The hotel is located close to city center. Very quick to get to everything. There is a river trail a shaort walk away. We were able to have our pet with us. The breakfast was actually larger than I thought it would be, and very good. The hotel pool was out of service. The reason I booked here. It is also very noisy. I could here noise from the room above us most of the night. Being close to a hardware was not great. They got a delivery at 440am. Overall, I would stay here again. The pool will hopefully be up and running the next trip.

Pool was a highlight for my kids (hot tub bonus for adults). Breakfast offerring had a great variety of options. Room was clean and spacious for my family of 4 + dog. We appreciate being able to bring our pet!

I have stayed here multiple times - no issue. This time, I started itching and woke up itching everywhere. Being deliriously tired, I asked the front desk where to get itch cream and drove around Longmont at 2am without thinking about it. Went back to sleep and woke up with over 50 bites on my body. When I spoke to the front desk lady about it - she said "you made me cry with your tone when you asked for itch lotion places"? I made YOU cry? Are you kidding - is your body covered in bed bug bites? What on earth does it have to do with you???? An incredible lack of empathy and human looking for pity to have to speak to someone who has just been eaten alive by bugs in your hotel. Did you know that the bites itch for 2 weeks? How about thinking every single time I lay down that those creepy bugs have come back from your hotel to my home, just waiting out the gestation period to see if they are in my home and not sleeping through the night for WEEKS!! I am SOOOO Disgusted!

Pros: Great service and breakfast. Property and the room seemed very clean. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Cons: Room 102 is right next to breakfast area. The staff that set up breakfast are making a lot of banging noises starting around 5:30am and continues throughout breakfast (until 10am). So choose another room.

Everythign was okay, clean and helpful staff. DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST so cannot comment on that. The bed was pretty bad though, springs poking us in various spots. NEEDS NEW MATTRESS!

I paid for 2 extra nights we didnt stay because of a family emergency. I had to be hospitalized. Treated rudly when we asked for any compensation for the nights we were loosing. Tub in the room was broken, had to shove a towel in the bottom to give children a bath, couldnt sleep beacuse of other guests being obnoxious (stomping back and fourth ALL night) yes we had 3 kids but we stayed quiet and respectful to those around us. Only thing we looked forward to was breakfast and the options were disappointing. Even got ugly looks and eye rolls from morning cleaning crew when we seamed to inconvience them with a 5 person family in the elevator. After that the only thing we enjoyed about our stay was the hot tub and pool. We stayed 1 night out of the booked 3 so i felt my stay was wasted and my money would have been better spent somewhere else. Next time i visit my family in the state, i will not be staying with any Hampton Inn. I would have had better service and hospitality at a super 8 then i did here. In all my years traveling and experiencing hotels, ive never seen treatment like this. The comfort inn we stayed at on the way up had better service than you. For your future guests, i really hope you do better.

The staff were phenomenal! If I didn’t know better I would think they were family, in the good sense. The only significant concern was the low-flow toilet that was too often no-go! How significant is the savings if multiple flushes are required to accomplish what a single standard flush will achieve?

Hands down, this property owner and her staff are some if the best in the business. They were very accomodating given some difficult circumstances that were beyond their control. I appreciated all they did to help faciltate our requests and make for an enjoyable rest of our trip. They were professional even when i was not, at times. I cant state hiw out of character it is for me to give a good review if a hotel... not sure that i ever have!

Hands down, this property owner and her staff are some if the best in the business. They were very accomodating given some difficult circumstances that were beyond their control. Great clean and well kept place to stay. Close to a ton of things to do, great restaurants, and more! Staff is friendly and professional. Definitely will be back when visiting the area.

Slept like a baby 💤 and enjoyed a breakfast buffet that was superb!! Scones, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and lots of coffee with all the trimmings. Best breakfast buffet ever.

I paid for 2 extra nights we didnt stay because of a family emergency. I had to be hospitalized. Treated rudly when we asked for any compensation for the nights we were loosing. Tub in the room was broken, had to shove a towel in the bottom to give children a bath, couldnt sleep beacuse of other guests being obnoxious (stomping back and fourth ALL night) yes we had 3 kids but we stayed quiet and respectful to those around us. Only thing we looked forward to was breakfast and the options were disappointing. Even got ugly looks and eye rolls from morning cleaning crew when we seamed to inconvience them with a 5 person family in the elevator. After that the only thing we enjoyed about our stay was the hot tub and pool. We stayed 1 night out of the booked 3 so i felt my stay was wasted and my money would have been better spent somewhere else. Next time i visit my family in the state, i will not be staying with any Hampton Inn. I would have had better service and hospitality at a super 8 then i did here. In all my years traveling and experiencing hotels, ive never seen treatment like this. The comfort inn we stayed at on the way up had better service than you. For your future guests, i really hope you do better.

Highlight was excellent breakfasts that ran to 10 AM. Also, very convenient location on Main St that allowed easy access to downtown Longmont and Highway 119 to Boulder. Good size staff to handle the business. Overall much better that other motels in area. No complaints.

Computers were down and we were locked out of the room because of technical issues on getting checked in. Devon,the desk clerk, was rude when I asked if the check-in was successful and said, “You got into your room, didn’t you? What’s your problem?” A maid came by with a hook to break into our locked room and when we answered the door, she said we had no right to the room and said my partner was not shown as having a legitimate right to even be there. We left the room to go downstairs to strengthen out the issue and tried reentry and our keys would not work because the staff deactivated our key. When presented with documentation for a 5-day two-person stay from Hotels.com, the front desk admitted the mistake and the desk clerk said Devon had not checked us in properly which caused the deactivation. When we checked out, Devon would not give us a pen to use to sign an anniversary card, he said the printer was not working to provide a receipt, and then bombed my emails to send 27 copies of the receipt. Besides all of this, the TV reception was horrible because of the internet connection, the fitted sheets were the wrong size, and we had to beg for more than two bath towels which Devon told us was the maximum allowed. When we walked out for the last time, Devon spelled his name slowly twice and said,”Sue me”. I am 77 years old and have never been treated so rudely by any motel, anywhere. Hampton Inn should be ashamed to have a facility like this among their motels.
