Staff was great. We had an issue with the HVAC in our room. They checked the issue and moved us to another room that had a working HVAC. They handled it extremely well. Good job!’

The hotel appears to be old. Paint chips off over the sink and in the corner of the tub. When I arrived NO ONE was there to check me in - Only a note indicating that it was closed and I could go to the Comfort Inn to check in. It was 13 degrees when I did this. I had an issue with my remote and called the office. The receptionist answered "Hello" I asked is this the receptionist? She said, "Yes" Nothing like "Good Morning My name is --- How may I help you". I told her my problem and she sent a maintenance man - who did not speak English. Only the Supervisor of the maids spoke English. All in All I should have stayed at the Best Western again.
