When I booked I was told parking was free. They are now charging $35/car daily. Hotel is outdated. No air conditioning in 90 degree weather. Condo is very small. We were put in a room for disabled which we didn’t request. Normally I wouldn’t complain but the shower was small and kept flooding the bathroom no matter what we did to avoid it. Not the most pleasant stay for me.

The facility was great for an extended stay. Full kitchen was a bonus and the bathroom was spacious. The three hot tubs were all clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with local places to eat or grab a drink! Will definitely stay here again

One night stay for sports tournament so didn't get to explore much of the amenities, but clean hotel with large villas. There is a fee for parking was a bit of a bummer, but that's ok. No AC, which I missed when booking, thankfully it was cooler weather when we stayed and you can open windows.

The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it up. They obviously had no regard for how important my wallet was to me and provided zero explanation for 1) the staff finding it and not turning it in, or 2) the week delay (with two follow ups) before they actually got to shipping it to me.
