The staff was so helpful and friendly. We appreciated that after a long day of driving. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and welcoming. The bed and bedding were wonderful, soft and clean bedding. Firm mattress with plenty of pillows. Despite that we needed a shuttle ride to DIA at 5am, the hotel still provided a "grab n Go breakfast with some of the best coffee I've ever had. All in all, it was a wonderful overnight stay and I look forward to the next visit.

Not a horrible hotel, but definitely not a great one either. AC barely worked and the room was too warm for the entire stay. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so room was hot and humid in tandem with the inadequate/non-functioning AC. The housekeeping staff walked straight into our room without knocking about 15 mins after we settled in. The front desk only had one person and long lines were there all evening, it took 20 minutes to check in. We had a room for six people with three beds (there were 3 of us) yet there were towels for only two people. We called the front desk to get more, they didn't answer, and I went down to get more and there was a line of 10 people to check in, so I just gave up. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time, that was nice. All this as we stared at the Fairfield Inn motto printed on the inside of the sketchy elevator at the hotel that proudly displayed: "It's the small things" that make a great experience, lol. Apparently not at this hotel. Try another hotel is my recommendation.
