The staff was very helpful and inviting. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff was prompt. The gym only had 2 working ellipticals so that was disappointing - the rest of the equipment was broken.

Amenities listed did not match the property. Online showed restaurant and breakfast available, bar and hot tub. The restaurant has been closed for months. No bar. Hot tub was broken. When you book a property, you expect to have the amenities listed. Very disappointed!

Icemaker on floor 2 was broken, pool was out of commission, restaurant is closed, housecleaning knocked on my door in the morning two times (about an hour apart) despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.

We chose this hotel over another cheaper option because the pool looked nice. Unfortunately, it was freezing and we weren't able to use it. The two hot tubs were nice and the sauna was barely warm. Everything else about the hotel was average. There is EV charging available in the adjacent Ramada Inn parking lot, FYI.

Bathroom in room had evidence of mold. The pool was disgusting with flies and bugs. Hot tub was not operational. Sauna was not operational. Bathtub would not drain. All the ice machines were turned off. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work either. Will not be renting to this property.

We stayed here a while ago when it was owned by another company. It was recently bought out. The restaurant was closed, no mention of breakfast being available. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are nice. One hot tub was regular temp (maybe 102-104) and one was super hot. Pool was pretty cold. Good for a nice plunge! They also have a sauna. Beware: double bed rooms have full size beds not queen! Kind of old but relatively well kept. It was clean and staff was nice. The price is good, which was our main concern. The little ski shop by the elevators was closed.

This hotel was a great deal as far as costs and we were looking for inexpensive weekends in the mountains from Denver. It met the expectations assumed for costs. The property was also clean and safe but the hotel amenities were lacking. The indoor pool was large and originally this was a driving reason to stay at this hotel. However, the indoor pool was apparently not heated and very cold. The hot tub was also cold and just barely above room temperature. The sauna appeared to work but we gave up on it before it reached target temperature after turning it on and setting to temperature. I would recommend this location only if you are not traveling with small children who are counting on a good indoor pool experience.

The property details says it has a bar.It does but they don’t have a license to sell alcohol..it has a restaraunt but it’s only Mexican food.The booths are old and tattered.The rest of the hotel was nice.

Stay here for two nights when we checked in the first room they gave us was dirty the beds were not even made so they gave us another room the second room smelled like somebody with bad body odor rolled around the entire room it smelled horrible

The room was in shambles, stains on the walls, stains on the bed cover, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. along with this it looked as if the room had barley been cleaned. Remnants of what looked to be drugs on the desk in the room.

The front desk was as helpful as he could be. The entire hotel had a musty dirty smell. On our way to the room, the smell worsened. There were multiple leaks in the hallway causing huge stains on the carpet. The room was really dark even with all the lights on and smelled worse than the entry. The sheets had blood stains on it and the bathroom was dirty. Our room was switched due to the sheets, but the smell was still really bad. I wasnt able to find any other available hotel due to the time so we dealt with what we had. The next town was too far to drive to at 11 at night. Next time I'll book in advance to find a better hotel or sleep in my car.

The hotel was run down and not clean. Our bathroom was dirty, we had to clean it before we used it. The vent fan in bathroom did not work either. Carpet in room was sticky, we kept socks or shoes on at all times. No smoke detector in the room. Stains on furniture and walls. Just over a cheap, run down hotel. Don’t waste your money here.

The person that checks in had a bad attitude and couldn't have cared less about her job. Our room absolutely reeked of body odor, very strong and disgusting. The place is falling apart, missing rails in stairways, nasty carpets in halls and room, out dated and tacky. The bathroom was dirty and the water didn't get close to warm. The shower head sucked. I will never stay here and do not recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed at the prices they charge for such a slum of a hotel.

Dark room with no window to outside and very little lighting. Not a separate room suite as advertised. Staff rarely at front desk so I couldn’t ask to change rooms. Pool area dark and smells moldy, murky pool water.

Room was missing blackout curtains. The heating unit didn’t work properly & set at 68 we woke in the night sweating! There was someone down the hall cooking a very pungent meal in their room!

Heater was unbelievably loud and cranked up to 80 on its own in the middle of the night. No dark curtains on the windows let the building outdoor lights keep the room super bright all night. 🙄

Check-in was easy, lots of on-site parking. Rooms are dated but does have a new large TV. Does not have a restaurant/bar, no expectation on if/when it might be available. This is an old Holiday Inn, that is being brought back to life. It is IHG affiliated.

Rooms are smaller than pictures make it seem. wallpaper was starting to peel in the shower and hallways leading up to rooms. Snows a lot in the mountains during the winter (especially in a ski town) but parking lot went unplowed during our stay and we kinda had to make our own parking after returning from our concert. the people across the hall had a dog with them that barked at any sound made nearby, owners didnt seem to care or left the dog in the room unattended. Disappointed for the amount we spent for a single nights stay, wouldn’t recommend :/

This place was creepy, dirty rooms, I found nails on the rug from previous guest. Bathroom was dirty. Looks old and smells bad. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds I ever stayed in. The check in was fast but finding elevators, parking and our room was hard. Hallways were dark and made it creepy. Did not enjoy it at all will not come back.

The property is convenient and good for a place to sleep. Safety lock on door didn't work (not installed properly). We had to use bed cover to obtain privacy over window (Sheer curtain was see through and privacy curtain covered maybe 1/4 of window).

The lobby was nice. The room looked good but with further inspection, there was no towel rod and the hook in the bathroom had been removed and not replaced. The shower didn’t drain well and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

I booked 2 nights. For some reason my key card did not after the first night. I was skiing all day, then visited with friends until late. I returned at midnight. My key did not work. I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes or so then knocked on the employee door near the front desk. No one came out. In man time, my son tried his card - it did not work. I then called the hotel and they told me to go to the front desk. I was able to get new cards around 12:40. So exhausted and disappointed. Not sure why cards didnt work when we were booked for 2 nights!

I called the front desk and asked the girl that answered at 230pm if she can match the expedia rate she said she was off in 30 minutes and I should call back and talk to someone else. She was SOOOO rude to me! The guy that checked me in was Nicholas and he was helpful. When I was in the room and called the front desk from the room phone and my cell phone no answer which is not right what if I had an emergency and needed help! I walked downstais and nicholas said his manager had him running all over the place for an hour and no coverage at the Front desk! What if someone waiting an hour to check in! That is crazy to leave the front desk unattended that long.

They didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all. Plumbing was bad and traveled with someone with stomach issues. The first time a toilet plugged, they moved us to a different room. The second time, they told us there was no help available in the evenings, promised maintenance would fix it the next day, and then did nothing for the next two days. The pool was murky and freezing. People kept wanting to come into our room while we were there to measure things for renovation. We checked out 2 nights early. No money back. Don’t risk it!

Convenient location. Was not looking forward to staying there after reading all the negative reviews. They wouldn't let me cancel last minute....... i tried. Ultimately it wasn't as bad as i thought it was gonna be. Furniture was in rough shape. Front desk doesn't always answer the phone

Not sure why all the bad reviews, I suppose people are expecting a Ritz-Carlton experience for under $200 a night, get real! The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and the location is amazing (the free shuttle stop to and from Copper Mountain is right outside the parking lot). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again!

We were only here for one day and we wanted to actually stay another night. We had a very tight schedule, but we will come back to this hotel again. Natalie the front desk reception was exceptional and i even asked for the lake view and she was able to accommodate us and since we were traveling with family, she put our rooms side by side. Thank you Natalie!

My Wife and I had a great and comfortable stay while here. The location is really great. 15 minute drive to Breckenridge and about the same to Keystone. Was minutes away from downtown Frisco and right next to Starbucks. Very convenient:). The only downside was the staff or lack thereof. We had to wait about 15 minutes when we walked in to check in at about 5pm for staff to come to the front desk. Not a great first impression. There were other times when we needed something and came to the front desk and no one was there. Other than that I would recommend this place.

The hotel location and price was good. You are getting slightly dated finishes, with some obvious aging to the place. BUT overall no real complaints about the space. You know what to expect. Solid base camp, but not a place to "hang out."

Wanted to stay within distance to copper mountain and Arapahoe basin. It’s a bit more dated than I anticipated but it was fine since we just essentially rested there. Parking is easy however, walls are thin so you can hear stomping or noise from neighbors. Didn’t get the best sleep but oh well.

Great location. Rec path and lake within walking. The hotel is under major renovations so no breakfast service, no pool etc. But I feel the price reflected that accordingly and it was affordable for us. We had an excellent stay visiting our son and hiking the area.

Not sure why all the bad reviews, I suppose people are expecting a Ritz-Carlton experience for under $200 a night, get real! The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and the location is amazing (the free shuttle stop to and from Copper Mountain is right outside the parking lot). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again!

The restaurant on site has a lot of potential. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was doing an amazing job by himself. He was very attentive. We really liked the food. The cold weather really did a job on the pipes and it took forever for the water to get hot. I just didn’t have the patience. Fortunately, my companion did. She enjoyed a hot shower. The king size bed was excellent and overall the room was very comfortable.

Booked last minute. No rollaway bed, but offered extra linens. Clean but many things not safe/maintained. Wall hairdryer did not work until I pushed on the cracked plug-in, phone in workout room was hanging by its cord, no water in dispenser. No faucet worked in lobby bathroom and restaurant permanently closed.

The receptionist was not friendly or helpful. She could not answer any of our questions we had about the area. The restaurant was closed so no breakfast and we were not told that it was closed. I would not recommend staying here.

No breakfast as advertised. Super confusing elevators and laundry locations. Snow boots NOT allowed for a hotel in Frisco is ridiculous although the staff did not seem to care if you actually wear them in the lobby. Convient public transportation to the copper mountain. There are some restaurants in the Safeway plaza but I wouldn’t suggest walkimg to the restaurants.

I liked the mexican restaurant that was there. However, when you go to book online, it says breakfast is available, and then at check in, found out they don't serve breakfast at all. Thats a big incentive when looking. There was no coffee available in the room either. Pool was nice.
