We stayed for four nights 5/1-5/5/24. The hotel was very quiet even though it is near the interstate and another busy street. The bathroom and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub were great too! The breakfasts were okay, not great. I wish they had a make-your-own Belgian waffle station.

The stay was very nice. Convenient location and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The only issue was the carpets and bathroom floor were wet when I arrived. A fan was in there trying to dry carpet but it was still damp the next day.

We were initially assigned a room that was dirty. I guess the housekeepers didn't get our room ready? It made it inconvenient for my pregnant fiancé to go up 4 floors, come back down and then go all the way back up to our newly assigned room. We didn't enjoy the highway view, you hear it all day and night. Our room had a dirty bathroom, there was rust all over the door frames, the shower head was yellowed and nasty. The water pressure wasn't that good. Each time I took a shower I would lose water pressure 1-2 minutes in. The breakfast was not that good. Frozen omelets and sausage every day that had no flavor, if you wanted your bagel toasted nicely you would have to run it through the toaster 2-3 times. 90% of the staff doesn't speak English so communication with anyone was difficult. Overall I don't feel like I got a good value for my stay, wish I would have picked somewhere else. I had high hopes for this stay, I usually book Air BnB's and this was a good reminder as to why.

Checked out a day early. The dog or cat pee smell was overwhelming, slept with window open and bought a candle to disguise the smell. Woke up from a couple bug bites on my legs. So I checked and went to another hotel. Terrible experience.

Our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or bed made. When we called upon our return to the room at 9:30pm, we were told this needed to be requested before hand. Very disappointing. Since when are hotel rooms not cleaned on a daily basis. I asked for some sort of compensation, points, discounts? Crickets! Very poor customer service!!

Check-in line took forever, the desk lady did not tell us where the elevators were. Got to the room felt like mid 80s, we turned down the heating unit and it ran continued to run hot. We informed front desk and she said no other rooms were available. Put groceries in the fridge at night and didn't realize till morning the fridge also did not work. Beds were uncomfortable and didn't sleep well.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views of the mountains, spacious rooms. However, sometime during the third night we stayed there, the property lost power, and we had no electricity until we checked out at 10 AM the following morning. That was an inconvenient as I had to do my makeup out on the balcony and could not curl my hair. So glad this happened on the day we left, and not the day we had to get ready for the wedding we were in town for. The front desk gentleman was very kind though and gave us cold drinks from the mini store. We also witnessed the kitchen staff making numerous trips to the hotel next-door to warm up food for the free breakfast. I would suggest that if the power goes out again, there’s more emergency lighting in the hallways and on the stairs. Those areas were dark.

Enjoyed the property except the bed. It was terribly soft so the only way I could sleep without my back hurting a lot was to be on the edge 1 foot of the mattress, where it held together better. In addition, I don't know what it was about the bed, possibly feathers, etc., but both my wife and I found that our sinuses clogged up dramatically When we went to bed. This combination made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Good location and nice amenities. Breakfast was very good and the property was clean. Only complaint is the noise. Air vent in the bathroom was super loud and old. Street noises were loud as well. Upgraded dual pane windows would help with the noise.

A great experience for a Best Western. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the road noise from the highway that is super close to the property, but other than that it was a lovely stay for 4 days.

First of all Susan at check in was very rude. She was demanding an incidentals hold of $50 on a card. I told her that there’s nothing about that on the website I booked it on as well as Im a gold member with Hotels.com and should not have to pay an incidentals hold. She threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not give her a card. She promised that it was just a temporary hold and would not affect my balance however immediately $50 came out of my checking account. They took two days to give me the $50 back and then this morning 10/25 $50 came out again and overdrafted me again. I’ve called the front desk and the managers not there and they don’t know when she will be in. On top of that there is a $59 fee for late checkout which I have never heard of at any hotel. And lastly there were people running after midnight at the property and slamming doors and then most of the hot breakfast was cold and crunchy.

Property was older but in good condition. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the Breakfast attendant was top notch. Front desk staff during check in was the only negative for the stay which is why I didn't give the stay 5 stars. Not friendly at all she must have been having a bad day.

The only problem was a check in. The form that Best Western asks to be filled out prior to arrival is the same form to be filled out at check in. Not a big deal, but annoying after a long day.

Their was an error on our expedia dates for our stay but when we arrived augustine at the front desk jumped in and went above and beyond the call of duty. Hebcalled expedia directly and helped get it all straightened out It was a refreshing site as good customer service is a lost art. Thanks again augustine keep up the great work!!!

Our room keys became deactivated a couple of times during our stay so that was a little annoying, but the front desk was very pleasant when we had to have them rekeyed. I would rather stay in a hotel that has cleaning service every day you are there but this one did not.

Property was nice. I recommend breakfast. It was wonderful and not what you expect for a hotel. It is right in the middle of a big shopping district. I would not have booked it if I knew this.But, it was convenient.

Super frustrating experience. We checked in about 7:30 pm and all night the folks in the same hallway as us were EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate. The place smelled like fried chicken and black and milds. People were hanging out in the parking lot drinking until well past midnight. Just wish there was some standards of decency for the other hotel guests. Also, the lady at the front said there was a waffle maker for breakfast… we were extremely disappointed to find out there was no such waffle maker.

We stayed for four nights 5/1-5/5/24. The hotel was very quiet even though it is near the interstate and another busy street. The bathroom and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub were great too! The breakfasts were okay, not great. I wish they had a make-your-own Belgian waffle station.

Our stay was great. Breakfast was good and it changed daily. Room was clean but the housekeeper forgot to dump our trash and shorted us a towel so we had to get on the next day to fit our family of four. Pool was closed the day we arrive and didn’t open till the day we were leaving. Over all it was a great stay and was close to the outlet.

Noisy fan in bathroom with a loud squeak. Requested a quiet room on the top floor far from the highway, but I got a noisy room on the second floor next to the loud Highway. Must be an older building. Not the best. Short staffed. Not well maintained. Won’t stay here again. Too close to the busy highway.
