Picked this hotel at the last minute and it turned out to be really good find. This hotel spotless and clean and actually looks quite new. It has one of the biggest workout facilities for a hotel this size. The staff was really nice and friendly and the room was great. Can't believe I got it for under $100 a night...

Hotel was great. Clean and nice. It was really hot outside and the ac wasn’t working great but they sent someone to look at it and it got better (still not super cold but cold enough to bare the heat). Pool was perfect. We booked hotel for the pool and we enjoyed it.

The pool/hot tub was closed on the property for maintenance the next 3 months but we were not told through Expedia, the Marriott website or in emails in advance to checking in. Big disappointment especially when traveling with 2 kids!

This was just for one night, however, the staff were all very accommodating as I came in early to meet with my son in college and was allowed to do an early check in. The dining option was so helpful and convenient as a walk up and order so I could get dinner and a glass of wine to go and bring to my room. In the morning had a lovely swim in the perfect temperature pool and then jacuzzi. Room was a great size with a view of the mountain and bed was very comfortable. Everything was great!

Check-in was great, rooms were ready early which is always appreciated. Newly renovated, however the rooms have a lot of awkward space and the layout is strange, you have to hang up your clothes in the bathroom. The shower had very little water pressure but the towels were nice and thick. Great lighting in the bathroom to get ready. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. The biggest issue that I had with the room was the noise. The rooms are poorly insulated and you could hear everything. Conversations in the hall, people walking by and in my case, the ice maker all night long. I would not stay here again for this reason.

Great location and close to historic downtown. Loved the free parking. Rooms lack storage and bathroom is small. Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in room or coffee available in the lobby. If you’re a Starbucks fan you are in luck. They sell Starbucks at the bar. No free breakfast, but you can order breakfast from restaurant in lobby.

We loved our stay at the FoCo Marriot. They were very accommodating of our early check in request. And we found the room to be spacious, clean and had a nice view. I was happy to see they are dog friendly and family friendly. The only thing missing was a dresser. i like to unpack into drawers and not feel like I'm living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was great and the coffee shop/ bar had great service too.

They charged me $110 incidental just to see if I noticed after I had already paid in full. Calling them back, they had no idea why I was charged extra and refunded. Not many people with triple check the charges, I wonder how many others they “tack on a bit extra” to see if they notice the charge?

Staff was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived 😊 Everything was clean and spacious, and the indoor/outdoor pool was lovely! This will definitely be the hotel we will stay at when we visit our daughter while she’s in college!

This place was great. Traveling in motorcycles. Staff was very accommodating and let us park o Under the covered arrival area. Hotel was beautiful. Very well kept and in perfect condition. Room was great. Laundry service on site was a life saver. Had door dashed needed items ahead of time and staff had them waiting for me upon arrival. I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Booked a king room with Expedia and got a double. When we asked about it, they advised that they will not guarantee rooms booked with anyone but Marriott. So if you book with a service, you may not get what you booked. The staff was not very friendly about it either.

Very nice hotel. Front dest service was excellent. I beleice i interacted with 3 women and 1 man. They were all welcoming, friendly, courteous and attentive. Refreshing in this day and age. No phones in sight! Wait staff at the bar and coffee shop was wonderful too. Great job all around. I will be sure to make this my go to place in Ft Collins! One "complaint" is i wish thr pool hours were open a bit later, say 11 or midnight.

Great stop. Friendly. Bar stayed open so I could watch the hockey game even though I was the only one there. Front desk was very helpful. Close to everything in FC.

I enjoyed the best Filet mignon I have ever had. The quality of the cut was far superior to any other that I have ordered at expensive steak houses. It was also cooked to perfection!

Went down to eat breakfast and was charged $18 per person including my 4 year old. Staff also changes $10 for bottle of water. Completely outrageous for a hotel that’s supposed to have a free complementary breakfast and not located in Jackson, WY. Will definitely find somewhere else to stay next time.

Check in was smooth, but room felt a bit cramped. Bathroom was small and provided toiletries were sub par. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner didn't smell or feel good at all. Lotion stunk. King size bed wasn't comfortable at all and the room wasn't soundproof at all (we heard everything in the hall). The bar and Vanessa the bartender were amazing. However the 18 per person breakfast buffet was the worst I've ever had. Eggs tasted powered, fruit was over ripe and soggy, biscuits and gravy (my go to) was disgusting (biscuits were dry and gravy tasted like it came from a bag. There was supposed to be French toast but it wasn't there some pancakes that were worse than McDonald's were out and my wife (just got married) couldn't even stab them with fork they were so hard and rubbery. We were down there about 8 am. It was $8+ for a $0.99 bag of chips and a recees candy. Overall I'm highly disappointed because where I should have enjoyed myself at supposedly one of the best hotels in Fort Collins I left exhausted, hungry and disappointed. Don't know if it was because it was New Year's Eve or what. Oh and TV channel selection was awful, no information on room service on the TV or in the rooms.

Great location and close to historic downtown. Loved the free parking. Rooms lack storage and bathroom is small. Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in room or coffee available in the lobby. If you’re a Starbucks fan you are in luck. They sell Starbucks at the bar. No free breakfast, but you can order breakfast from restaurant in lobby.

A safe pair of hands. Nothing spectacular, but fine. Slightly weird checkout experience, where the staff member wouldn't let me see the bill until after I'd paid, but otherwise all friendly and good. Dining options a little limited, but would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Front dest service was excellent. I beleice i interacted with 3 women and 1 man. They were all welcoming, friendly, courteous and attentive. Refreshing in this day and age. No phones in sight! Wait staff at the bar and coffee shop was wonderful too. Great job all around. I will be sure to make this my go to place in Ft Collins! One "complaint" is i wish thr pool hours were open a bit later, say 11 or midnight.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The bartender was fabulous. The food and cocktails were delicious! My dissatisfaction was mostly with the upkeep of the property. My air conditioner in my room was not amazing. It never reached the desired temperature. The ice machines on several floors were out. I also found out that they don't do a full clean of the room during the day. My room was half done: only trash is emptied, a dirty towel was left behind but the toilet seat was up and new role of toilet paper?

This Marriott has a very poorly stocked convenience store (no toiletries at all and the checkout kiosk was broken during our stay), no longer has a Starbucks on property (so no available coffee after breakfast service), does not have an M lounge or other amenities for Bonvoy members, and was incredibly short staffed. The front desk staff didn’t have an operational printer to show us our invoice at checkout. This was not worth the price we paid and was very disappointing.

The hotel appears to be recently remodeled but the rooms are pretty basic and missing dresser drawers to store anything. The bathroom configuration is also small and awkward. Unfortunately Marriott seems to be coasting on their former reputation.
