I would have given the 5 stars..if not for the broken elevator (broken for awhile,apparently).. . The staff was kind in breaking the news. Tough when it’s not their fault.I was booked for the top floor & there were no other rooms avail.3 flights and 3 trips up and down. My back was previously messed up…so this was an inconvenience. To be honest I almost fell twice falling backwards. The pool and other amenities were excellent. Again the staff is excellent, the room clean and excellent, and amenities were great.

Great hospitality and very helpful staff. Breakfast and the coffee was excellent. I did not have the chance to use the pool or hot tub. Very clean. Our dated. I was on 3rd floor with a non working elevator. This is my second time staying and no elevator. Much needed especially with neck and back issues. Only one washer and dryer on the first floor. Much needed on every floor.

The elevator has been broken for weeks. But it wasn’t the staffs fault and they were so very helpful. Our room smelled like a wet dog who smoked and the curtains were ripped. So after climbing 3 flights of stairs which to be honest was good for me, inhaling that awful aroma as I gasped for breath was unfortunate. Please keep in mind that the hotel is on the highway so you will hear the soothing sounds of truck horns all night. The next morning after my morning stair crawl downstairs I went to breakfast and was disappointed as they didn’t have any hot food due to a cook situation. I hope everything is good with the cook but that topped off the experience.
