Best Western Yuba City Inn

The manager was wonderful. I checked in late and she made sure I felt safe and was very welcoming. The only downfall was the workout room. 2 out of 3 of the treadmills were out of order. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I will stay here again while in yuba city.

Nice pool and hot tub. Safe, clean, breakfast, coffee in the lobby, don't hesitate to book.

It would have been nice to have the pool open. This is the first time a $100 deposit has been pre-charged to my credit card.

Easy parking for truck and trailer. Good breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

If taking a pet then expect the worst room. Next to stairs or vending machines and always a dirty carpet. No place for pets to go. No grass anywhere. We had a long walk and it's not a great place to be walking. Pool and hot tub not kept up very well. Kind of dirty. Best thing for me was the Sizzler next door. The breakfast was just okay. Barely passable for the expense. Not really worth it. I will go elsewhere next time I'm in town.

Your typical basic motel which is what we were looking for. Room was clean and in working order Breakfast was OK, above just cereal and a pastry. Area seemed pretty safe and the parking lot was well lit. About 20 minutes from a concert in Wheatland.

The pool and hot tub are both closed. There is no elevator to the second floor. It was 103° during our stay. There is a big step at our door that I’ve tripped on coming in and going out. The hotel is in poor repair. I won’t stay here again and your hotels are my “go to”.

Very nice stay 1 night stay pool was cold but it was hot. TVs are a little small but breakfast was yummy!!!!

The customer service was excellent, and the cleanliness was good. For it being kind of outdated, it was very well kept and clean. The Manager was very pleasant and the front desk employee the following morning was so helpful and Polite. We will definitely be keeping this location at the top of our list for stays in the area. Breakfast was good. Location also good. There are wild chickens and they do roam everywhere and may wake you up in the morning but it is something you just have to deal with.

Woman’s Hair in both our beds. Air conditioner smelled horrible while blowing air. Floors were Not vacuumed.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice. My only complaint and its a big one was the drugs that were found in the bed when the blanket was pulled back. This either meant the bedding was not changed and therefore the drugs stayed there or the drugs were dropped by whoever did change the bedding. Our friends child had been playing on the bed just prior to me finding it. Four adults saw this. I took pictures of it. The office lady came and retrieved it with a bigger bag. I asked for the manager to call me which she never did. Finally last night some man called and said he was a shift manager and that there was nothing but tissue wrapped up in the bindle. Maybe by the time he saw it that was the case, but it sure wasn't when I took pictures of it, in the room, on the bed. I formerly used drugs and well know what dope looks like. If I still used I guess it would have been a bargain, the room for ______. But I don't and with fentanyl being as deadly as it is if our friends child was poisoned because the bedding wasn't changed (And the dope remained from prior renter) or the housecleaner dropped it in the bed when changing, that would have been tragic. This was room 3107. The other one we rented next to it 3109, the fridge didn't work. I have not included the price of this room or anything that would be inappropriate and yet the review keeps getting rejected. So I'll leave it at this.

Our Queen room was large, very clean and recently updated. Our bed was fresh and comfortable. USB ports would have been nice but otherwise plenty of outlets. Neighbors outside were a bit noisy

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The wake up call from the chickens was questionable, but still added a unique touch to the area.

The hotel was middle of the road at best. Not worth the price, comparable to Motel 6. Breakfast is a joke (man eating still in his pajamas). Hope you like sleeping on a stiff mattress.Dirty bathroom stains on the carpet.

The property is very noisy. The rooms need some love. The carpet feels very dirty. The drapes had holes in them.

Property was overall cleaned well. The only major problem was after spending the night; my throat was sore. My head was aching, and the only conclusion I could come up with was that there had to be mold somewhere in that room.

Roosters were crowing all night. Slept very little. Bed comfortable. Toilet paper and tissue paper thinnest I’ve ever seen.

Needs remodel. Some TLC in the rooms.

If you like waking up to the sound of roosters then this place is for you. Starting around 4:30am Property, office, pool & spa were nice. Excellent customer service and breakfast. However; the bed in our room was the worst. Hard as a rock and it was not level. We both slip down the bed. The toilet is child size and tilted toward the tub. Not a fun experience if you have any back problems.

Great stay; only thing was that the WiFi didn’t work the entire time.

Room with King size bed was spacious but bathroom was very tight.

Overall not to bad. The room seemed clean,the a/c unit kept us up all night though. Terribly loud right next to our bed.

Nice halfway stop. Was just an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable, clean room, super water pressure. A lot of food options within walking distance. Super cute little chickens running around outside, but the roosters do start at sunrise. You can barely hear them in the room if the door is closed. The area did have a few homeless in front of the hotel when we went to dinner but were gone when we walked back.

Bed was a little rough, the water took forever to get hot in the morning, and the fan kept turning off and on when I just wanted it to stay on.

The hostess, Rosa went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be!!!

We had to change the date of our stay by 1 day. Doing so through Expedia was easier than expected. However, Expedia neglected to make the change with the property. Thankfully the staff was very accommodating and helped us out. We had a good stay.

Had a privacy sign in my door and the maid unlocked the door and tried to come in at 9:15 am. Been staying here for a few years while in town and will never stay here again. I asked her not to open the door and she ignored my request.

The manager was so kind and sweet. Checking in was easy. She was training a new employee and she asked him to help us. Quickly seeing that he was flustered, she stepped in making him feel at ease. Quite refreshing in todays world.

Clean rooms,Good coffee, friendly staff, competitive room rates .easy on/off freeway, close to fast food ,a department Store and a couple of restaurants. Its my" go-to" place to stay when passing through and or visiting Yuba City, Marysville area.

My 2 night weekend stay at the Best Western Yuba City was very nice. The building was quiet and I could not hear any nearby vehicle traffic in my room. The front desk employess were friendly and explained all the hotel amenities very well. It was easy to find parking on the property. My room was very clean. Beds were comfortable too. Housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly. I did have breatfast in the lobby. The buffet had something for every taste and a kind host. I would stay again for my next trip.

We were there for a wedding so it was close to everything we needed and that was nice.

What was unique about this property was that there were roosters all over the place. I'm not sure why that was funny to me, but it made me laugh. There are restaurants and shopping centers near enough you could probably walk, but I wouldn't just because the traffic is fast on 99. I found a great Italian place half a mile away, I'll be sure to hit that on the way back through town. The place was quiet at midnight and I was able to get quality sleep. I appreciated the bars of soap in the room so I didn't have to touch the icky containers of soap on the wall. The breakfast was the standard eggs, bacon or sausage, coffee, milk and juices. The highlight was the make your own waffles station. There was also fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, rolls, definitely enough food for everyone who wants it. The only negative thing I could say is that the carpeting should be replaced with wood flooring because it makes the whole room look dingy. It was clean, but very much detracted from the room overall.

The breakfast was excellent. Good place, fairly quiet, traffic noise not bad. Only complaint was that the e room had an odor. The bottom of the bathroom door looked like it had gotten wet. Odor may have been due to water damage.
