First hotel where mattress had plastic under the sheet that made terrible crumbling noise and made the bed feel not normal. First hotel where you need key card to enter lobby. First hotel where you stand in the lobby for 10 minutes, then call the hotel number to have someone check you in and the person who checks you in had the audacity to say he knew that I was standing there waiting, that is in the middle of afternoon when there is no other guest and typically slow time of the day.

I love when I get a chance to stay at the Stay Express. Everything is in walking distance. The parking lot is gated and they have security. So always feel comfortable. And they have the best ice machine. It makes the little pellets

Elevator doesn’t work they don’t do price match the guys are rude except the young guy he’s very sweet the two older ones please coach them on customer service

Motel was decently cheap and fit into my budget. But the lacking of housekeeping to clean the room or change the sheets or bring you new towels was horrible . Not to mention the roaches in the room that she would find every now and then or the ones that ran across the hallway was unbelievable. If you’re in a pinch and can deal with the roaches by all means, stay there, we couldn’t find any anywhere else at the time or for the price. Lots of cameras, but you still have to worry about the car getting broken into. Best thing about The whole place is the older gentleman at the front desk. He has nothing short of amazing.

They need new washer and dryer. Maids need to clean up better. Roach infested. Manager rude and always want to put people out.

Elevators barely worked

Has a bad pest problem, big big roach problem , ice machine didn’t work , very noisy ..

Bugs. Broken door handles. Broken elevator, room door doesn't lock.

I liked the proximity to the airport, but that was it. I parked a 2025 BMW Z6 there and kinda worried about it all night, but it was fine. But a lot of (Strange) people walking the streets around this place. was in a great location on the main road, but that was it. The elevator did not work, had to take the stairs with luggage and a lot of things did not work in the room. Would NOT stay there again

I wouldn’t recommend. There was dust and cobwebs in the corners of the room meaning that it wasn’t clean. I walked around on the floor in my white socks, and they were immediately gray and black within 1 minute.

Horrible stay rooms was dirty I decided not to even stay in the room I asked for a refund 30 mins after being in the room

Found bed bugs everywhere. Had to immediately find a new place for the night.

Bed sheets were stained and very dirty. Washroom floor had pubic hair on it. Floors were not properly washed. Top of the fridge had not been cleaned in a long while. Over all we had not choice but to stay in this hotel, but the it was so dirty. Staff however was very friendly. Door was not locking, as it must have been kicked in few times.

The room was extremely dirty, not well kept at all. I killed 5 cockroaches!!!! Yes, cockroaches. I was not expecting 5-star facilities, but something can be simple yet clean. This place was not. It was truly awful. The only reason I stayed was because I was just going to spend the night and go catch a flight in the early morning. I could not have stayed more than one night there. At least the sheets and towels were clean... but overall, I was very surprised and disappointed at how filthy the room was.

There were many bugs and roaches within the hotel room and in the bathroom. The sheets had brown stains on them, and when I went to the lobby to request another bed sheet, they gave me a comforter insert that had brown stains as well. The smell of the room smelled like pee and smoke. The sink was clogged for my entire stay.

Everything the room was very nasty and it had roaches from the bathroom to the window immediately left and will never return

The walls are paper thin and I was kept up all night to crying and other loud noises. There was also no lights and the room was really worn on the walls

The springs in the mattress you can see and feel. The bed frames were sticking out from underneath the bed. I really had to be very cautious about walking around in that room. That room didn’t have an inside latch on the door. Next time I will make a better decision about choosing a motel.

My bolt lock didn’t work and when O informed the staff he told me that there was nothing that he could do. Also, my room had roaches. The electrical outlets were loose so you couldn’t plug things into them I was able to locate one tight one. The lights went out and there is no generator. It is close to everything which was a plus.

Roach in the shower, had to get rooms changed cause toilet would not flush because no water in the tank. Bed im in the new room, middle leg of the bed, is broke, had to push my bed to the wall because of constant sliding, bed divets when i lay down cause of broken leg.

The bed was a mattress floating on an Amazon fold out bed frame. It scooted around the room every time I sat on it. To make matters worse there were only two bedsheets with no comforter or duvet of any kind. The TV was the size of a desktop computer screen and the walls and built in furniture was cracked and peeling. There were vagrants and prostitutes out side and when I returned from work the door was locked, my key didn't work anymore, and there was no attendant at the desk to let me in. I was outside for 30 minutes while the only attendant working was in some other part of the building. Not for the faint of heart. Very shady place inside and out.

The WiFi hardly works it continues to buffer making it difficult to watch the smart tv that is in the room and my children’s video games had a hard time connecting to the internet

The room was average. Remote didn’t work properly. Did not have a comforter on bed, just two sheets, room was spot cleaned, tub was not cleaned properly, traffic noise throughout the night, a little pricey for all the non accommodations. Noisy neighbor, loud music, loud talking, loud arguments multiple floors and stairwells. Lots of foot traffic thru parking lot. Smells of weed throughout. Just the facts.

The staff was fantastic. The only issue I had was the TV and Internet were non functional. The Internet would connect but had zero connectivity. The TV took special steps to get it to work off just cable otherwise it tried to use the same wireless connection that wasn't working

Dear Stay Inn Express Corporate, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during my recent stay at your property. I checked out of the hotel and unfortunately, I realized shortly after that I had left $400 in cash under the pillow in my room. Upon returning to the hotel to retrieve it, I was met with a very disappointing and unprofessional response from the management. Initially, the manager assured me that housekeeping staff do not steal and return any items they find. However, shortly after, he stated that "nobody is going to turn in any money" if it was found, implying that there was little hope of recovering it. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This experience was both frustrating and deeply concerning, especially given the amount of money involved. I have since filed a police report, as I believe this matter warrants further investigation. The police advised me to reach out to corporate, as I am hoping that your team can address this issue in a more professional and thorough manner. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my lost money. Additionally, I urge you to review the conduct of the management at this location, as their behavior was far from the level of customer service I expected. Good coustmer service

Horrible customer service. I complained about a MAINTENANCE issue and MANAGEMENT let themselves in the room without me being present. There was a large hole in the wall. “Clean towels” had hair in the towels. Sheets had all kinds of stains and heat didn’t work first night of my stay.

This place was trash. Management is the worst.

The property had mildew. More importantly, the manager had a gun on him with a holster and had me and my 5 year old son ejected from the premises with the police after payment for two weeks. We will be pursuing a lawsuit.

Place with many drug users at the door and homeless, inside the hotel the smell of drugs and cigarettes is strong. I booked to spend 1 night, they sent us to the 3rd floor, as soon as I got out of the elevator the smell of marijuana was strong in the hallway, the noise of loud music and people drinking. We entered the room and the smell of cigarettes was strong, the sheets dirty, the microwave dirty, the bathroom dirty, the dirty floor of the room, certainly the room was not clean! My wife suffers from respiratory disease and soon attacked the allergy, I had to go to the reception and ask to change rooms, they moved us to 1 room on the 1st floor, where there was a lot of noise too, but the room was better, at least it was clean. Another thing, the elevator on the property is old. The other day, when we went out to go out, we found a homeless at the door wanting to enter the hotel. It's definitely not worth staying in this hotel even for a few hours, The only good thing is the location, which is very close to everything you need, such as market, restaurant, pharmacy....

I loved the exterior look and colors, the interior lobby was also very nice with convenience items for purchase. The only thing we didnt care for was there were no blankets on the beds just 2 sheets, and the plugins weren't in convenient areas as well as the plugs kept falling out because the outlets were loose. Overall we would stay again for thevprice and convenience as well as friendly staff.

Staff was exceptionally great . But the property was dirty I got no sleep due to the people partying all night and slamming doors. It was unsafe i saw several vagrants all over the property and on the street . The hotel doesn’t have breakfast .

It was advertised with continental breakfast and I paid extra money for that, then they told me they don't have breakfast, not even coffee. I requested a non smoking room but the cigarette smell was awful. There was water all over the floor coming from behind a small fridge. Sorry don't use it anymore or recommend.

Not bad checking in. The only issue I have is that the website doesn’t mention the $100 deposit that they require upon check in and that there isn’t free breakfast only food items that you can purchase.
