The air conditioner was pretty loud, but we told the desk clerk when we left and hopefully it will be take care of. The breakfast was slim on choices, but what they had was good and the dining area is nice.

Hotel: Days Inn & Suites Stay Dates: 7/23–7/24 Room: 306 When I arrived to check in, I waited approximately 10 minutes before someone came to assist me at the front desk. During that time, it appeared the staff member was handling multiple tasks and seemed overwhelmed. I noticed they were carrying dirty bedding and placed it on the floor before assisting me. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed a strong smell of smoke. The bedding also smelled like smoke, there was feces left on the toilet, and the floors appeared as though they had not been vacuumed or mopped. I called the front desk to request a room change, but no one answered. I considered leaving and finding another hotel, but after searching, I found that other hotels in the area were fully booked due to a volleyball tournament and Frontier Days. Because of the condition of the room, I had to place a DoorDash order for cleaning supplies and an additional blanket so I could clean the space and have a more sanitary and comfortable place to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing and not the level of cleanliness or service I expected. I would appreciate a review of this situation and a reasonable resolution given the condition of the room upon arrival. I will be requesting a refund.

The room was OK but there were issues with room key that needed to be reprogrammed several times. There were only local channels on TV as hotel was changing providers. Wake up call didn’t happen. Breakfast food was picked over and not replenished every day when I went down at 7am. Outside table area was littered with butts and bottle caps. Staff was nice.

Ac in our room wasn't working properly and they have the nerve to post signs stating guest are not allowed to take food from the continental breakfast items back to there room. Excuse me im a ground adult and not an elementary student l. Who do you think you are to post something like that when you dont even give someone 24 hours at the hotel we get maybe 20 hours lol what a joke
