TownePlace Suites Denver Southwest/Littleton

We had no hot water, the fridge was making a grinding sound. We reported the water issue in the evening. By morning nothing had been done and there was still no hot water and nobody had been called to fix it. The breakfast was ok.

Not what is advertised. I have no idea how this location was rated so high. Old. Dated. Bathroom very small. Doors access does not work. Staff rude.

Staff was really good. The staff in cafeteria was kind and friendly. The room was good. However there is black mold under the flooring in front of the tub. We jad a baby with us and could be dangerous. Walls in kitchen weren't clean or side of refrigerator. Simplest of items to ensure cleanliness would be helpful and thorough vacuuming. Updating the room with new curtains and paint would go along way. .

If you are looking for a decent room with kitchen in the Ken Caryl area of greater Denver, and you do not want to spend a lot, this is a great place. We've stayed twice in two years, and it has served us well both times. Just around the corner from SH 470 (C-470) and only about 15 miles off of I-70, it's a short drive to some beautiful scenery. Very close to Red Rocks, which is why we chose it. Not at all fancy, but a solid choice for the money.
