This Residency Inn was under construction..remodeling. So no pool and the breakfast was sub-par. The outside need cleaning up..kind of dirty. Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty sure when they are back to normal it will be back to 5 star

The available stay parking was a long way from our room and we were assigned the third floor. When we returned at 10pm there were no parking spots close to the building we were staying in. Several guests were parked in a tow away zone and the staff didn't seem to care. Not enough parking for the number of rooms

Hot tub was out of service without prior notification, pool wasn't very warm as well ...rooms are noisey if not on the top floor as ceilings aren't very insulated so you can hear every footstep of the neighbors above you.

If the elevator didn’t break and the pool was open for the kids it would’ve been worth the $200 a night for the 2 bedroom suite. Other than that the hotel was nice.

It was very roomy and breakfast was great. Close to anything you need and lots of places to dine. Disliked that the pool was closed for renovation and there was no communication of this prior to check in and apparently has been closed for almost a year. I was told it would be open in February.

Hot tub didn’t work during our stay & the pool had paint chipping floating around throughout the water. Other than that it was great, the service was great. They had a small basketball court with a yard light outside the pool that we enjoyed.

First the good: Nice room (Suite w/ full kitchen), friendly staff, good breakfast, good location for everything. Not so good: No POOL- been closed since January for renovations, didn't look to be opening anytime soon either. Went to use grill to cook burgers - no grill - unusable because of pool renovations. Since January. Went to cook burgers in Suite, no frying pan. Staff had to go find one. The whole kitchen was not properly set up. No small spoons.....etc. And then, not to sound like too much of a nitpicker, but we kept finding black hairs all over the bathroom areas. Gross. My wife and I are both blondes. Kept having trouble w/keycards too. Had to keep having them reset. Could have been us on those, don't know. But it was aggravating.

The cleaning staff was lacking. On check-in the bedding was dirty and I had dried blood on one of my pillows. One of the other customers was actually yelling outside the building to get someone’s attention. Then he came inside the building I was staying in and continued yelling. I informed him that there were other residents in the building that did not appreciate his yelling. Then the elevator door closed and I didn’t know what happened. That was my check-in experience.

The hotel was a bit run-down. The hallway near our room smelled terrible, like hold your nose and don’t breathe terrible. Our room was right next to the VERY noisy elevator. The shower only had a hand held head that did not stay stable in its holder and made showering difficult. The bed was comfy and employees were friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a full kitchen which was nice, the air condition worked really well. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure if room was cleaned after last guests, food crumbs in kitchen drawers, soap containers in shower empty. Extra blanket in closet was dirty. Breakfast buffet offered every morning was not bad. . When we return to Fort Collins in the future, I don’t think this property would be on my list

Very disappointed for a Marriott property. The heater was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other speak so we asked to move which they moved us across the hall. There were only four channels that worked in the TV and to top it all off there was no head board to the bed. I will not be staying at this property again.

It was an enjoyable stay. The pool was not conducive to swimming, it was cold according to my wife. There were no hooks on bathroom door or anywhere to hang dop kits or towels. We stayed at a Fairfield Inn in Coralville IA that had multiple hooks on bathroom door and shower wall.

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a joke. You could just touch it and feel all of the springs. It was so compressed and old, my son barely slept. The king bed was really hard and my husband and I woke up sore every morning.

The parking is very tight and I drive a midsize car. The bed in our suite frankly sucked it was creaky and was low on the head side so i woke up stuffed up every day. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I never felt uneasy in the area.

The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have encountered. Location to all areas in Fort Collins was fine. My wife and I agree that we will book at this location the next time we travel to Fort Collins.

Checked in was great, Michaela was very welcoming. When i got to the room, the toilet didn't flush. I called and Jackie answered. Said i can go down and pick up a plunger and go do it myself, they dont have maintenance at 6pm. I said no, im not going to do it myself, but would like to change room. She was not happy. Michaela came back on phone and she said they have another room and she'll meet me. Jackie was there when i checked in, after that call, she was rude and didn't greet or acknowledge me after that. How unpleasant she made my experience there.

We have been Marriot Bonvoy members for quite a while now and this was not a "Marriot Experience" Firstly when we showed up to check-in, we were told after an interminable amount of time spent typing in the computer that she could not check us in as the room doesn't show up. We were asked if we had just booked the room, although we had proof of room booking 3 days prior. We had to leave to make a prior dinner reservation and return at 9:30 pm when we were finally checked in to our original room booking. The room itself was decent, however the ground floor of the building we were in smelled of something akin to formaldehyde. It was terrible WiFi was non-existent. Rooms had minimal insulation and every movement of adjacent guests audible and inconvenient. We will return to the Fort Collins area, but never back to this hotel. Sorry !

We arrived for Thanksgiving week. Before our arrival we asked for a ground floor room near an exit door due to some pulmonary issues and only able to walk short distances. Kaeleigh made sure that it was noted in our reservation and when we checked-in, our room was perfect. Only problem was that our room didn’t have an oven and we decided we wanted to cook Thanksgiving dinner in our room. Went to the front desk and spoke with Christopher who not only changed our room but upgraded our 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suit right next to our original room. The service here is one that I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Everyone has been helpful, professional and kind. Thank you for making our stay better than we imagined!

We booked a room with three beds. That is what the website showed when we booked it. That is the reason we booked that hotel. When we checked in we lowered told this hotel NEVER had three beds as an option. We had one room with a king bed and one room with a queen bed. We also learned the swimming pool was being renovated so we couldn’t swim… in July. Another huge disappointment! We had no access to the internet until the third day. I complained to the front desk and miraculously about 30 minutes later we suddenly had internet. Then we were told the room would be cleaned every third day. We were there four nights and there was no evidence our room was cleaned EVER. Our trash was not taken out or anything. We cleaned for ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We spent over $1100 for nothing but disappointment.

This is one of our favorite areas of town to stay in, everything is easy to get to, and walking and biking is great. This property needs a little updating. The elevator is VERY noisy, the pond behind was covered with scum, and housekeeping every 4 days seems like too little. The halls seem a bit narrow, dark and dingy, but the room was nice. Bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was great, and staff were great overall.

This property is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet area. It's extremely convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The negative I would comment on is (1) the couch is not comfortable (I realize it's a pull out sofa, but was very uncomfortable to sit on), (2) there were no condiments left by the in-room coffee maker, and (3) there was no soap left by any of the sinks. I would definitely stay here again when needing separate bedrooms, but would know to bring my own soap and condiments.

The room was basic but there were accommodations that would allow you to stay comfortably over several days-the king size bed was comfortable and we got a kick out of how the large screen tv was situated at the end of the bed for comfortable tv watching-location in a quiet neighborhood with a great pizza restaurant close by were two additional pluses!!

Great location. It was a $15 uber ride to downtown. Easy access to get on and off the freeway. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fine. It was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but the breakfast area was also kept clean.

Nice little spot and great price. We got a studio which had a lot of amenities and was very spacious. There are restaurants off of Harmony and Oakridge nearby. It is easy to get an Uber/Lyft to Old Town as well!

The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have encountered. Location to all areas in Fort Collins was fine. My wife and I agree that we will book at this location the next time we travel to Fort Collins.

This Residency Inn was under construction..remodeling. So no pool and the breakfast was sub-par. The outside need cleaning up..kind of dirty. Room was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty sure when they are back to normal it will be back to 5 star

Breakfast buffet. Excellent choices in all food varieties. Very clean facility. Excellent friendly staff. This is an older property. Has had a recent renovation. Kitchen could use a cupboard redo. No noise from other rooms. No door slamming noise.

Perfect cozy, clean, spacious room. I stayed with my husband and son and the king studio worked perfect. Great price. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, expected waffles. But the rest of the options tasted great. I will definitely being staying everytime i visit family there. I highly recommend.

The breakfast is the star of the show for sure, great selection of items. The only issue we had was the internet would have intermittent issues connecting.

Disappointing covers it. The room was average. Didn't realize until ready for bed that we had no glasses for water to brush teeth. At check-in we were advised re parking. When we returned from the event we went to in Ft. Collins we discovered there was NO PARKING at the inn. We were told to parallel park on the street (this was at 11:30 at night). We didn't want to do this because we weren't familiar with the area and have a new car we didn't want damaged or stolen. The breakfast fare the next morning looked less than appetizing, so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Not happy.

While the location, room styles, breakfast, and staff were good, the room was in need of an update. For instance, the counter height dining table was flanked by two regular height chairs - it was very strange. There was no storage at the bathroom sink. And two drawers in the closet nearby were filled with blankets and pillows so we couldn't use those for our toiletries. The toilet was very short similar to what you'd find in an older Interstate rest stop. The king bed was cramped for space. At the end of the bed, there was about 15"-18" between it and a totally unusable dresser that supported a TV. By the front door stood a narrow closet that could only house an empty suitcase. There was no shelving or hanging bar to make that space more useful. Thankfully the price was on the lower end so I guess it was a decent value. But we won't be choosing this hotel again.

Welcoming staff! Traveled from Illinois and was cheerfully greeted. Very clean lobby and reception area. Room was lovely-stayed 3 nights. Quiet, slept well. Good location for our needs. Would recommend!!
