The staff was very friendly, and the room was really nice. My only complaint was that there was only 1 person working in the bar, so we were not able to order dinner, and we choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

This Hyatt is very overpriced for what you get. I stayed here four days for a work conference. Unfortunately, I did not have any access to hot water during my stay. the communication regarding this issue was dodgey. The staff promised maintenance would look into the issue but upon speaking with the staff on check out they informed me the water would be turned back on the following day. This stay also came with daily room turndown and towel refresh, I did not receive a room turndown once. I was really frustrated with the communication and follow up from this hotel, especially for the room rates.

The room we were given smelled HORRIBLE! I complained and housekeeping staff assisted me in having a room change. Beds were NOT queen size and we were very cramped. No laundry facility.

No hot water in our room and limited water pressure. Mold around the outside of the tub, dirty glasses in our room. Otherwise the facility was clean. Very noisy with a group of special needs young folks that were not being supervised at all! They were in the breakfast line picking up food with their hands and putting it back in the serving line. Not the hotels fault entirely, but they could’ve been more involved in caring for the other guests. Our interactions with the staff were that they were bored, negative and uninterested in the guests. Will not be back!

This might seem a little picky, but, the trash cans in the room were very small. Only other issue I had as a light sleeper was the interstate road noise. Close to Garden of The Gods.

Stayed 3 nights at this convenient location. The rooms were updated and clean, with great beds and sitting room. The only exception was that the sink did not drain and was told that maintenance crew did not work on weekend. I do not think reception staff really cared. Lobby area and elevator was dirty and front desk AJ was not friendly at all. Breakfast is great.

This was not the cleanest hyatt I have visited. The common areas were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My room seemed a bit run downed with the shower ceiling peeling. There was a stain on my sheets and my bathroom floor felt gritty underfoot. My room was also overpowered by a deodorizer that was strong enough to give you a headache. For the same money try staying at the Polaris, a four star property that puts this one to shame.

We arrived around 8 pm to check in. We were immediately told that we were receiving a room without the mountain view that we had booked. We decided that would be okay for 1 night and proceeded to our room. When we arrived, we were placed in a double Queen room. We called the front desk to request the King room we had booked. They stated that Hotels.com promises and sells rooms that are unavailable and they are very frustrated. They agreed to a king, but again, no mountain view. After 20 minutes, we finally entered our room. We found a side table ripped off from the side of the King bed. We improvised by moving a small table to that side. When entering to take a shower, we found many long, black strands of hair plastered to the shower wall. Our room was cleaned one time in the 4 days we stayed. We decided to stay, although less than pleased. The water pressure and temperature were great, it was clean. You can tell that the person in charge of the breakfast bar cares, but is given a limited selection of processed foods to serve. It was all hot, but was a sad "Groundhog Day" repeating often. The pool was very clean and inviting. We were concerned that there were citations notated on the elevator walls. Safety issues? Parking was ample and staff was good to work with. Nothing amazing. We were so busy outside of the hotel that the issues were not that important to us. I did not think to take photos as again, we were there to see Colorado.

The rooms have no dressers in them. Refrigerator and coffee machine sat on the floor. Plenty of room for a dresser in the room so not sure why there wasn't one. Very inconvenient to store clothes.

Could not get the Wifi to work so I had to use my phone as a Wifi hotspot the entire time. Also, the shower made a horribly loud screeching noise most of the time using the shower. Breakfast was continental, not actual breakfast.

Very nice hotel, but ask for a room on opposite side of freeway. We were on the first floor on the freeway side, and it was noisy. I ended up having the fan run all night to drown it out with some white noise.

We checked in and they gave us the room keys. We went to the room and it was a double bed room. I booked a king bed with sofa room. Me and my wife had to sleep in separate beds because they didn’t have a king bed room at all. This was very disappointing. The receptionist didn’t even bother to tell us when she gave us they key.

The staff is very personable, professional and helpful. Staying here is very comfortable and convenient to I-25.

The staff were not friendly at all. We were there over the holiday weekend, so I understand that the hotel was at full capacity, but there were not enough staff to handle the work load. We didn't receive housekeeping at all during our 3 night stay. The breakfast was chaotic, not enough food, plates, etc. The staff didn't seem to care. If the hotel doesn't have the staff to take care of the customers properly, then they should have limited the capacity.

Check in Staff was Excellent very helpful. The entire hotel staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was OK depending on where you’re going but getting around CS from there was easy but you need a car

It’s right off the highway with many opt for fast food and shopping. No a high end location just a lot of traffic around but the property is fantastic clean the have breakfast which saves a trip and wondering around and food at good prices for dinner at happy hours. Personal was friendly. This was a last minute booking and I drove to the 2 other hotels in the area and took Hyatt because it was the best and safe place.

The room and common areas were clean and nicely presented. Seemed like it was in nice shape and didn't look older. Breakfast was well done. This might seem a little picky, but, the trash cans in the room were very small. Only other issue I had as a light sleeper was the interstate road noise. Close to Garden of The Gods.

This hotel provided everything we needed. Super convenient grab and go food service, bar, and breakfast was great each day. The pool was amazing. The service was extremely friendly. The room provided style and comfort. Excellent location near interstate and plenty of food and attractions closeby.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was really nice. My only complaint was that there was only 1 person working in the bar, so we were not able to order dinner, and we choose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

This was one of the nicest rooms we have had on this trip. Large clean room, easy parking. Bed very comfortable. Front desk very helpful and got us in early. We had a little trouble with the air-conditioning. It would not hold a steady temp. We would stay here again.

The property was maintained, however, when we entered our room it had an odd smell and the shower was covered in mold. The smell was coming from the sink drain. I immediately lost confidence that the rest of the room was not cleaned as well as it should be. Despite these issues, the bed was comfortable and spacious. I won’t be staying here again Everyone raves about the breakfast, it was average and not enough seating space for the number of guests that were there dining.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Very, very nice. So comfortable. Loved it. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. My suggestion is that they improve the lighting at the sink. I love lighted mirrors but this one did not give enough light. They need additional lighting, either overhead or flanking the mirror. If they make this improvement, this hotel would be perfect! We’ve been travelling a lot and this hotel ranks among the best.

The bathroom was so very small couldn’t shut door unless you climbed over toilet to do so. Gross use of dead space. Had little bugs flying around, not sure where from. Bed was comfortable but had small pillows on king bed. Didn’t have water for 2 full afternoons of the three days we were there, glad our daughter had a different hotel so we could shower! And they never offered us anything for the inconvenience. Will never stay at a Hyatt again
