Peaceful and friendly. The hot tub was clean and nice, the pool not heated but has fun party lights. No soap to wash hands (we used bodywash from the shower) and some weird stains on the nightstand

Nice stay for 1 night after a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park on our way to Wyoming. There is a pizza place walkable across the parking lot. Pool & hot tub were clean & enjoyable.

Beautifully remodeled property. Loved the option of sitting in the courtyard around the fire, having a lounge available, and breakfast in the morning. Only complaint would be the bathroom really doesn’t have any storage. Just a feeeatandinf sink with no shelving.

I always try to stay in Fort Collins's area when traveling this way. Stayed here coming and going, better the 1st time. on my way home stopped here knowing it was clean and convenient still could get food and a drink. The week before there was a wedding held there so bar was adequately stocked. I guess they only restock once a month. The quirky bartender makes it a point that the display bottles are only old tea and water. So what we see we won't get. A new girl made 2 great old fashions and the quesadillas were delicious. The room was clean and nice slept hard then checked out. Point is this place has room to improve but not much. It is a pleasant place to stay.

Beautiful property with a beautiful room! The front desk staff was wonderful and we had no issues except for ants. They were in our bathroom and traveled into the bed a couple of times as well. Some must have gotten into our luggage cause we were finding them in our car on the way back home as well. The indoor pool was a bit cold so we didn't go in and the Jacuzzi was very loud and not very powerful. But it was the perfect temperature

Our stay was a one night late stop on the way home. We only had 3 towels in our room and we had 4 occupants. Due to the remodeling, breakfast was very minimal and did not know this until we checked in. Somewhat disappointing. Website should be updated with this information. Hotel was in the middle of being remodeled so pretty dusty. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are small, housekeeping never came to our room and we didn’t have hot water in the shower. When calling front desk they offered to let the sink run and see if it worked because the water heater was on the other side of hotel.

We purposefully selected a handicapped room because my husband has balance problems and needs shower bars. But the room we were given had obviously been modified to try to make it work, which resulted in a room that wasn’t very comfortable. The bed was sitting on the floor and about 20 inches high. It was very soft so when you sat on the edge you were even closer to the ground. It also had a peak in the middle so you rolled to the edge. There was only a single chair in the room, along with a desk chair. Since the bed wasn’t comfortable one of us sat in the desk chair and one in the armchair. They were different heights and made conversation challenging. The bathroom had a tub, but a shower chair was provided and lots of bars. But there was barely any counter space next to the sink to place a travel bag. And the loud fan automatically turned on with the light, which was quite annoying.

Easy check in, clean room, great bed and pillows. Found an extra blanket in the closet, which was awesome for using on the couch. Air conditioner worked awesome. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower, and couldn't get the water super hot. But it was hot enough, and the shampoo and such were very nice. Zero complaints, would stay there again.

Low rent feeling, terrible people next door that were up yelling all night. Thin walls made it worse. Staff ,very kind and did there best. Never coming back!!!

Liked friendly staff, location, bar and bistro on site, price. Didnt like bathroom in room 202. Electric mirror did not work and no other light spirce at sink/vanity - very hard to shave or put on makeoff. Sink drained very slow. Toilet flush handle was precarious like it was about to fall off and flush was bery slow and weak. Wayer pressure or head on head was weak. Bed ok, not great and pillows too thick or fluffy. Bedroom was small but ok overall. TV on SIDE of bed, not at end...weird.

The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was great but you did have to wait a bit for the hot water to arrive. The bed was comfy. Courtyard was nice. Didnt eat at the property but many people were. We would say it gets 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was excellent, its location was good as well.

They cancelled our reservation without telling us or calling us. They put us in a janky hotel nearby for only one night and were making us fend for ourselves the rest of the trip. Keep in mind we booked for 4 night so it was stressful. Don’t recommend!

We had some issues (no body wash in the room, a snafu with a breakfast item, and a couple of other small things) and the staff was OUTSTANDING in making up for it. The issues were remedied, we received credits and complimentary items, and the manager sent a hand-written apology note to our room. Absolutely a class act. We will definitely stay here again based on this alone.

Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, has an actual courtyard, which is a relaxing and welcoming space. There are several café restaurants across the street, and the pick up spot for ride chair was very safe and convenient The front desk staff, Connor, was particullatly kind and helpful.

The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was great but you did have to wait a bit for the hot water to arrive. The bed was comfy. Courtyard was nice. Didnt eat at the property but many people were. We would say it gets 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was excellent, its location was good as well.

The lobby and lounge area with food and drinks available was a nice change from typical hotels. The food was a bit pricey especially when having to pay for breakfast.

I always try to stay in Fort Collins's area when traveling this way. Stayed here coming and going, better the 1st time. on my way home stopped here knowing it was clean and convenient still could get food and a drink. The week before there was a wedding held there so bar was adequately stocked. I guess they only restock once a month. The quirky bartender makes it a point that the display bottles are only old tea and water. So what we see we won't get. A new girl made 2 great old fashions and the quesadillas were delicious. The room was clean and nice slept hard then checked out. Point is this place has room to improve but not much. It is a pleasant place to stay.

We were on the second floor. I went to get into our snack bag for breakfast (there's no continental breakfast), and there were hundreds of ants in our sealed cheese danish and all our other snacks. I had to throw them all away! Then I noticed ants all over the dresser where the TV and coffee put was located was located. I was only offered 1500 Marriott points and possibly a room switch if one opened up.

Rooms are small but they are clean and the beds are very comfortable! It’s tucked away off the main street and surrounded by trees. We will return.

I want to start my review by saying how incredibly helpful and kind the staff at this hotel was, especially since we did have a few issues. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool for our toddler and were very disappointed when we arrived and found out the pool was closed and we didn’t receive any advances notifications. The manager did get us access to another hotel pool 10 minutes away, which was great and we really appreciated, but still not the same as being able to walk a toddler downstairs to a pool. My in laws also joined us and even though we requested to have rooms close together in advance, they did not accommodate that request, even after my in laws had to change rooms due to an ant infestation in their room. Overall, just not what I would have expected from a Marriott property.
