I have stayed here before, and was surprised at the $22 parking fee and ANGERED at the next morning’s frustration when I couldn’t leave the parking lot because the gate device malfunctioned. I still hear my complaint in my mind: I PAID EXTRA to be hassled?

The bathtub was clogged and it was inconvenient when they had to come and unclog it while I was trying to pump. I also didn’t like that they charged extra for parking.

Parking fees should be included when booking stay, was not pleased to see a sign that daily parking would be charged. First place I ever stayed where parking was not included in the price, also parking spaces are too close together. Standard size SUVs barely fit. I was not pleased to find out I was charged an addition $133.00 dollars for parking.

Easy check in. Lots of parking … but they charge you for parking. Grounds were nice … but lots of house keeping items sitting on the ground. Things like trash bags and linens taken from the rooms. Good breakfast. Nice pool area … but too small for the amount of rooms. The hot tub switch was located a long distance from the hot tub. All though the parking was secure the property it’s self was not. Anyone could walk in right off the street. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. A few miles to the beach and redondo beach pier.

Our 1st day and check-in when we got to the room, it was trash. That hadn't been empty. Day 2, the maid came in and half did the room? I have pictures of that. I had to go to the front office and complain about her services. They sent her back to clean the room again. She got mad, walked out and i opened up the door and asked her. Why did you slam the door if you would have? Did it right? The first time you would not have to come the front destier, called and asked about her services and I told him they're unacceptable, they did work with me to try to solve this problem. So I appreciate the front desks service then that night the knob. falls off of the door to the closet. Some of the rooms are outdated. The one I stayed in was outdated.

Let start from the moment i walked up and thruout my stay was over the top. I and my wife had a pleasantly great time. The room was sparkling and accommodating. The staff was very hospitable. Cleaning crew was outstanding. The whole time we stayed there was peace and quiet. Much needed relaxing stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We will be back.

10 stars for amazing staff, but the property is in need of repairs. Mold growing in the corner of the bathrooms, which means it’s growing in the walls. Several cracks and rust in bath tub. Microwaves need updated. Extremely banged up. I highly recommend a no pet policy to be placed. The air conditioning's was making a loud screeching noise.

Fantastic staff, all so lovely and helpful. Hotel very clean in a wonderful location, very near to the fabulous shopping mall and about 15 minutes to the beautiful Redondo Beach. Would definitely return! One criticism would be a lack of coffee machine in reception, it would be nice to have coffee in the seating area after a busy day shopping!.

Location was amazing, staff awesome and very helpful, really great amenities and well maintained on the outside. The room was disappointing. Beds were not as comfortable as other locations I’ve stayed at, bathroom was not cleaned very well and I would say it’s outdated. Couldn’t get the outlet for blinds to work and usb would have been nice. Not bad if you plan on spending time outside it’s great and surprisingly quiet.

The staff was very nice and servicing. The grounds had some trash in the bushes. The sidewalks around the property could use some power washing. The carpet in our studio could use some deep cleaning. Room was clean other than that.

Property is nice but a little shaggy and edging on getting run down in areas. Neighborhood os commercial and right on a main intersection, so that’s convenient but also very busy and noisy diring the day but pretty quiet at night for the city. Breakfast is noce and the lobby and breakfast area are welcoming and well maintained. Beds are pretty comfy and have good linens but units have a slightly collegiate dorm feel about them rather than “condo” which was more what I expected. Staff was helpful and kind.

The $25 per day parking fee did not come as a surprise but it seemed excessive. Rooms were clean but need an upgrade to earn the rather high room rate. For example, door frames and walls were scuffed, the ceiling was the old fashion cottage-cheese materials, walls were thin and noise from adjoining rooms was constant. Property location is quite good though not close to the beach.

Everything was great at the hotel and the staff were amazing. The beds were so uncomfortable. We stayed in room 1621 and sadly my husband won’t stay there again because of the beds. I love everything about the hotel and wish the beds were better so we can stay there again.

I loved how I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel, it was like having my own little apartment for the weekend! The rooms was very big and accommodating in every way. Beautiful landscaping. Great complimentary breakfast. 100% recommend!

Very nice room with full kitchen and nice bathroom. We had lower unit and could here children running back and forth all night for 4 days. Hated that. Ruined whole trip. I’m handicapped and cannot make it upstairs. Didn’t sleep.

Enzo was so nice and very accommodating! Jess went out of his way to help me. I had to meet a group of 7 people from the Philippines. I only met one person. So, I asked him a favor to call me if they showed up. He did! These 2 staff are assets to the hotel. Will book again in the future.

Property is nice but a little shaggy and edging on getting run down in areas. Neighborhood os commercial and right on a main intersection, so that’s convenient but also very busy and noisy diring the day but pretty quiet at night for the city. Breakfast is noce and the lobby and breakfast area are welcoming and well maintained. Beds are pretty comfy and have good linens but units have a slightly collegiate dorm feel about them rather than “condo” which was more what I expected. Staff was helpful and kind.

Fantastic staff, all so lovely and helpful. Hotel very clean in a wonderful location, very near to the fabulous shopping mall and about 15 minutes to the beautiful Redondo Beach. Would definitely return! One criticism would be a lack of coffee machine in reception, it would be nice to have coffee in the seating area after a busy day shopping!.

I had a good stay, safe and comfortable. rooms are spacious and I love that it has a kitchen, the only thing is that furniture and carpet is outdated and room had a weird smell, (smelled like pee). also parking is $27 per night, very expensive. 7 min drive to beach and its in a pretty good area, close to restaurants and everything

The $25 per day parking fee did not come as a surprise but it seemed excessive. Rooms were clean but need an upgrade to earn the rather high room rate. I loved how I didn't feel like I was staying in a hotel, it was like having my own little apartment for the weekend! The rooms was very big and accommodating in every way. Beautiful landscaping. Great complimentary breakfast. 100% recommend!

It was a pleasant visit. The property was well maintained and the facilities were nice. Breakfast had many options, only thing I could say is that I wish the breakfast was till 10 am everyday. We were on holidays and gelt we had to get up earlier than we wanted to make it to breakfast during the week.

My daughter got bit by mosquitoes all night and all of us the next night. Since the units there have doors exposed to outside, it's conceivable that bugs get in but the door itself (#521) had big gap between the frame and itself.. Huge no, no to anybody who's considering a stay. The unit itself was dustry, damp, and stains all over. Didn't bother to switch since others couldn't be too different than the one I stayed in. The breakfast was all a mess. The food was dry and ran out quick, didn’t get refilled quick enough. The same thing with the milk, empty most of the time.. Big waste of money for zero comfort.

The place was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Bed was not a comfortable as I would like and the pull out couch was terrible. I wanted to go into the jacuzzi but it was a weird color.

Also, the hot water in the little apartments (aka rooms) runs out really really fast.
