Quality Inn & Suites Garden Of The Gods

Brief stay in the Springs, was looking for place with pool. Quality Inn fit the bill perfectly with location and sought amenities. Very quiet in the middle of Colorado Springs and comfortable. Good breakfast and happy, helpful accommodating staff. Staying again next month!

Wanted to have a gym, pool, breakfast. The pool was locked one day by 5, the breakfast was not great and the gyms makn piece of equiomemt was broken. Decent location and clean enough, but would not again for price.

The pool was a little cold

Kind staff and great pool area. Rooms were older and definitely showing wear, but clean. Odd that main lobby and breakfast area were not connected to rooms, so not as convenient to just walk to breakfast. It was $100 cheaper per night compared to another hotel with a suite option, so totally worth it!

Had a nice pool area. The breakfast was good. Close to sites we wanted to visit.

The property was clean, staff checked us in quick, breakfast was good. Glad the place had security cameras everywhere. Wish we had a walk-in shower, because I do have knee problems. Was hard getting in and out. Didn't like the porcelain tub.

The hotel is conveniently located to I-25 and fairly close to Garden of the Gods. The staff were competent and cordial though not overly friendly. There was only one person behind the desk at check-in and check-out so be prepared to have a little patience. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. It was a little noisy at night; we could hear the security guard talking as he walked down the hallway pretty late into the evening. All in all though it was a decent stay.

When we first parked there was a homeless encampment right in front of our parking spot. It made us feel that security might be an issue. It was behind the Chick Fillet next door. In spite of our apprehension there were no problems. Loved being close to the In n Out burger across the parking lot.

Arrived to no parking because non-guests had taken all of the spaces for an event next door. Rather than enforce parking and tow those cars, we were told that we could wait until after midnight to park or find a new hotel. The halls were putrid with smoke and the staff were not enforcing the no-smoking rule. The bed was comfortable, but that doesn’t matter when you can’t check in or access your room to sleep. False marketing and poor customer service in the morning. We had a fantastic stay elsewhere for the same price, so caveat emptor.

The room we rented was a suite with the bedroom on one side with a door leading to the sitting area on the other side. The beds were comfortable and was nice having two bathrooms. However, it was strange that the lobby was not connected to the main hotel. Didn't like having to go outside to reach the main lobby and the breakfast area. This also made it difficult to bring breakfast back to eat in our room since the breakfast area is very small. The overall staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again even with these issues.

Very clean, kind staff, available and willing to please. Value is incredible.

The property smelled funny and just felt dirty. Felt a little bit unsafe. The person working Alex was wonderful. The restroom was pretty gross and looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower tile was falling apart. A cheap stay for sure definitely get what you pay for but will not be going again.

We really liked this hotel. We booked it last minute and got there pretty late at night, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was great, hotel was filthy (carpet, furniture), refrigerator was left open, shower head was in a state of disrepair, dirty calking in tub area, wall board in bath in disrepair....

The people at front desk were very kind. However our room reaked of urine, I spent my own personal time cleaning the bathrooms with bleach and lysol. We finally figured out the carpet was the culprit, we had stay two nights in the room before we able to be moved. The carpets and furniture are in poor condition throughout the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and kind while we worked out an issue with our reservation. Room was very clean and in good shape!

Nice location, quiet rooms,very clean

My kids and I absolutely loved the room we booked. Not only was it affordable, but it had two adjoining rooms and two bathrooms. We've never found such a cost-effective and spacious place to stay in our travels as this place! If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book a suite here!

2 night stay. 2 bedroom suite. Very large room, 2 queen beds, separate room with couch, tv, 2 chairs, a desk, and a 2nd bathroom. Room is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Quiet other than the barking dog at midnight. Another dog barking for 2 hours straight earlier in the evening. Cmon people, do NOT leave your dogs in an unfamiliar room by themsleves. Trully ridiculous! A call to the sympathetic front desk immediately took care of the problems. The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing as the only hot dish offered was waffles. Standard cold fare was available. Other than the inconsiderate guests, was a great stay, great value for the money, and would stay here again!

Very spacious room. We were traveling as a family of 5 and were very worked up that we were comfortably accommodated. The room consisted of two rooms, there were two TVs, two double beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The breakfast was quite good: yogurt, waffles, omelet, etc.

good value hotel and convenient location....only one socket total to plug into by both sides of the bed as others taken up by their lamps/alarm clock....bathroom and far wall have unused sockets but not convenient if you want to use computer while sitting on bed and charge phone (for example)....could use a bit more light...

Staff was nice and accommodated an early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. Room was clean and quiet, could see some mountains from the window. Surrounding area was easily walkable with views of the mountains.

The suites were more than we expected, with 2 bathrooms, awesome!!

Paint chipping and carpet coming up. Road noise not to bad but other room doors slamming very loud.

Comfortable bed, appreciated the quality of the wi-fi. Very clean. I needed quiet place to study and attend webinars for an upcoming certification. This was perfect. Also close to the Garden of the Gods park at which I spent about 3 hours. Restaurants were clise by and there were lots of delivery options.

Room was very spacious. It was a Queen suite. The 2 bedrooms were a big plus. The only down side was the pull out couch. It was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Other than that , it was a good experience and a good hotel at a really good price in the area.

It was just an average 1 night stay. I turned The AC unit all the way to the lowest temperature and it was still warm. No I forgot to mention it when I went down for breakfast.

Booked through Hotels.com. I had read the place was pet friendly after I booked and brought my 5 lb dog. The receptionist who received us at 10:30 PM was extremely rude to start. We walked up to the front desk after a gentlemen she was serving walked out the front door. As we approached, she stopped us saying sharply "excuse me, I'm not done with the previous customer". We backed up, he walked back in a minute later to get a card key from her and that was it. We had started talking during this time, and she never said anything after he left, when we looked at her and realized he had left, she said I wasn't going to say anything since you were talking. She clearly was not in a good mood already. She asked if I had a dog while checking me in and I said yes a 5 lb dog that I decided to take last minute. She froze, looked on her computer, and then said you never told us you were bringing a dog, I'm sorry we can't serve you and you have to leave. She then gave me her manager's line and said it was a hard policy that they can't have dogs in non-dog rooms. I see they have a pet friendly room option now, and I get that I brought a pet last minute and they have a policy on it. But there's a better way to treat your customers, especially when they're not out $100+ dollars and left finding a room. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location ever again.

The front desk person, Reggie, was super friendly and helpful. Very good at his job and customer relations!

Other than check in which was a nightmare, the stay was great. I had contacted the hotel days before my stay inquiring about early check in. I was answered kindly answering that I could indeed, get an early check in. Listing a cost and time line stating from 2 on would be free. I get there around 1 and prepared to pay and the clerk was extremely rude and unable to accommodate me. The clerk I had spoken to must've have forgotten to add the **** IF A ROOM is clean, which had that been mentioned, wouldn't had been an issue. When I did check in, a new clerk acted shocked with how I was treated but also assured me they had early check in IF a room was clean.

Robert, at the front desk, was VERY helpful getting me a room that would not be next to exit door and still be close to my sons room. I have had wonderful service from front desk staff in my many stays at this hotel and that is why i continue to stay there. Plus they are great at keeping breakfast foods stocked up and fresh. Will come by in future! The fitness room equipment has ALOT of improvement needed…mainly the universal machine is old and missing pins so you’re limited on what you can do on it.

Loved the spacious suite for our family and the larger fridge and working freezer. The staff was warm and welcoming and even though we were late for breakfast and left food for our family, letting us eat without being rushed!

The first couple days of our stay were good, when we finally, after a week, wanted our room cleaned it took them 5 days to get it done, nearly at the end of our vacation. After I had verified with them every day that it needed to be done. The last time I went to the front desk, frustrated but not being rude or yelling, the staff member didn't even apologize, was rude to me and promised she could not guarantee any service would be done. That she would add us to the list, something that had been done repeatedly and still our room wasn't cleaned. We had to take out our own garbage, go get towels twice, go get toilet paper because we ran out. We ended up doing more to clean our own room than they did. They became vindictive and specifically cleaned the other room we had reserved but not ours. When they finally cleaned our room they did a poor job, not providing any clean towels, and more. I sent an email to the assistant manager, who on the 3rd day promised the room would be cleaned, and the best I got was an email saying I'm sorry but because you booked through Expedia we can't give you any money back and we'll try to do better. We also had trouble with our room keys working. We arrived on May 10 and by the 14th, our room keys stopped working. We had to go back twice a day for three days to get them fixed because they kept putting in wrong checkout day - May 14, check out was May 21. Even after we confirmed it, leaving my elderly parents standing outside at midnight waiting.

Staff are always friendly and helpful

I requested towels before 8 a.m. and when we returned in evening they were not there . The same thing happened the next evening AND our key cards stopped working when returned that last night.

Waited nearly 15 minutes to check in (unsuccessfully) as the front desk had trouble locating a reservation for one family. Two other parties were behind them and in front of me as well as one behind me. I left at that point as little progress was being made. The front desk person didn't try to quickly check in any of the others nor did he even acknowledge any of us, apologize, or provide an update. When I returned about 2 hours later, the checkin was ok - but the first experience was unacceptable. If there's no one else on the property, there needs to be a way to hand the problem off to someone remote who can handle the problem so others can check in at a peak time. Otherwise, the property is clean and a good value.

We had electric bicycles locked to the back of our vehicle overnight in well lit security guarded parking lot. We went out in the morning and bicycles were gone. The staff was apologetic but not helpful even though they had cameras in the parking lot. Could not seem to find any helpful footage.

Convenient to the spectacular Garden of the Gods park, and the affordable Village Inn diner shares a parking lot with the hotel and offers a discount to guests. Easy access to the freeway and good refueling options.

Jeep was broken into on the property. fortunately the night staff warned me so I took almost all valuables out. They still took my old rain cover & a hoodie. Plus they had a nighttime security guard on premises. This whole area is crawling with the walking dead/drug addicts, best pitch a tent and deal with the bears in mountains.

Convenient and close to what i needed. I saw some cops there one night. Not sure what was going on and some wandersers trying to get into the building if the doors were not shut all the way

Convenient location right off the highway in a very busy area. Lots of fast food options available and close to Garden of the Gods. The room was clean, and the area was safe. We didn't eat breakfast but looked like they had good options available with eggs and waffles.

It was a one night stay. The homeless camp behind the parking area was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was average. We felt the parking lot was sketchy.

Breakfast excellent. Breakfast staff efficient. Room clean. No laundry. Check-in staff was masked and brash but working alone and busy with three check-in’s. Overall, a convenient place to rest in a clean environment with a scrumptious breakfast. Construction outside on Garden of the Gods was concerning at night upon entrance to location.

The hotel itself is nice, however the breakfast was terrible.

Good location with lots of eating options nearby; lobby was clean and inviting and staff were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast that also included scrambled eggs, sausage links and self serve waffles. Large parking lot accommodates most parking needs. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here many times over the past few years. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, good price, large lot for parking, and the location in central Colorado Springs (and close to the Garden of the Gods) is great. The only thing we were very disappointed in this time, which has never happened before, is that the hot items for breakfast were not replenished for at least 1/2 hour before breakfast closed. We came 15 minutes before the stated time of breakfast closing, and the large pan of scrambled eggs and whatever other hot item they had served were completely gone. And there was only one other couple in the dining room, so a bunch of people were not finishing up their breakfast. We were given the lame excuse from the front desk that they don't restock hot items for the last 15 minutes of breakfast. But that doesn't account for the fact that it was obvious that they hadn't restocked the hot breakfast items for quite awhile before that. A yogurt and sweet roll were a very unsatisfactory, and not very healthy, breakfast.

They did not offer complete breakfast. I ask where were the Eggs & Sausages they told me “Only on weekends”, False advertisement of Breakfast, I booked this Hotel bc of it. I went to the restaurant next door.

Not easy to get in and out of with traffic. Older place that has gotten a face lift but not in every way. Few plug inside for electronics. We used the extension cords by the TV. Large hotel and little space for the breakfast. Crowded and small choices

The room was not very clean, the chair and carpet was dirty with stains. Bed was not comfortable. Line for breakfast was really long and they need to invest in more than 1 waffle maker to help with this.

Check in was a breeze, breakfast was great and overall stay was awesome. Will stay again!

Nice room and a pretty good breakfast. Near everything.

I’ve stayed here MANY times as I often work nearby. The location is great for me and I LOVE(D) the free breakfast. Apparently, management has decided not to offer eggs and sausage Monday through Wednesday now. The “free breakfast” on those days is essentially unripe fruit and cereal. Very disappointing and the staff knows it as they too (politely and respectfully) expressed their disappointment with the change.
