The section where we stayed above the lobby doesn’t have an elevator and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and musky smelling..Our room was great, roomy and very clean, beds were comfy and lots of pillows. Bathroom very clean and updated. A/C was rigged and didn’t cool enough but did the job. They have continental breakfast with an ok assortment. I’d stay here again if I was on a budget

We’ve stayed here before. For some reason there was noise, construction and smoke alarms going on. Understandable. We got the handicap accessible room but doors weren’t that accessible. They would close right away. There should be some stopper to help when coming in with a wheelchair. My husband is handicap and found it interesting that the 3 nights we stayed the cars on the handicap spot were always taken by cars with no placards? Also back door will always be stuck and wouldn’t open. Had to go thru front.

Located on a busy street next to a freeway off-ramp, the room has no sound insulation from outside traffic. Entering the parking lot, there is a gated swimming pool green with algae and overgrown with weeds. The lobby is sparse and understaffed. Entry to the rooms is unprotected, the security door is broken. Carpeting is old outdated stained and filthy. Walls are in desperate need of paint and trim. The door to my room was partially obstructed by an old mattress and box spring in the hall. The room is small, no phone, no tv remote, no thermostat. The bathroom trim is damaged, the caulking around the toilet is dirty and stained. The shower drain is clogged and the shower head has no water pressure. There is no ice maker onsite, vagrants, prostitutes, homeless, and drug addicts walk onto the property to rummage through unsecured trash bins, and a weathered soda machine outside next to the front door.

Is a wonderful hotel is nearby the 120-East/West on ramps. The Ac is great, beds comfy, TV is great, but also they have a place to purchase Snacks. The only thing I was not aware that their no elevator, gotta walk the stairs.

We had ants in our room. I reported it to the front desk staff multiple times and they were never treated. I HIGHLY believe people are living at the motel! The stair well door was left open 24/7 and reeked of marijuana. The continental breakfast was very minimal. Only a couple of options.

Flies everywhere, even at check in & at least a dozen or more in our room. Trash bathroom in lobby was overflowing both days we used the facilities. Trash outside the building was overflowing. Tables at breakfast were dirty & we wiped them down ourselves. Budget hotel pricing and it shows.

Walkable distances from a bunch of close fast food, restaurants and restaurants only dislike I had of the hotel was it is close to the freeway so it can be noisy at times but other than that I give it a four out of five star rating would definitely go back. Staff was very helpful.

The receptionist at check in was great! Everyone we dealt with after that was terrible and not helpful at all. We initially were given a room and it was dirty. There was a bug crawling on the bed and also a wad of hair on the bathroom floor. We also did not have a bathroom door. The receptionist was very nice and quickly switched our room. Our next room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Each room only had two towels and the hotel never seemed to have any clean laundry to provide us with more. The hotel is in a rough location, right next to the interstate and a lot of sketchy activity around. Besides the point, the real kicker was Saturday night when we were awakened by multiple, and I do mean multiple, 50 to be exact, Gunshots. It was very loud and sounded like it was right outside our window. Finally when I heard the police sirens, I looked out the window at an entire crime scene. None the less, Never again will we return to this hotel. Please spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

We were out in Tracy for a friends party. We stayed here for the night. I was calm. The room was good, clean and everything worked. The only complaint is the pillows they are a bit hard and too high. Other that that our stay was good. U would stay again for a night.

My stay was very good, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the Bathroom and Shower were both open spaced, which was a different experience, but it was only me, so no problem. The morning breakfast was nice and convenient, but would have been better if there was jelly for the toast. Overall it was nice, comfortable and centrally located

I stayed in a remodeled room. Clean, quiet... but tiny ants all over the bathroom. Nothing left when I went down for breakfast at 8a.m. person on duty looked at me and turned away, talking on his phone in aramaic. Would not reply to me. Disgusting behavior and service.

They offer a continental breakfast that is not true! I asked for more towels they were never brought up. The towel that was there had someone else’s hair in it.

The room was decently clean, although it was obvious a renovation is taking place. Little areas such as the bathroom tiles and floors near the shower did not seem new. The new showers were very nice! Beds were very comfortable. Even though the property is close to the freeway, the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had a very late check in and the person checking us in could not have been nicer or more helpful, as was the person who checked us out. We will stay here again.

Our next room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Each room only had two towels and the hotel never seemed to have any clean laundry to provide us with more. The hotel is in a rough location, right next to the interstate and a lot of sketchy activity around. Besides the point, the real kicker was Saturday night when we were awakened by multiple, and I do mean multiple, 50 to be exact, Gunshots. It was very loud and sounded like it was right outside our window. Finally when I heard the police sirens, I looked out the window at an entire crime scene. None the less, Never again will we return to this hotel. Please spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Located on a busy street next to a freeway off-ramp, the room has no sound insulation from outside traffic. Entering the parking lot, there is a gated swimming pool green with algae and overgrown with weeds. The lobby is sparse and understaffed. Entry to the rooms is unprotected, the security door is broken. Carpeting is old outdated stained and filthy. Walls are in desperate need of paint and trim. The door to my room was partially obstructed by an old mattress and box spring in the hall. The room is small, no phone, no tv remote, no thermostat. The bathroom trim is damaged, the caulking around the toilet is dirty and stained. The shower drain is clogged and the shower head has no water pressure. There is no ice maker onsite, vagrants, prostitutes, homeless, and drug addicts walk onto the property to rummage through unsecured trash bins, and a weathered soda machine outside next to the front door.

The room was great, upgraded and clean, staff was very nice simple check in and out. The property is in a rough area of town and a bit ran down. But my husband and I didn't have any problems. Came to town for one night for a family visit. Will stay again.

Is a wonderful hotel is nearby the 120-East/West on ramps. The Ac is great, beds comfy, TV is great, but also they have a place to purchase Snacks. The only thing I was not aware that their no elevator, gotta walk the stairs.

I stayed in a remodeled room. Clean, quiet... but tiny ants all over the bathroom. Nothing left when I went down for breakfast at 8a.m. person on duty looked at me and turned away, talking on his phone in aramaic. Would not reply to me. Disgusting behavior and service.

My stay was very good, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the Bathroom and Shower were both open spaced, which was a different experience, but it was only me, so no problem. The morning breakfast was nice and convenient, but would have been better if there was jelly for the toast. Overall it was nice, comfortable and centrally located

Not very convenient entrance or exit from facility outside dirty disgusting ,breakfast,was disguting eggs were microwaved fruit rotton. Bed was hard as a rock. No phone in room. Will never use that hotel again. Or franchise.

We specifically booked this hotel because it had a breakfast option but they are not offering that. It was very frustrating because hat it wasn’t listed correctly on the booking.

We had ants in our room. I reported it to the front desk staff multiple times and they were never treated. I HIGHLY believe people are living at the motel! The stair well door was left open 24/7 and reeked of marijuana. The continental breakfast was very minimal. Only a couple of options.

We’ve stayed here before. For some reason there was noise, construction and smoke alarms going on. Understandable. We got the handicap accessible room but doors weren’t that accessible. They would close right away. There should be some stopper to help when coming in with a wheelchair. My husband is handicap and found it interesting that the 3 nights we stayed the cars on the handicap spot were always taken by cars with no placards? Also back door will always be stuck and wouldn’t open. Had to go thru front.

The section where we stayed above the lobby doesn’t have an elevator and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and musky smelling..Our room was great, roomy and very clean, beds were comfy and lots of pillows. Bathroom very clean and updated. A/C was rigged and didn’t cool enough but did the job. They have continental breakfast with an ok assortment. I’d stay here again if I was on a budget
