Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tracy

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It wasn’t a surprise that things were the same. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the pool warm enough to enjoy a swim. The location is around restaurants and shops walking distance.We would definitely stay here next time we are visiting Tracy.

The room was clean and well maintained, but the common areas and elevator was in need of TCL. The external side of the doors on the 3rd floor were all scratched up and damaged. The elevator was missing the cover to the down arrow and made some odd noises.

We had some extremely noisy neighbors partying late and as we had to be up early the next morning, we called the front desk who did ask them to quiet down...unfortunately it wasnt enough so at 11:30 I went to the front desk and asked if there was any way to switch rooms. The gentleman at the front desk helping me was very understanding and apologetic and was able to move us into a nicer room upstairs which was solved the issue. The hotel itself was very reasonably priced, was clean, had great amenities (Breakfast in the morning, pool & spa, water filling station) I would stay here again.
