The rooms are not well maintained at this property. Bath towel bars and toilet paper bars broken. Keys had to be replaced every time I entered the property. I am a diamond member of the Hilton properties and this one had diamond parking spaces but there were cars in them all of the time. I came in late at night as I was giving care to elderly parent. The entrance to the hotel every night was blocked by the in and out drive thru next door. At the current prices, this property was terrible. Front desk employees were kind and polite but clearly had no authority to mend anything. On arrival I noticed the towels were sparse/dingy. No daily service. Sheets worn/grey. Last night, it took almost 15 minutes to gain the only access to the entrance. It was almost midnight. There was one small parking spot in the dark and next to a person with their back hatch open, clearly making multiple drug sticks in the rear his car. He did not appreciate my car headlights. I drove back to the front to ask assistance from the front desk so I could enter from the back of the hotel safely since my key access was not working. They put up a sign at the front desk since he was the only person at the front desk. He also observed the man in the back of his car on property openly consuming and perhaps was also peddling. Obviously there is not any security so this lot likely has a number of regulars who do their business on property. This is a terrible reflection of the Hilton brand!
