Residence Inn by Marriott Breckenridge

Spacious, clean rooms and a good breakfast with hot and cold options. Walking distance to downtown Breck. Parking is separate from the hotel and was $40 per night even with ski season over! No one tells you that until you check in. Then there was a $40 per night "Destination Fee" added when we checked out that was for the shuttle anda we could have had a $20 bar credit but weren't told until checkout. Nice hotel but beware of hidden fees.

Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Mitch was working the bar on Saturday night and he was GREAT! Very knowledgeable about the area and we enjoyed chatting with him.

We booked this hotel for the outdoor hot tub and the pool. After we checked in, and went down to the hot tub, we found out that the hot tub and pool were closed. They had nothing mentioned when we booked, and there was nothing listed at the front desk, letting us know. It was a disappointment. The rest was fine, but we should have been told upon check in.

Nicest Marriott Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at and a great location right next to Breckenridge Ridge Brewery (one of my happy places) and easy walking distance to Main St restaurants, bars and shops. Also walking distance to The Maggie for skiing.
