The Bartender by the pool was awesome and our waiters all very helpful. 5/5 stars will come back and enjoy everything Yountville has to offer. My wife enjoyed Yountville mkre then any other city in the area. The pool was also more private and the jacuzzi was nice!

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. This was disappointing as we were not told in advance and actually received an email from the property right before we arrived telling us about the pool and hot tub. We were not interested in walking down the street to the sister property for those facilities,

The hotel was in touch ahead of our stay, however, they never communicated that the pool and spa were closed for renovation. Although there's a substantial amenity fee, those are basically the amenities, aside from a bottle of wine and some small breakfast bites. We were highly disappointed given the pool is the main reason we pick this property and they had ample time to communicate this or even to post it on their website. The front desk staff were tremendously gracious, offering transportation to a sister property. We suggested a room a the sister property, but that was not offered. Silly because the sister property had many vacancies. Seems a bad business decision, as in the end, we opted for the full refund of what we paid.

Very pleased that upon check in we were given adjoining rooms for our two parties. The pool area is fantastic, and the rooms are very well appointed, including private patios on the main floor. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops in Yountville. Highly recommend this property.

Great location for walking to town restaurants and tasting rooms. Parking was ample and close to the room. The staff were friendly and attentive. Concierge staff was very helpful in setting up reservations. Would definitely stay again in Yountville.

A cat came in our room when we opened the door. We called the front desk and they said the cats name was Oreo! It’s was disturbing. The seemed to have had flea. Thought we would get some sort of discount! Was extremely disappointed! Will NEVER stay there again!

Beautiful hotel and property. The only thing is the carpet was worn for such a nice hotel, the rooms need upgraded. The beds were also worn and mattresses were not good.

The property has charming exterior with nice grounds and quiet surroundings. The pool area is the highlight of the property-beautiful set up, cozy seating area, fire pit near pool and a bar. Rooms and bathrooms are well kept, comfortable beds but decor a bit dated. Fireplace in room barely worked and glass front very clouded. We booked a room with a patio which was lovely with water feature but chair cushions were dirty and torn. Grounds staff and cleaning staff extremely friendly and put great attention into their work. Morning coffee bar was nice and lobby area and courtyard with fireplace very pleasant to sit. Overall hotel is good location and comfortable place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, great bed and amenities. Location is great! Quiet and well landscaped. Enjoyed the lobby/patio bar as well as our own patio. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is extremely charming, rooms and spacious and warm, pool and pool bar is delightful and location couldn’t be better. They are also not only cleaning the rooms daily (unlike some other hotels) but they do a turn down service as well with a yummy truffle on the pillows. Thank you Hotel Yountville for a lovely experience.

We had major issues with ants. Ants in our bed, walls and shower area. We complained every day. Maintenance came in every day, but no luck in solving the issue. The hotel said if we would have gone directly to them, they could have gave us a refund. However, since we purchased through Expedia there wasn’t much they could do. I will not go back to this hotel or go through Expedia again.

Hotel Yountville was a lovely place to stay for our quick weekend away. We walked to Ad Hoc restaurant which is extremely close. We had a terrific meal. We liked the in room gas fireplace and double shower. The only thing missing were towel racks in convenient spots near the sink to hang the very soft towels on.

Hotel was worth the price. We had the premium room, and it felt very personal. From the very large bathroom (with waterfall AND removable shower head), to the fireplace with the stone backdrop, and the awesome backdoor view of the creek and garden. The hotel was very clean, and service was very prompt. We ordered room service and the full meal was there in about 20 minutes. The fireplace gives off actual heat, and the robes are AMAZING. Overall, a great and intimate experience.

as a tall guy, the high ceilings are incredible. We stayed in a king room and we had so much space that, unlike other hotels, it did not feel that we were on top of each other. Hotel staff was incredibly responsive to any questions or request we had. Definitely will come back again, but when it’s much cooler. #HeatWave.

Nice property, location is great. Parking easily is a big amenity here...and the pool area is great as well. Room inside is a little dated, and the shower could be better, but the space is really great. My spouse and I would definitely come back to stay here in the future.

We were traveling from Savannah Georgia arrived very late in the evening trying to find food front desk provided us with charcuterie, plates, and sandwiches and were absolutely fantastic. Property is beautiful rooms were amazing.

We have stayed several times at this property but first time booking with Expedia. In spite of seeing that we are repeat loyal customers we felt that booking through Expedia ended up hurting our stay. No recognition for being very loyal customers. Other issue was the dogs at the pool. It was very busy and only one pool attendant. A couple with a German shepherd have their dog an entire two person sun lounger so their party of 2 humans and one dog took up 4 seats. The dog whined and barked and lunged at people the entire time but the one pool attendant did nothing about it - he was a young kid so I don’t blame him for not being trained to handle it. Being dog friendly is one thing but this is a whole different level and very disappointing. Makes me rethink our next stay especially at these high rates.

We loved it! Everybody was super friendly. Special shout-out for Isiah at the front desk, who had a bottle of champagne and some orange juice waiting in our room by request on less than a hour's notice. Thank you! The premier suite was amazing....we loved everything about it, and it was well worth the high price. The pool bartender (forget his name 😬) is awesome too! Knows exactly when to stop by.

Our first trip to the Napa area was made extra special by our 6-day stay in Yountville. The Hotel Yountville is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and there are dozens of vineyards a short drive from the resort. The staff, especially Chris at the pool bar, was friendly and eager to assist guests. We will definitely recommend this site to friends.

This property is in one of the best locations in Napa. Such a quiet and tranquil property. We stayed in the Suite which was very spacious including an outdoor balcony on then 2nd floor of the building where our room was. The best part is absolutely the location to the many restaurants and of course, tasting rooms. You can not go wrong if you enjoy convenience and options.

We had a fabulous stay. From check in to check out the staff is so friendly and helpful. Love the grab and go breakfast in the morning. A special shout out to Chris the bartender, he was so friendly, funny and knew the most about sports that I have even encountered.

Property was close to downtown. The staff was helpful and nice. Room service was super quick and very yummy. The parking was very convenient and there was not an extra charge. Our room wasn't very impressive for the price, but the onsite amenities were ok.

Pretty, nice staff, nice touch to have lobby continental bkfst included and macarons and cider (cold but supposed to be hot) in the afternoon and evening. The plastic water bottles were plentiful in the room but it was not environmentally friendly. Nice products and coffee and a couple of snacks included in the room.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and were immediately impressed with how clean the property was. The staff were very nice at check in and offered us a welcome glass of wine. The room was nice and super spacious. I loved the fireplace and the small patio. The shower curtain was unfortunately moldy, which was weird bc everything else was so clean. We also found undergarments upon arrival, which was strange bc they were in plain sight. That and the moly curtain definitely had us questioning how clean the room really was. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’d definitely try to reserve a room upstairs. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud through out the night, but even walking transferred very loudly downstairs. The pool was amazing and the young gentleman tending the bar was beyond friendly. Only thing id skip out on is the restaurant on the property, the service was incredibly slow both days we were there. We randomly lost power one night for multiple hours and it was very strange the front desk didn’t acknowledge it. It was like never happened. There were some minor issues but we overall had a good time.
