Bed was comfortable, room was clean, check in was fast & easy & staff was nice.*The ONLY thing I hate is the small parking lot. Spaces are for the most part for compact cars. People take up 2 spaces, huge moving trucks take up 4-5 spaces. No security walking around to at least have small vehicles take up only ONE space. Aweful parking lot!

Check in clerk was great. Super friendly & helpful. The queen beds were ok, but the couch bed in our room was broken. The toilet in our room ran constantly & clogged at one point. It took an hour for maintenance to show up with a plunger. The breakfast was good.. pretty standard hotel continental breakfast. The pool was nice, but the hot tub looked gross. There were no clean towels at the pool. The front desk granted us a late check out, but housekeeping was knocking on our door right at the checkout time.

The shower heads are for 7-foot-tall people, the water turned cold during the shower. The pool was nasty, the water was cloudy, and the hot tub looked ugh!! We got bit several times, by I don't know what in our room. The only good thing is that they did clean, made our beds, and bring fresh towels every day, but we did have to put ourselves on the"list" for the service.

Room a bit noisy from surrounding area. Parking easy and very easy drive to neighboring theme park. Biggest complaint the wall mounted air conditioning, which either super cooled the room or left it hot. Made it very uncomfortable for sleeping.

This is a budget hotel and as such was fine. However, the swimming pool and especially hot tub were not clean. Our room flooded so we had to move rooms. All of my group were poorly while we were there - I suspect the pool was to blame. Breakfast was not good.

Biggest complaint is that there’s only one elevator and it’s extremely slow. You can tell it needs some upgrade. So during breakfast or checkout be prepared to wait even longer because of the crowd.

Hot tub was clean but broken the night we were there. The staff was beyond amazing! Very nice people working there. The room was clean and needs were very comfortable, water pressure was pretty bad in the shower. AC worked great. Breakfast was pretty good except the toaster and waffle make were broken.

The room was very dingy. The furniture and carpet smelled. The bathroom toilet and tub were stained and dirty. There was hair in the tub as well, and room was dusty. Overall, not worth hundreds of dollars. Would not stay again!

My family have been staying here for years and this was the first time I was actually pretty disappointed. Our bathroom in our room was dirty, there were clumps of black hair all over the floor and in the drain that caused our shower to clog. The carpet also needed a good vacuum. But the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was disappointing as well with mutliple days of eggs and thin slices of ham. It was so gross. We used to look forward to the breakfast!

We have stayed here before and it was great last year. My son stayed here tonight and there were cockroaches running around. He went to the front desk and told them, and asked for a new room. They said they were completely booked. They gave him a business card and told him to contact someone from there. My son immediately sent an email because it was already midnight when all this took place. Unfortunately he could not leave to go look for another hotel at that time of night by himself. As of yet, we have not received any response back.

Pros- comfy bed, friendly staff and great location. Cons- poor breakfast, needs a re-fresh badly as the carpet was worn and stained, and peeling paint in the bathroom. Other guests were consistently smoking dope making the hallways smelly and it was coming into my room, but I guess that's what it get for traveling on 4/20.

Room was spacious enough for 3 adults. It was clean. It could use an update, but was typical for the price range. Crew were all very friendly and informative. Lots of restaurants close by, and right off the highway. Breakfast was fair, enough choices to work.

Good: Check in staff were friendly and very professional. Hot tub in room was very nice indeed. Not so good: Internet was bad. Breakfast was the worst---use IHOP close by Bad: Couch in the room smelled and was dirty. Maybe picked up from local homeless encampment. Carpet worn out threadbare. Way overpriced.

This is an older hotel with "updated" branding. The first room they gave us smelled so heavily of smoke, that we had to ask for a different room, which was immediately resolved. Our next room was OK. But, there was no hot water in the sink, the tub was a very large soaking tub but the outside of the tub was hidiously dirty and looked like they tried to paint over it. The king bed was comfy, with a nice mattress pad. The staff was very friendly and caring, though there was nobody at the desk at an early 5 am checkout... We did not eat the "included breakfast" because it didn't look appetizing. This is a convenient location to freeways and Magic Mtn (we did not go there and never saw it, but assume it was close by). There are at least 5 other hotels in the same vicinity to this one and perhaps we will try a different hotel brand next time.

Room stunk like cigarettes, had to get swapped to another floor, extremely loud guests on both floors, when showering there was no soap, only lotion. When going to sleep you cant close the curtains so im the morning light shines through and there was a light outside literally shinning into the room Also the AC blows the tiny see through curtain so the light shines even more into the room couldnt get a goodnights sleep Sheets were dirty, bed was very stiff Pack and play was urinated all over, disgusting

It was very convenient to have a fridge in the room, however, said fridge was so loud it woke me up every time it cycled on. Other then the loud traffic from the 5 freeway, it was O.K. Room was nice.

Overall it was pretty good. The front desk guy, believe his name was Mark, was exceptional. Our door handle broke off and he got us in a new room right away. The key cards for our second room kept having issues throughout our 4 day stay and he was always very friendly and helpful. The only negative things I have to say is 1. The rooms mainly bathrooms and carpet need updated 2. You can hear alot through the doors (could see a lot of light under and around door) 3. The stairwells smelled like old nasty cigarettes. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

My husband left his new jacket in the closet inside of the room we were staying, we forgot about it on our way out, we call to the hotel few hours later to keep the jacket for a couple days and we will drive down there to pick it up. Well, they “couldn’t find” the jacket, the receptionist just said “sorry, no jacket was found”. That’s ridiculous, one of your employees took my husband’s jacket. Hire trustful people!!!

Absolutely loved the staff. Very friendly. Felt safe and the room was large and well maintained. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good. I want to say that Mark who checked us in was the sweetest and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Something you dont see in young people these days. He is an asset to your company. Only thing we didn't like was the kids running on the floor above us till almost midnight. I finally had to call to complain and the staff member took care of it. Wound differently stay again. Just on the top floor.

Breakfast was very sad. The toaster didn’t work, the bagels were frozen and the waffle machine didn’t work. The coffee was good…thank goodness. There was NO daily housekeeping it needed to be requested. I requested towels at 7am and there were no fresh towels in my room at 8pm when I returned I had to request them again and ask them to deliver them to my room. Breakfast was very sad. The toaster didn’t work, the bagels were frozen and the waffle machine didn’t work. The coffee was good…thank goodness. There was NO daily housekeeping it needed to be requested. I requested towels at 7am and there were no fresh towels in my room at 8pm when I returned I had to request them again and ask them to deliver them to my room. Overall it was a sad experience especially since the rooms were not cheap. Never again

I booked a 2 bed 1 sofa bed room for my family to spend the night. This place had their elevator break down and offered no accommodation for my handicap mom other than downsizing us to a 1 bed 1 sofa bed on the first floor. The overall hotel was a good but the management/employees gave poor customer service. Offered no solution even after explaining multiple ways and requesting they hear us out. Ended up staying here only because we had to. I had to help my mom inch her way up the stairs which was painful for her. Hotel good, customer service bad.

I arrived at a time when several groups were checking in. There was only one person at the counter to handle the volume. She was poised, calm, engaging and kept a good attitude and sense of humour as she checked each group in. Kudos to her!

Mark was excellent with his customer service! Everyone we encountered that worked there was very nice, but Mark stood out because of his friendliness. You don’t find people like him in customer service very often these days! Our first room had an electrical issue with the bathroom light that started smoking and would have caught fire if we weren’t in the room at the time. We were able to quickly change rooms. The rooms are spacious and quiet, but the beds are not the most comfortable. Decent breakfast. We will most likely stay there again

First time at this hotel, not first Comfort Inn experience. The location of this hotel is EXCELLENT! Near good restaurants and a close by gas station and Starbucks for the next morning drive home. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The bed was so comfy, it’s a “Suites” hotel so the rooms are big; I can see that if I was staying longer this would be so nice. Room was immaculate. Really good experience.

Great location for a Six Flags family trip.. front desk guys were super nice and accommodating.. our first room smelled like mold and cigarettes.. but they had no problem moving us to a different floor and the room was great. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom in our room was horrible and needed updating BAD. Hot tub and pool were great and were open until 11pm which was nice for the kids after a long day at six flags. Breakfast was ok.. they could have had more options. For the price and 5 of us I would stay here again

Room was clean, but showerhead had a lot of water buildup on it so the spray was not great. Was very difficult to find a good temperature too. It would be too hot and then too cold at the same setting. My only true complaint was the breakfast was pretty awful. The waffle maker didn’t seem like it got hot enough or something was wrong with the batter because the outside of the waffle was cooked. The inside was raw. They were basically inedible. They had scrambled eggs and ham as well, and the ham looked like deli meat that had been taken out of a container and thrown into the warmer. It was pretty gross

Nice size room. Two queen beds and a pull out couch. Breakfast was decent. Waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, sausage, eggs (not real), variety of breads to toast, juice. Id definitely stay again.

One thing I didn't like is how quickly they pack up the breakfast. The clock in the lobby was about three minutes fast, but when it hit 9:30 am (weekdays), they were already lpacking food away. If you get there when you think you had a couple minutes to still grab something to eat, you're probably going to be too late.

We stayed here 6 months ago and liked it so we decided to book it again for another weekend at 6 flags. I was happy with this hotel both times. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, theres lots of parking, and the front desk people are always super nice. The only problem I do have is that the line to get breakfast is over crowded. Last time was crowded but ok, this time we left and went across the street to starbucks. Other than that, i am very happy with this hotel

The breakfast choices are pretty limited compared to other hotels in the area. The attendant that was servicing the restocking was rude and at 9:15 she was already putting things away!

The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Ok. Breakfast consisted of Srambled eggs and sausage patties one day and ham slices the next. Also, make your own waffles, juices, yogurt, fruit and toast. Food was good and plentiful.

So the free breakfast was cool, however $200 a room- for 2 nights and the amount we paid was kinda pricey for the condition of the hotel. The air conditioner makes a loud noise the entire duration, the motion light outside the bathroom continuously goes off and on - with no way to turn it off. One of the beds had a weird stain and black hair on the white sheet. Aside from that, it was close to 6 flags - a straight shot easy drive / free breakfast were the perks !

When I arrived the elevator was broken. We were on the second floor. We had to walk up the stairs with all our luggage. I thought our bathtub was dirty, I tried to clean it myself then realized it wasn’t dirty just stained. There were stains on the carpet. The room was muggy then I turned on the air and it got better. Our first morning at 6:10 AM the fire alarm went off I thought maybe there was a fire then I realized it wasn’t in the hallway , I called down to the front desk and they said that they would be up to change the battery. They change the battery at 2 PM. It kept beeping every couple minutes which was very annoying. I stayed for two nights and the first night when I got back from the pool my key didn’t work, I went downstairs they fixed it then the second night after I got back from dinner my key again didn’t work went back down and they fixed it. Over all I wouldn’t say this was my best stay at a hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable.
