Warning! Do not staying this hotel. We stayed one night, the whole building's power had been turned off twice at 9:20pm and 2:15pm. The property was totally dark. It was horrible.

This rooms have been remodeled with the cheapest materials in the industry! However the rooms are clean and have new carpet. 3 pillows vs 4 on a king size bed, no blanket or comforter in winter, no tissue in the bathroom, exhaust fan falling off from ceiling, smoke detector taped to the celing, broken heater in the bathroom, one ceiling light in entire room and one old desk lamp on desk. Nobody staffs the front desk and no daily maid service. The young Indian boys at check in were very nice and said that this property was the best of all the properties owned by the group! It was winter and I never use a hotel pool but this pool was filled in with dirt and rock and surrounded by a rusty broken fence in the middle of the parking lot!

Room was spotless and equipped with amenities like Flat Tv with multiple channels, Iron board, coffee machine and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendation which really helped. Location was nice and we really loved the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

Upon arrival the temperature of the room was perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good and temperature was great. Location of the property was convenient, walking distance from beach and many restaurants.

The shower gave my husband and myself almost 3rd degree burns. I have proof and pictures. It would go from a warm temperature, to a scolding hot, had to jump out of shower temperature. We couldn’t even shower our son because of it. There was also a hole in the shower that just was very out of place. The floor had blood stains on it. The bed had stains. I took a video of before and after too, I always leave the room cleaner than received, but if it wasn’t such a last minute thing. I would not have stayed there. My arms are severely burned though, and some of my upper chest and neck area

I have a medical condition which makes me sensitive to mold and toxins and the visible mold and mildew all over the shower and in the bathroom actually triggered health problems from me. Was going to ask for a refund when I checked out but there wasn’t anyone at the reservation key. I would still like a refund.

Horrible place, dirty bed, we had to grab sheets and our own pillows from our camping gear, the front desk is absolutely no help. I have never been to a worst hotel. If you care for your safety and health, don’t stay at Elevation Lodge!

Last minute stay here lasted 30 minutes. Bugs in the sink. No A/C. Door frame was missing and stuffed with newspaper and toilet paper. Room was dirty. Ended up leaving and driving home in the middle of the night. Wish I could get my money back since it was awful and we didn't even stay

Room was very clean and adequate however I was cold while sleeping. The bathroom was even colder. In fact, it was so cold in the bathroom. I was unable to take a shower. It would be solves if the owners would put a heat lamp in the bathroom, the heater in the front room is adequate, but the heat does not travel around the corner into the bathroom and into the shower area. Also, the bed was very comfortable, but there was no blanket available on the bed just a light comforte. So my husband was warm bd toasty on his side next to heater. My side next to sink area nd bathroom was not warm enough even sleeping with my sweatpants and sweater. it would be nice if the management would provide a blanket as only a light bedspread type covering. Other than that, the room was very nice clean and comfortable.

The rooms are older then they look in the pictures. The door had a large gap in it leaving cold air in The shower is original for the 60’s, not appealing and I’ve traveled third world countries I wouldn’t of minded it if the price was friendlier

The person was not in the front desk when we check in but we called and had the key in envelope to get in our room. The room is big and nice, we enjoyed it the first night until someone checked in next to our room in the second night. They talked loud and we could hear everything next door, that means the installation is pretty bad, the wall is thin. So if you have a hard time to sleep like us, I do not recommend this place but overall, the location is good.

Elevation Lodge was a pleasant surprise — comfy beds, and a cool, updated vibe. Loved being just minutes from the lake and village. It’s a fresh take on Tahoe lodging without losing that cozy feel. Would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about stay. The front desk staff was nice and very friendly and allow us to check in early. We loved our room it was clean and very comfortable. There’s nobody on the property. When it came time to check in, I called the number on the door. They told me to ring the bell. I rang the bell and that person told me to call the number on the door. That person clearly didn’t want to be bothered by a customer checking in. In the morning a car was blocking me in. Once again I contacted the number on the door. He said he would come and help. He never showed up. In the meantime, I was outside on a 30 degree morning, locked out of my room because I had already left the keys. I stood outside for 45 minutes before I finally found the owner of the car that was blocking me. In the meantime, while I was waiting, the management stopped taking my calls and sent me to voicemail. I will never return to this motel!

Excellent customer service by Guillen, very nice welcoming , the rooms are clean, and you can park right outside. Hot water. Close to casinos .

We had a express check in, room was warm upon our arrival, plenty of light in the room , microwave was there in the room to heat the food. Beds were comfortable and shower had a good pressure. Only thing lacking was breakfast which they don't have but since the location was very convenient there were lots of restaurant close by.

Motel comme sur les photos. Accueil simple, limite froide. Chambre propre mais équipement laissé à désiré. Ampoule qui ne tient pas, impossible d’allumer une lampe car pas de boutons. Prise de courant ne fonctionne pas. Câble électrique non fixé. Correct pour une nuit

Booked two rooms. The first room, both beds had large stains on the bed sheets. The second room had a dirty towel in the shower. There was belligerent people outside at night cussing and making loud noises at night. There was no one in the office all day and all night to ask for help.

Didn’t love that no one was there when I checked it. My key was in an unlocked back, that’s not very safe or secure. Not what a Solo female traveler wants to hear either . It also wasn’t very clean . However it was cheap and a good location

Carpet completely molding in the corner. Brown drip streaks on the walls. Bugs in the room because there's a quarter inch gap between the door and door frame. I got a rash on my leg from sleeping in the bed one night. Absolutely disgusting room.

Room smells of mold. The room I got has 2 beds but in a weird position. Looks like an ADU attached to a room just to make it bigger. Restroom is terrible. Not only it's for one person on standing room only shower (it's like a European type shower wannabe but worst) but the shower head itself does not adjust so it's spraying the wall only and not the person. It floods the entire restroom. It was peak season the the price is ridiculous for 800$ for 2 nights! SUPER 8 is better than this. Like really. The TV has no battery and missing cover. The coffee maker was dirty. Like it was used prior and just cleaned the outside.I can see coffee stain inside. Good thing the staff is nice otherwise, I would demand refund.
