the re-opened Cornerstone gardens, the Sonoma Garden Park, etc. The Inn and rooms are lovely and spacious, easy parking, with a very helpful staff, and we’d go back just for the incredible breakfasts. This was our 2nd stay and we’ll be back again.

Rooms and hotel were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was made fresh daily by a chef. Property was super close to town. Staff are VERY friendly. Would definitely recommend this property. Bonuses: fresh cookies daily, happy hour, fireplace in the room, excellent shampoo/body wash/hand soap/lotion Minuses: slow draining sinks, ground floor rooms are a little noisy, ice machine is upstairs and outside.

Overall the hotel was good. The best thing about it was the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. however there was an issue with the thermostat that was very difficult to work and did not adjust the heat or cold well. We could not sleep due to overheating the room and it took quite a while to figure out how to turn it off. After that we heard the heating going on and off in all the other rooms during the night so the noise was consistent. It appears the infrastructure on the hotel is old despite a nice look. There is also no one there after 8 until 8 in the morning. A number to an answering service is provided if there is an issue or problem. That alone would cause me to stay somewhere else. We didn't know this at the time we made the reservation.

The manager was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely hotel. Great location.
