Had a great stay overall. We encountered a huge booger on the wall left by the previous guest but the houseman cleaned it up immediately, room was very clean besides that. Pool was great and breakfast was good. The bed was poor and very saggy, felt like we were sleeping on a trampoline, id we had stayed longer I would have requested a new room.

Close to everything but didnt seem busy. Broken elevator and towel rack in room but other than that a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

The courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy. The bbq grill was an excellent choice for dinner and the stocked kitchen in our room was a bonus. The swimming pool temperature was perfect and the morning breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here for a week due to my work. The hotel is close to Park meadows mall and I 25. So while I went to work, my daughter and mom went shopping and loved the mall. They have a gym and breakfast that were good. The only thing I could complain about was that my room smelled a bit like dog. The maid Maria was super nice and sprayed my room when I requested and brought us whatever towels we needed. Overall, it is fine.

This property is great, great location, next to Park Meadows Mall. The staff is absolutely the very best of the best. The only drawback is being charged for parking…let alone charged twice.

It was great place. I traveled with my husband and my dog, the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotels was really clean, the room was spacious, I have not complaints at all. The area around is convenient.

Third time I've stayed here in the last two years. Amazing location right off of the Interstate, easy acces to mall and grocery shopping, restaurants galore. Clean rooms, excellent service and an amazing breakfast included. I'd definitely recommend to anyone traveling alone or with pets!

We got a last minute reservation due to having to be out of our house for some renovation work. Two kids, two dogs, me and my husband. Staff was very nice at check in and throughout our stay. The room felt 8/10 clean and was great to have a kitchen in there, but our stay went downhill from there. We had a bed and a sofa bed and when we pulled out the sofa bed it was disgusting. Very stained and flattened and we didn’t even want to try using it. We were lucky enough to be able to grab an air mattress at our house for our kids to sleep on. The extra sheets in the closet had holes and stains on them. Our bathroom was filled with marijuana smell/smoke coming though the vent multiple times per day. When I took my dogs out at 6am one of the mornings, I went to use the stairs and tried opening the door but there were two people sleeping in the stairwell landing. I let the front desk know. I didn’t see it occur again in the three days we were there, but ultimately didn’t go that way in the mornings or evenings. The area was nice and convenient to many things but overall the stay was not ideal. The staff was great- I can’t stress that enough. They were all so nice. But the room and facility left something to be desired.

Having stayed on a family trip we had 5 so for sure the pullout would be used with that said the bed was broken and falling into middle and they didn’t have cots so our kid just slept on floor just spending that much money for our kid to sleep on the floor sucked. But other than that no issues

Overall we quite enjoyed our 2-bedroom suite w/kitchenette. Beds comfortable, sofa bed not so much, but we didn't need it. My quibbles are a coffee maker that was wobbling on its last legs and the fact that there were NO GRAB BARS in either the shower or tub. Because we're elderly, that was a black mark. Slick wet Floors of showers & tubs are notoriously fall-risks. Otherwise we were quite happy. Will stay there again.

Checking in, the front desk agent said he wasn’t giving me the room I’d expected. He gave no explanation. There was no fireplace, instead we got a brick wall 6 ft from the window. The room was dark and gloomy. The air conditioner was very noisy, on and off all night. I’m very forgiving, but thumbs down on this place.

Didn't receive the correct room type because of booking - we were told it was on first come basis because we didn't book direct. Room was dingy and hall smelled. We could hear everyone above us and outside (ground floor) and breakfast was almost gone a whole hour before it ended. Would never stay again!

Strong weed smell coming from other room. Hotel provided crib had throw up in it, when I tried to call front desk no one answered had to walk down and find attendant who was watching tv in the lobby. Got charged $6 for a bottle of water I didn't buy, had my own waters with me.

This property is great, great location, next to Park Meadows Mall. The staff is absolutely the very best of the best. The only drawback is being charged for parking…let alone charged twice.

Korie at the front desk was awesome! She was professional and proactive with my reservation. Breakfast attendants were quick and very accommodating. The housekeeping was awesome! I will definitely stay here again!

Third time I've stayed here in the last two years. Amazing location right off of the Interstate, easy acces to mall and grocery shopping, restaurants galore. Clean rooms, excellent service and an amazing breakfast included. I'd definitely recommend to anyone traveling alone or with pets!

We stayed here for a week due to my work. The hotel is close to Park meadows mall and I 25. So while I went to work, my daughter and mom went shopping and loved the mall. They have a gym and breakfast that were good. The only thing I could complain about was that my room smelled a bit like dog. The maid Maria was super nice and sprayed my room when I requested and brought us whatever towels we needed. Overall, it is fine.

It was great place. I traveled with my husband and my dog, the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotels was really clean, the room was spacious, I have not complaints at all. The area around is convenient.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Getting in for a late check in was no problem. Rooms were delightfully roomy and suites were well stocked with amenities you would need for a longer stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, and space was very clean. Only downside was proximity to walkable areas. But no problem if you have a vehicle.

Didn't receive the correct room type because of booking - we were told it was on first come basis because we didn't book direct. Room was dingy and hall smelled. We could hear everyone above us and outside (ground floor) and breakfast was almost gone a whole hour before it ended. Would never stay again!

Been coming here for over half a decade now and normally the service is better. Here were some key issues, - checked in Sunday never got any room service until Thursday night - garbage in room was left over from previous guest in kitchen garbage can - went to front desk to get a replacement key at Wednesday 8:30 am and waited a while, no one came to front desk so had to leave and obtain later. - used to be a cleaning sponge in room for dishes, none was present. - co worker who checked in had similar issues. - at check out young man was nice but didn’t ask about the stay, just stated I was good to go. So no feedback was given.

The room I was initially assigned at check-in was right next to the elevator equipment and was extremely noisy. It was not a room where I felt I could get a good night’s sleep. I went back to the front desk because I didn’t think I could tolerate the noise. Fortunately, a different female staff member was there and understood my concern. She kindly moved me to a different room, which I really appreciated. The new room was much quieter, and the rest of my stay was very comfortable. However, I think guests should be informed at the time of booking if a room is located next to noisy elevator equipment. This would allow guests to make an informed choice when booking. I was very grateful to the staff member who understood my concern and helped resolve the issue.

Great place to stay. Room was fairly clean, but there was a dirty sock left from the previous guest behind the curtain in the bedroom. But at least the kitchen was really clean!!
