The views from my balcony were beautiful. The valet staff were awesome. Monique at the front desk was rude and stand offish while I was checking out this morning. No smile, no welcome, not great customer service. She acted like I was bothering her. The young lady who checked me in Tuesday was awesome. She was always smiling and very professional. Even when I walked pass the desk in the mornings to leave out she would smile and say good morning. My exit today on Friday, not great from the front desk but valet made me smile. The onsite restaurant my first day the bartender was horrible and dismissive as if I wasn’t there. I almost left. I came back on Weds to see if I would have a different experience and I did. Rick was absolutely awesome. He came to my table and greeted me. He checked on me to see if I needed anything else and provided awesome customer service. The food was delicious. To the check in staff on Tuesday, the valet workers and Rick in the restaurant THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had a great experience! The valet was friendly and fast, checking in was easy and our room was ready early which we really appreciated; we got our day going right after checking in. The room was super cold and clean, the only downfall was the ugly balcony door, but we weren't there to stay in our room anyway. We were there for a much needed break and that's what we got, sleeping 8-10 hours both nights. Overall, we had a great stay and will always recommend to others.

The room was clean! But the AC was leaking and it made the balcony feel off limits. We paid for an ocean view, but all of the rooms have an ocean view. I feel like we had the worst view out of all of the rooms, so that was disappointing since we paid extra for the view. The in room breakfast was great and my husband enjoyed the bar.
