Comfort Suites Tulare Sequoia Gateway

There is a good variety of food and drinks offered for breakfast. The quality of the food is fine, but the apple juice and orange juice tasted watered down. The staff are really kind in waiting to clean up the breakfast buffet if you haven't finished eating. Coffee, tea, and cold water are always provided which we appreciated. The room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, and large enough for three adults. My dad likes to take very hot showers and said the water didn't get hot enough for him. My mom and I didn't have any issues with the water temperature or water pressure. The bathroom fan in room 105 only worked a couple of times. We were hoping to use the pool, but we ran out of time. We felt safe and the parking lot is well lit at night. There is always someone at the front desk if you need assistance.

Staff was fantastic. Hotel very dated. If you stay on second floor there is no elevator. Breakfast area very small with limited seating very crowded.

I haven’t use breakfast ， parking conditions is good

We had a pleasant stay until checkout, when we were informed that three towels were missing. Initially, we were told the cost would be $10 per towel, but later we were informed by the staff that the manager had provided incorrect information, and the actual charge is $25 per towel. We do not have the towels. One towel was found and returned. So we are wrongfully being charged for towels that shouldn’t be missing since I hung them up on the bathroom before checking out.
