We had a great 1 night stay and enjoyed relaxing at the pool late afternoon. It was a clean and well maintained property, as well as our room. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions.

The lobby and pool area were nice and clean. The room, not so much. The walls and doors had splash stains, the shower curtain was slimy, the air conditioner was loud, as was the fan. You could hear water pipes from neighboring rooms, quite loud. The TV is small but channels were plentiful. The bed was clean and comfy but the pillows were small and inflexible. Staff was friendly and nice. The pool and hot tub area was inviting, nice place to sit but the hot tub was luke warm. I was disappointed.

It appears this is a mom and pop motel A/C in rooms are locked at 68 degrees. the room will be warm and does not cool down. Hot tub is turned off on arrival at 4PM. They turned it on and still was not warm 11/2 hours later. Pool not heated. You have to ask for pool towels they are not by the pool or you have to bring towels from your room. Breakfast consisted of cold oatmeal in a crock pot, limited juices, no coffee, and waffles from freezer. Milk tasted sour. If you are a woman don't ask for maintenance to help! Bob is condescending and rude.

Choices are fewer than most hotels of this caliber but we’re fine. The pool area is nice with a few tables to sit and enjoy a snack or drink. The freezer was so gross I can’t let it go.

I decided for a girls weekend with my daughters and we went hiking before check in. It is a very cute establishment dated but well maintained. Rooms are simple but it’s easy to relax here. The patio and pool area is beautiful and so is the landscape and garden/trees. We loved the hot tub and will be coming back. This is a hidden gem of Willits

I went to get in the hot tub and it was cold and the pool was freezing. I was out in the hot tub for about 20 minutes before someone came out and finally turned it on and it took about 25 minutes to warm to a lukewarm bath temp. I picked the hotel so I could swim and sit in the hot tub, but I was disappointed by the experience.

When we arrived it was 100 degrees so the swimming pool was a great amenity. Very nice clean property, we slept well.

The staff at this property were above and beyond amazing. I’m long overdue in submitting this review, so I have forgotten their names; however, each person we encountered at check in and check out were exceptionally friendly and made us feel special. There were ants in our room, I ended up having to get rid of half of our snacks.

They have nice clean rooms and really nice Bible in our room that you can easily read and understand. Staff was very accommodating

They staff were friend and helpful as well as providing information for guest to know around town. I will recommend this place to friends and loved ones! The rooms are clean and the sheets are so soft ❤️

I will preface this by saying I clean Airbnb’s for a living. This makes me a tough critic. I see things the average person probably wouldn’t. That being said, I wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness of the room. It was obvious to me that the bathtub was not sanitized or scrubbed. It was more than likely just rinsed down with water. My child wanted to take a bath. I didn’t want him putting his body in that tub. In addition, the drain plug was probably 30yrs old and didn’t work properly. So even when showering, you were standing in a tub full of water. On top of that, the floor in the bathroom was not vacuumed or swept. There was little peddles in every corner of the bathroom. The sink in the mirror area hasn’t been scrubbed in a long while. There was a visible ring of grim/mold around the ring of the drain. Furthermore, there was a stain iron the sheet near the head area of one of the two queen beds we had. We came into town last minute and couldn’t find anywhere to stay in fort Bragg where we really wanted to be so for the circumstances we were in, it worked fine to sleep and clean up. However, I would never choose this hotel knowingly ever again. One positive experience was the lady who worked at the front desk. She was very friendly and kind.

Bathroom were dirty and seems like bath tub was properly cleaned for a few days. Bed has hair residue.

Mom & Pop establishment that's very well kept. I loved the soft fluffy toewls and the complimentary robes. We left our room a hot mess when we left but the bed was made, fresh towels pretty and in place, with the room in order! Most hotel these days don't provide dailt cleaning. It was a welcomed surprise!

Its not fancy place but its ccozy quiet place to stay. Most importantly we had good sleep.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The people who work there are very friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. I don’t like that there’s no outlets by the bed to plug our phones into while they’re charging while sitting on the bed watching TV but otherwise everything is great.

DO NOT STAY !Have stayed here many times through the years. Absolutely never again. I had my key fail, and went to have it replaced around 11:30 pm. The front desk was closed and lobby locked, so I rang bell as instructed. THe man that emerged to help me was immediately hostile and aggressive. Blaming me for the key failure( it worked fifteen minutes earlier, and was never exposed to a cell phone or anything similar) Repeatedly yelling at me and telling me to calm down as I stood there calm just asking for access to my room. He threatened to kick me out of the hotel(nearly midnight at this point) repeatedly. Asked if we needed to go outside to settle this, and continued to get more and more agitated. I never raised my voice, or showed any hostility. I just kept asking to get into my room. He told me it was working fine and that I was too stupid to work the hotel lock. Refused to give me a key. Insisted on taking me to my room to show me that the key worked. (Spoiler Alert!) it did not. Nor did the key he made to replace it. He told me it was my fault that the lock wasnt working. Then tried his master, which also did not work right away. He eventually got it open with the master, yelled at me some more and stormed off, without providing a key. I again asked for a key please. He again threatened to kick me out. He came back 20 minutes later with a key that apparently worked, again blamed me , and never once apologized. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Not clean, or nice or quaint.

Have local friends in the area who advised this to be the nicest of the affordable options in town and it was nice. Friendly couple that appears to be the on-site owners, with a little dog that might greet ya. Will be staying here again next time, having tried other places in Willits before. :)

Nice staff Average room, quiet, but old towels, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to fast food. Close to Skunk Train which was lots of fun.

Don’t be fooled. This place is clean and it maybe old but the rooms are really well kept up. Not much to do or eat around there but it’s a good spot to crash. Staff was cool.

They don’t allow early check in. The hot tub isn’t ready so we had to wait 30 minutes and even then it wasn’t hot. Don’t count on the breakfast, it wasn’t ready at 7:30 as advertised.

Do not expect Breakfast.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish the breakfast or at least coffee started earlier in the morning but we had a nice stay.

I must say that the front desk emplyees are very good. The breakfast prepared by, a maintenance person ??? (Bill) very poor. I opted no breakfast.
