Clean room, Clean hotel Nate at the front desk that checked us in was very kind. We had a wonderful experience, close to the train we planned to go to silverton was like a 7 min, drive from the Hampton, not over crowded with people, breakfast was good and went smooth always had a stock in the food. kept it clean. They provided office HOT wonderful coffee day and night that was a big PLUS for me and my husband since we love to drink one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening the coffee was ALWAYS FRESH. overall I would stay again, it was quite and staff was very friendly.

Had a one night stay here. Love Durango, the hotel was okay, however I woke up unable to move from the bed. I'm late 30's and have NEVER experienced this before from a mattress. Room and hotel grounds were not bad as far as up keep and the breakfast was good but I truly couldn't move when woke up, took a hot shower, massage and pain relievers to be able to function today while visiting Durango. Friends stayed there as well and they said woke up hurting from their mattress (thankfully not nearly as bad as me).

The first day we arrived at 8:00pm. The beds had soiled linens and a lot of pet hair on the bedspreads. The toilet had not been cleaned and the person before us may have been sick, so I'll leave out the rest of those details. I let the staff know and they took care of it promptly after being notified. They said they would provide some compensation, but that did not happened. The manager was not available when we checked out and so I was not able to followup with why the compensation had not been issued. As of today, the manager has not called me to followup on this matter.
