We had a great stay the night after our trip to Six Flags the hot tub and pool and accommodations were great the following morning breakfast buffet was delicious although a bit lacking because it was a full hotel and a couple of items were not available other than that it was perfect

Loved my stay. Very friendly staff! They had a shuttle they informed me about before checking in perfect for my transportation to six flags. Was able to drop off things before going/ checking in. Very clean!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and heated. However, the hot tub was not working - I believe the hotel should have offered a discount for that - but then again, not everyone would use the hot tub anyway. Yes I would stay there again - if the hot tub worked :)

This was a wonderful hotel. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and pool area. The pool bathrooms were messy & the hot tub had an old bandaid in it with debris in it from possibly not being cleaned that day (went early in the morning and later that night) all the debris came out of on the corners of the hot tub when the jets came on. This was kind of gross from not beinging cleaned regularly each day but other than that it was a lovely stay

The hot tub was not and had not been working yet it is still listed as an amenity. Kids running from the pool up and down the elevator soaking the floor creating a slipping hazard.

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was complete with hot and cold items. Coffe/tea bar was fully stocked day and night. Everything was in perfect condition and so clean. Great little gym facility too.

Love that they had a free shuttle to 6 Flags. We didn’t have to pay to park and they dropped us off close to the entrance. Drivers were nice and helpful. They assisted me in getting in and out as I am disabled.

Nice hotel and staff is friendly. Good breakfast buffet. However, hotel room floor was dirty and stained up. Also a house in the neighborhood next to the hotel has a rooster. He goes off at 6am every 15 seconds

Expensive for a night, but appreciate the ease of being able to walk in and book a room when in a pinch. Generous breakfast spread and spacious communal areas. Very nice night staff. Room was clean except for some smeared blood on the bathroom light switch area (yikes).

pon checking entering our room we noticed that the floor was dirty leaving our feet and white socks black with some dirt, dust or residue. My wife notified the front desk immediately and showed them a baby wipe she used to wipe the floor showing how dirty the wipe was from mearly wiping it and because we have our two toddler children staying the room walking and crawling on the floor. Nothing seem to be done no urgency of the dirty floor in the king suite studio. Given the hotel's high ratings and reputation, we expected better. Also, I went to. To the app and chated with your front desk which gave me no assistance in resolving my concerns of having the area cleaned. The next day our last night they said someone would clean the rro During the day while we were out, we left at 11am came back after 7pm only to find nothing was done we informed the front desk and they stayed that there were notes in the computer for housekeeping but no notes that that they cleaned anything not even replace the towel and no ,” do not disturb sign on the door!”

Nice hotels. Staff was friendly. Room appered clean but did smell like dog urine. I am a.dog owner so did not complain to ftont desk. Not their fault and I dont want to limit pat friendly hotels because of bad pet owners.. Location wad great too!

There was a spider in the bathroom when we arrived. Also makeup left from previous stay under a chair. The staff however were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast was suitable and the coffee and water was free flowing. The shuttle was also nice and less stressful when attending the park. It was my birthday and we had a great time. We will be back.

The property and grounds were very nice buy no one cleans there was good and other unidentifiable stuff all over dofa doors fining area cushions. The bathtoom corners had sand and hair piled up not too clean Staff was very kind

Check into longer than expected, Broken doors to refrigerators, Dirty shower walls. Few stains on the carpet. Not enough selection on tv, But it had clean sheets comfortable bed.

Nice room and beds. Very noisy neighbors especially above. 730 wake up stomping from kids jumping and running above was our only complaint. (We are parents but not cool. Not blaming hotel but it would be nice if they put younger kids on lower floors.)

Rooms are comfortable with new furniture and upgraded bathrooms. Breakfast is fresh. Coffee station in lobby is convenient. Lighted self parking with security cameras. More towels would be great.

Room was very well kept and when we checked in it was a flawless process. My stay consisted of small noise from traffic outside, good and hearty breakfast, and nice staff that stays on the productive side .I would definitely recommend and come again. Thanks, Armando

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms hotel next to oa busy and noisy 4 lane road. soundproofing didn't block street noise very well double-paned windows would have helped.

The bathroom has a motion activated light switch that stay on for about 60 seconds and goes out when you are in the shower leaving you in the dark. The only way to turn it back on it to get out of the shower in the dark. Very dangerous. Also the people in the room next to us partied all night. I called the front desk but it made no difference.

Disappointing the a/c did not work. Front desk sent up a maintenance worker and he told us to stand in front of the machine that was clearly not working. Climate in area is hot, a/c should work or an offer of a room change. Thankfully the windows opened, at night the breeze came in handy.

This was a safe and clean property. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Only issue was traffic noise. I’d request a room on the other side so I didn’t hear all the loud cars.

My stay was decent. The room and property was clean. the concierge who checked me in was friendly and accommodating, However the next shift concierge seemed to have issues with my girlfriend, was rude and unaccommodating.

The male at the front desk was not very friendly. I thought it was just us but I saw him treat a different family the same way as I sat in the lobby. Then he started talking about the family and stereotyping them with a different employee saying they were going to check the cameras once they had walked out. They also offer a free limo service but the driver is also not friendly. It seemed like she picked the people who she wanted to be friendly to and the rest (us) were ignored. When we called her to pick us up she said it would be 10 minutes. It was closer to 20, we could have just walked back our kids became very impatient. This place just had a really weird vibe.

The entire experience was seamless. Every interaction was positive. We had booked two rooms and made a few calls prior to arrival. Pearl was so courteous and helpful as well Damian. Upon our check-in, Maurice greeted us with a smile and was very professional. A true asset and representative of excellent customer service. The breakfast options were great! Upon check-out, once again a positive end to our stay with Kyle. We highly recommend this property 😊

This hotel met my expectation. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The breakast was very good.The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Orlando the shuttle guy; on time and reliable. The only con was that there were no eating places close by. Bring your meals in and store and refrigerate. The surrounding area is questionable. Don't go walking close to the gas station near by.

Hotel was nice staff was nice. It’s near six flags so I get it but I live in Vallejo so it’s a bit of a sketchy area. Still good place to stay.

The facility was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. We were warned though prior to staying there to watch where we walked as some of the neighborhoods in the surrounding areas were unsafe potentially. But on the property, there was no issues whatsoever.

The hotel was very nice, staff friendly and breakfast tasty - a lot to choose. Cliose to 6 flags. But the neighborhood was not friendly and woukd not recomment having a walk aftef the sunset.

Easy walk to the neighboring theme park. Clean hotel with quiet and comfortable rooms. Check in and cleaning staff were very courteous. Pool was decent temperature and spa relaxing. Limited walking options for food, but very short drive to a shopping center with lots of options. Occasional smell of pot from some guests in elevator, seems to be unavoidable these days in California. Stayed with family with small children. Not the fanciest hotel we stayed at during our trip, but met our needs and would certainly stay here again next time we visit the theme park.

I liked the hotel, the pools, the coffee. Improvement areas: The hotel is next to a Bush road, we heard the traffic. I could appreciate if more healthy breakfast options were available.

I was very dissatisfied with the breakfast. The staff was not aware of the status of the condiments or entrees. The coffee was empty and had to request service at the coffee station each morning. 3 days.

The pool and hot tub were just the right temperature, we enjoyed the breakfast options, and our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful - we had a wonderful stay! We were particularly fond of the 24/7 coffee and water bar in the lobby.

We didn’t expect luxury, but our stay ended up being a bit unpleasant. The bed had a noticeable cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room, which made things less comfortable. There was quite a bit of noise at night from the street, the hallways, and other rooms. It made it harder to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was okay, but pretty minimal still not the worst I have seen. The bacon was paper thin and the omelets were premade and a little odd tasting.There was cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and waffle makers as well. The location was definitely convenient for visiting Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, which we appreciated, but that was probably the main highlight. Overall, the hotel wasn't the greatest and probably not a place we will choose to stay again.

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was complete with hot and cold items. Coffe/tea bar was fully stocked day and night. Everything was in perfect condition and so clean. Great little gym facility too.

Comodissimo per visitare sia Napa che si trova a 15 minuti che San Francisco a 40 minuti. Stanza spaziosa e nuove . Caffè ed acqua sempre disponibili nella hall. Colazione e parcheggio inclusi. Unico neo la pulizia che è a richiesta e che comprende solo pulizia bagno e cambio asciugamani

This was our 11th stay in the past 4 years. We love the hot tub and pool and the complimentary breakfast. Location is very close to six flags and 10 minutes from our son’s university.

The people working are trying so hard to be professional, to maintain the facility and keep it clean. They are fighting a losing battle though. Whoever owns and slapped that place together are borderline criminals. The place is cheap snap-together fabrication so it was always going to fall apart fast. Might as well be a fisher-price castle. Love love love the onsite storage pods cramming the parking lot. That surely makes the premises feel like a home and not an abandoned industrial waste dump. /s The workers from six flags should be banned from property. I tried using a toilet downstairs, a line formed, and a woman with a six flags uniform came out and that room was destroyed by her clogger. The cleaning lady came over and I could see tears forming from how bad the smell was alone. This is ten feet from the kitchen. Bet people could still taste that on their breakfast. The lady working for the hotel was so pleasant about it but I could tell she was going to rethink her life based on that one six flags IBS adventurer. The room has no overhead light so it feels like a crack house immediately. The shower doors wont stay shut so water went everywhere. Probably not built level. Towels were clean. Good job on the towels.
