Our reservation that was made five or six months in advance was messed up. When we arrived at the property, they told us the room that we were promised was not available, it had been given to someone else. I was livid. The Manager, Justin was very good about making other arrangements for us that happened to include giving us two rooms so that we had the shower that we needed for my elderly guest and the two beds that we needed. One room for the beds one room for the shower. Then when they did move us into one room that had the shower and the beds, the room that we were supposed to be in, it was not a very nice room. Both of the beds were very uncomfortable, the shower was a joke because the water got all over the bathroom floor, there was just all sorts of problems. The room was just not great at all. The food at the restaurant is terrible. The breakfast food was good, but when you’re there for several days, it’s just pretty much all the same thing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone else. We did have a good time and we may do but this hotel definitely was not up to my standards.

너무나 만족스러웠어요. 직원들도 모두 친절했고 방도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 조식 포함이었는데 조식 뷔페도 아주 깔끔하고 훌륭했어요.

Our recent stay at Embassy suites Oyster Point was very nice. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and very accommodating. The food selection was very limited and not at the level of the hotel. We ordered fish and chips, very greasy. Aside from the bar level food it was a very good stay. We will book again soon.
