The actual hotel rooms were nice however just now it's in a rough part of town. My car window was broken out during the night and when I told the person at the front desk they didn't seem surprised.

We booked a kitchenette because we were staying for two days for a wrestling tournament there was 1 plate,2 coffee cups, a spatula the main microwave didn’t work so they added a small one. coffee pot was broken. We asked for forks and had to pay extra for plastic ones. People smoking cigarettes and weed could smelled through the hallway. Carpets were stained. Couch was filthy. Our door lock didn’t work right our entire stay. Pool area was gross. Full size fridge was nice. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Everyone else was rude.

The grossest, most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lights hanging off the wall, broken microwave taped shut. The couch cushions where torn and VERY stained. Shower would t drain, curtain rod broken and held sort of together with a wire. The “breakfast” was an insult to food. Not even edible and there was next to nothing! Elevator was terrifying! Everything was stained and dirty I cannot believe how much this cost

The room wasnt necessarily clean. Breakfast was great. Wifi was fast. The staff, I could tell were good people working under stressful conditions. The pool definitely wasn’t clean either. It’s an ok hotel.

This is the best budget hotel I've stayed at in a very, very long time. Convenient to 2 highways, huge parking lot, very clean room, updated bathroom. It was better than most Hampton Inns I've stayed at for a lot less money. Highly recommend. And women should feel safe here due to the big, well lit parking and the open lobby as well as overall security.

Place looks run down. Needs a upgrade, dry wall falling apart/ patches noticeable. Carpet needs replacement. Pool needs to be kept up, cleaner.

The property was filthy. The Hotel smelled like weed the whole time. Our room smelt like weed. We took bed sheets out of the closet to use and they were dirty. The lady that was monitoring breakfast was extremely rude. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone with kids. The homeless people have decided it is there hang out place and not one time did the employee's to do anything to make sure there guests were safe. Its was very uncomfortable and un safe. I will never stay there again. I do not recommend.

Location was good, easy to find. Staff was helpful and lobby/breakfast clean, inviting and good. Our room however was filthy. There was stuff on the walls, floor looked like it has not been vacuumed/shampooed in months. Toilet was not cleaned properly and sheets were dirty and/or stained. Pull out sofa cushions were stained.

Tv is cracked. Pull out mattresses had crumbs in it and under. Couch cushions had stains that looked like feeces. There are dirty towels in the closet and the whole hall and room smells of cigarette smoke.

It has bedbugs!!! I was there for two nights and on my last day there in the morning I looked at the bedbugs in bed and ended up with hives... that was my favorite place when I went to Denver but it's not anymore I won't go back there.....

I paid $160 for a dirty nasty MOTEL!!! I made the young manager aware that the sofa was so soiled I could not sit on it, let alone sleep on it!! The managers response was that the other room available had furniture in worse condition. Side tables were broken and had missing knobs. The bed and sofa were badly soiled and since I could not receive a REFUND!! I purchased blankets and slept on top of the bed!! This was AWFUL!!!!!!

Black mold present in the shower, torn couch cushion and torn drape panel. I made the single hotel employee who was on duty aware of this and was told she couldn’t move us because they were sold out and she was working alone so no one could clean the mold’ very disappointing experience.

Bed’s uncomfortable, bathroom old need to clean the air ducts, shower curtain old and fraying. Needs some shelving in the bathroom for the towels. Bedroom needs a dresser to place luggage. Pullout couch very uncomfortable. Can hear the bathroom flushing from the floor above.

My husband & I were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert & our 20th wedding anniversary. I paid extra to have a king bed & City view. We were placed on the 2nd floor. Our view was of the massive AC units of the building behind the hotel. There was nothing they could do. There wasn’t a tub in the room. The bed was comfortable.

We arrived early and asked about possible early check in, and they got us in right away, several hours early! The room was way more comfortable than we were expecting with a great view of the Denver cityline. I was nervous because of recent negative reviews and the fact that it was directly off the freeway, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be back!!

The staff at this hotel were great and very helpful. However, if you need a dark room to sleep this is not the hotel for you. The rooms do not have blackout curtains, and the area is very well lit outside. Our first night was spent on the first floor with many lights from the parking shining directly on our bed. We were also in the room next to the gym, and were woken up at 11 pm when someone started bouncing a heavy medicine ball against the adjoining wall. The staff helpfully moved us to a different room for the remainder of our stay. The property borders the highway off ramp and there was a constant stream of grifters in the area, they did not approach us in the parking lot and seemed to respect that as a boundary. The breakfast was typical hotel food, not great but edible.

I brought the issue of WiFi not working to the staff at 5:55pm within an hour of checking in. Unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. I had to reschedule two virtual work meetings. The entire night was like a drag race outside my window. Breakfast was fine and what you’d expect for a continental buffet, but the area was a disaster with trash cans overflowing and basic items running out as they did not have any staff to be seen the entire time.

The rooms are large, clean and updated! There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room along with free breakfast … but…. The curtains were dirty and you can’t close them if you decide to sleep later than the sun rise. And being close to an interstate/busy road, you can imagine the noise…. Otherwise, a very nice, clean and spacious room.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I only have 2 complaints, one being the sofa pull out mattress being very thin and comfortable. My second issue came with the overwhelming fragrance from air fresheners used, it caused our family headaches. Other then that for the price and location, we enjoyed our stay.

I was told when I arrived at about 4pm day of check in that my reservation was canceled, and that a notice had been sent to me about this. I never received a notification. The reason for cancellation according to front desk was that a large group had extended their stay and taken more rooms. Based on all of the families and kids and vagrants loitering in the parking lot and in the lobby that your hotel is putting up homeless or illegal immigrants because the front desk would not elaborate. I was then given a choice of free stays at "nearby" hotels, none of which were near to where I needed to be. I eneded up spending $83.21 on two Uber fares to get from my new hotel to my venue. The whole purpose of booking with Mainstay Suites was because it was within 2 miles of my holiday party venue and driving would not be an issue.

I arrived at my hotel. ( I had set this reservation several months in advance and paid in full.) The person at the front desk. Says that they don’t have a room for me. They had to give it away. A bus load of people came. And that they are full. No more available. Got a wedding to attend in a hour and a half. My family and I are very stressed about and angry. The person behind the counter. Finds another property 10 extra minutes away from our venue. Drive through rush hour traffic. Check in at the new location . They give us one bed room. For 4 people. Such a disaster of a trip.

The front desk took 20 mins to come to the counter. The bullring was dingy and run down. The rooms smelled disgusting. I will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I only have 2 complaints, one being the sofa pull out mattress being very thin and comfortable. My second issue came with the overwhelming fragrance from air fresheners used, it caused our family headaches. Other then that for the price and location, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is being used to house migrants and is completely full. Despite a reservation, they has no availability and don’t notify us until we actually showed up. Had to find another hotel at the last minute. Unprofessional handling of guests with reservations.

I usually stay here or recommend it to friends as it’s an affordable place really close to downtown, but after last check in experience I will never go back. The lady at the front desk was extra rude and zero has zero empathy towards costumers, specifically if they don’t speak English, when you can tell they she’s not from here.

Got this hotel for location being close to meow wolf. Not the worst hotel ive stayed, definitely pretty above that line. Decent hotel, cleanliness in certain parts of my room were not great. And quality of sheets / blankets were not the best. But i enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful, friendly and inviting. They were the best part of my stay. Would stay here again for proximity to meow wolf and the staff. Thanks a bunch!

The actual hotel rooms were nice however just now it's in a rough part of town. My car window was broken out during the night and when I told the person at the front desk they didn't seem surprised.

It is nice and comfortable, but a bit old and lots of things in the room with significant wear and tear. The area had a lot of good places to eat within a mile or two.

This is the best budget hotel I've stayed at in a very, very long time. Convenient to 2 highways, huge parking lot, very clean room, updated bathroom. It was better than most Hampton Inns I've stayed at for a lot less money. Highly recommend. And women should feel safe here due to the big, well lit parking and the open lobby as well as overall security.

Good value for a post-concert place to crash. Room was good except sofa bed was grubby (we had two queens so didn’t have to use it). Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly.

I brought the issue of WiFi not working to the staff at 5:55pm within an hour of checking in. Unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay and they basically said there’s nothing they can do. I had to reschedule two virtual work meetings. The entire night was like a drag race outside my window. Breakfast was fine and what you’d expect for a continental buffet, but the area was a disaster with trash cans overflowing and basic items running out as they did not have any staff to be seen the entire time.

This was a decent 2-star hotel. The room was fine, and the service was enough for the time we were there - the usual COVID type towel changes, but limited bedsheet changes. It is easy to turn into from one direction, but difficult in the other direction due to the highway. Semi-industrial type neighborhood, so not great if you want to walk or do a morning run. The breakfast was decent with the usual fare. It was quiet and the HVAC was good. If you spend most of your time out of your room, it is a good deal. Good for the price.

Excellent hotel with great rooms, lots of space, good kitchen area and bathrooms, and fast friendly service. The area nearby is a bit sketchy and the hotel can be hard to get to due to it's location off the highway with only one entrance, but the rooms are excellent.

The grossest, most rundown hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lights hanging off the wall, broken microwave taped shut. The couch cushions where torn and VERY stained. Shower would t drain, curtain rod broken and held sort of together with a wire. The “breakfast” was an insult to food. Not even edible and there was next to nothing! Elevator was terrifying! Everything was stained and dirty I cannot believe how much this cost

The stay was good with wonderful staff, nice room and great location for our visit. The only reason I did not give the stay a five star rating was the breakfast. Worst continental breakfast ever. No fruit, horrible eggs and potatoes and "ham". We ate breakfast elswhere for 2 of our 3 day visit. Please address the issue before future stay.

the staff did not understand the difference between an apple Mastercard and Apple pay. The location and pricing of this hotel probably lead to a lot of fraud but not accepting a major card is wild. Staff was argumentative and uninformed. Wont be staying here again.

Only real complaint was the area where we wanted to park had broken glass on the ground for a few days. AC was noisy but efficient so it didn't run for log. Some outside noise from nearby freeways, but less so than from a typical lower end hotel. Oh, and only able to ender from one direction, so some Otherwise, an uneventful stay. drive "by and turn around"s were needed.

The front desk person was super helpful, room was good, the only concern I had was a came back to the hotel around 11:30 pm to puke in front of the elevator, I had an early flight so left at 4:30 am and the puke was still in front of the elevator.

Room was a great size. Had a microwave and stove top and basic cooking equipment (which was all you needed) silverware and plates. Only had 2 mugs and 2 water glasses for a room that slept 6. Could have went to reception for more but we didn’t need it.
