Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway Park

Even with renovations the hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the Starbucks in the lobby. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Everything was fine except I did specifically book this hotel because it had a hot tub and I found out upon check in that the hot tub was not working. Not a big deal but a bummer nonetheless!

Spa was out of order and airport shuttle doesn't run all night. I chose this hotel for the spa so it would be nice if they told you online that it is out of order. My fault for not checking if the airport shuttle ran after midnight. My children and I had to attempt to sleep at the airport which defeated the reason for renting the room.

Upgrade from last year makes the hotel much more usable. Donʻt understand why parking is charged when there is a huge lot. Seems petty and not good value for the cost. Bonvoy members should get free parking.

Nice hotel with a new and modern interior. Comfortable room and bed with chaise and plenty of space. Nice bathroom and shower with plenty of clean fluffy towels. Starbucks in the lobby and a decent bar/restaurant on site. Other restaurant options within walking distance. would stay again

Got to hotel! NO MENTION on website of Pool closure due to the fact it was REMOVED!! Would have never stayed here otherwise!!

This property was nice. The staff was friendly and it felt very safe. The shuttle back and forth to the airport was great, but it only runs from 5am to 12am and only runs when you request it. Also, you have to pay for parking so be prepared for that extra cost if you do have a car and need to park. It was $12 a day to park when I was there.

No fridge in the rooms. $12 parking. No breakfast. Otherwise ok.

We were stuck in Denver for 3 days over Christmas due to a huge winter storm and we were fortunate enough to find 2 rooms at the Marriott. The hotel and rooms were clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar during our stay. Friendly staff and lovely hotel.

Our room had food crumbs on the bed and carpet and bedside table. Disgusting! Didn’t expect this for the price we paid!

I arrived and the clerk was very helpful and friendly. I arrived to my room and the hallway was covered in plastic and loud music was coming from behind one of the doors from some kind of construction. There was damage in the room to a closet door and the tub was dirty. I alerted the front desk of the damaged room so I wouldn’t be charged for the damages.

Beds always nice, rooms quiet and always clean.

Everyone was great and the hotel was beautiful! The food at the hotel we had breakfast it was super yummy! The only bad thing was the TV channels sucked but if you don’t spend much time in the room you would be ok.

Stayed one night. Everyone was nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It did not get 4 stars because there was NO hot water. That is unexceptionable. I can handle most things but that is a deal breaker.

Loved this stay. New rooms, amazing comfortable bed/pillows, huge TV, tiled shower, bathroom very nice. Very stylish furniture- stay here! Great prices and shuttle!

Had to have engineering come reset things every time we turned off the tv so that netflix would work. Never could get cold air out of the vents, no matter how far we turned the thermostat down.

Had to get the room last minute when my son missed his connecting flight. It was LATE. Staff were kind and the hotel was quiet. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up to go to work the following day!

Great front desk staff

I actually thought that the hotel wasn’t bad at all. Pretty clean, friendly, bar/restaurant, and pool. It has a hot tub, but that wasn’t working. I do wish that this hotel made it more aware that they were going through renovations, but maybe that is Hotels.com’s fault. Unfortunately, we were trying to get a hotel with a pool and hot tub that was close to where our soccer tournament was, but wasn’t told of the hot tub being out of service. We did get an email from the hotel saying that floors 4-6 were going through renovation but that gave us little time to book another hotel and when I looked at other options, the prices had rose significantly. The primary issue that I had was after this stay, when I left clothes in the drawer in the room. I understand that my error caused this issue, but when I called less than 12 hours later, I spoke to a nice person who took my info and said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. 4 hours goes by and I haven’t been contacted so I try again. I speak to the same person and she apologized that she didn’t have an answer yet. She then asks for my name and contact info again. When I questioned that they should already have it, they apologized and I provided it again and was told I’d get a call back. 6 hours later I still hadn’t received a call and had to call again only to be told that the prior person had left. I spoke to the manager, who was nice, but no luck on my clothes.

When checking in we had multiple questions that were not answered and kept getting ignored. When getting the key the lady at the desk didnt direct us or say anything she handed it to us and picked up the phone. Later we called for an extra blanket to be sent up and again were ignored. When leaving in the morning I had a ticket for not paying for parking luckily I still had the site pulled up that clearly showed I paid for 24 hours of parking and still had 13 hours left.

We are an older retired airline crew couple, and have stay in thousands of hotels. All kinds, but never have we received such wonderful customer service that the front desk and the van driver gave us. They seemed to truly enjoy their job and it shows. The room was great, but the staff is what makes this hotel shine above the rest.

While the room and property amenities were fine, the service was not. Also, I waited for an hour at the airport for the shuttle.

No food available during the night, staff at restaurant not helpful and not friendly , the hallway had strong cigars odor and people use recreational drugs in the rooms ( mj) smells everywhere…

Dry friendly and helpful staff

Staff gave way too much pressure to buy their insurance and add fees. We’d paid in full through Expedia but they were very pushy and wasted a lot of our checkin time and just made it a really bad experience.

Great stay, quick checkin

Being near the airport it’s a good hotel. Very clean and the all staff was friendly. It would be nice if the shuttle was available after midnight, especially considering it caters to airport travelers.

Friendly, easy check-in. The bathroom had a drip in the area of the shower, making the floor wet. The shuttle doesn't run for early flights, so watch that. Overall nice property

Convenient location

Hotel is at a great location. It has a Starbucks inside so that’s a plus. It’s close to many stores and restaurants.

Only area of frustration would be the shuttle service to the airport. Drop off is ONLY in one spot (East). So frustrating when your airline is on the west side, and having rush across the airport.

Great value. Appreciated the friendly staff. Restaurant is open late, expansive menu, good food. Very convenient and nice overall for such reasonable rates.

When I booked this hotel we were never told it was under renovations. They advertise a free continental breakfast but do not provide one. All the amenities are unavailable. Internet is terrible. Very disappointed.

Lots of construction but it is going to be absolutely gorgeous when it is done! And the Starbucks there is always a great start to any morning
