The young man at the counter was very courteous and helpful. He said if there was anything at all we needed to let him know and he would take care of it and was completely believable that he would. Room was nice and very clean. Nice pool and hot tub.

I didnt like that when i checked in the bathroom was not cleaned. It was gross. There was so much toilet paper and poop in the commode. We tried to flush it but it was plugged up

I’ve stayed at this hotel since it was built. Always a pleasant stay. New ownership has stepped it up. Super friendly, very accommodating and extremely clean. This location is quiet and just minutes to everything in town. Great restaurants to choose from or have food delivered. 5 stars!

Service was good but housekeeping didnt come to clean on our second day there. So we had to ask for clean towels next morning to shower because out of our 3 day stay our room was only cleaned once

The room was beautiful and very clean. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room and they were quick to change rooms for us and make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also really good. Everything was hot and fresh. We will definitely be back!

The check in was pleasant. the staff that night was very helpful (black young lady) Super duper sweet! . Our television didn't work. But we were able to get assistance right away. The following day. same issue. The direct tv recvr just randomly power itself off and did not respond to the remote. called out for assistance. He stated he would come help but 45 minutes went by and nothing. I had to figure out how to unplug the Recvr. There was dogs. Big dogs in the next room that made my mother a little uncomfortable. But they settled down come nightfall. Breakfast was really nice. And the staff in the kitchen was very helpful

Everything was great, except the frame the bed was in. The pointy corners on the bed is a safety hazard. Both my husband and I hit our knees on the frame numerous times during our stay.

Rooms were clean. Hotel was well maintained for a dated property. Lobby furniture needs deep cleaning or replace. Housekeeping was excellent. Didn't notice any dust in my room or common areas. Stayed at new properties where Housekeeping was poor.Nice breakfast variety, hot food was hot and refreshed by the attendant. At check-in guestroom halls smelled from Engineering working on equipment. Overall comfortable stay.

check in was good. Then tv didn't work and no toilet paper. Front desk was quick to resolve. Pillows were thin and so were the bath towels. And there was only two bath towels. Breakfast was just ok. Omlet and ham not great. Room was clean and relatively new.

Nice stay, just stop over taking grandkids back home after their visit. Only negative comments- pool water didn’t look very clean and location is not convenient for restaurants. Everything was nice and clean and all staff very friendly and polite

Having to drive hours to Lufkin to work early in the morning means I like a nice breakfast and this place never disappoints. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the rooms are well maintained and constantly cleaned.

Sign said pool was closed but they didn't stop us from using. It was a little cloudy but didn't smell or look bad. If Hotels.com would have told me about this when I booked I may have stayed elsewhere. Jessica at the front desk was helpful with the area and food choices and anything we needed. She deserves a raise .

The property and staff were amazing! The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. It was very fresh, hot and delicious with a lot of choices.
