Picture on the site are disingenuous. Rooms and bed much smaller than advertised . No rooms available at check in, despite us having pre paid. Had to come back three hours later. Staff apathetic and fairly in accommodating. Bad lighting at night. Beds had stains, two separate groups of people banged on the door at night and made us feel unsafe. Ended up leaving at 12:30 rather than spend the night. Staff offered nothing and wouldn’t make eye contact on the way out, after hearing aforementioned complaints. More than anything-it was a disappointing stay. The lack of transparency and honesty given the facilities and what this hotel was offering is upsetting. Does not represent well on site pictures

I would not recommend this property. I would choose somewhere else. We were there for less than 12 hours, but unfortunately experienced multiple issues during our stay. The room had flies, an unpleasant odor, sticky floors, and stains. There was also a toilet leak, concerns with the shower, and a sink that was not draining properly. Several outlets were not working, and there was no hair dryer or ironing board cover available. The customer service was just as disappointing. When we tried to address some of these issues, communication with the front desk was difficult, and we did not feel like our concerns were handled with much urgency or helpfulness. It was especially frustrating to experience this many issues during such a short stay. Based on the condition of the room and the lack of customer service, I would not stay here again and would recommend travelers choose another property.

Need serious remodeling and I caught them doing fraudulent charges on my card by night staff. Do not stay there and there is no juice or milk for breakfast they tell you to go to circle k gas station and staff not helpful

I will never stay here again, property has trash everywhere, homeless people everywhere, the front is useless, the girl that helps at the front desk is always on the phone very rude, anytime you ask for something it’s like breaking their back, worst place I have ever stayed at!!!
