Very nice breakfast offers - excellent range that I really enjoyed - coffee, dining area in general. Nice pool and gym facility if I had more stay time. Very, very clean and enjoyed the minifridge for my water - 103 degrees the day I stayed. Linens and pillows very comfy - amazing tv screen. Looking forward to another stay.

We had a great 4 night stay while visiting our Ranger son at Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The hotel was very comfortable and yhe staff was great!! Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare. Great laundry facilities on every floor.

My room was spotless and very comfortable. I appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Gas station and convenience store next door, and then the airport was the next turn, so I was easily able to gas up and return rental car before my flight. Really convenient. Breakfast was a bit sad, typical budget hotel fare.

Stayed one night while visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Loved how close of a drive it was to the NP. First hot breakfast we had on our road trip which was definitely needed. Very clean and well maintained. There was coffee 24/7 which we definitely enjoyed. We've been traveling for several days so we bought some ready to go meals to heat up in the microwave. The only thing is that there wasn't one in the room but there was one in the lobby so that helped us for heating our dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was really nice but the property was exceedingly loud and we were promised a queen bed and they definitely did not deliver on that promise. The mattress was hard and the bed was a twin at best.

Nice place to stay on a trip from Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Mesa Verde National Parks. Good quality for the cost. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Lots of outlets for charging devices, good wifi, clean comfortable bed, etc. Pretty quiet as well. Very close to the main street in town and pet friendly. Would recommend,

Great, clean, very conveniently located by the airport. Very good continental breakfast as well. Room 220 however has a broken lock. We got help with it but it is not working. Otherwise really great, pleasant and quiet hotel. I personally loved the comfortable bed a lot!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us! Free soda and water when we asked where we could buy some. We asked if the breakfast would be available the next morning before the usual 6 am, because we had to meet our fishing guides at 6:00, and the told us they would make up some sack breakfasts for us to go! In the morning they opened early AND still gave us sacks of fruit, yogurt, muffins and juice! Service with a smile is still the norm in Montrose, CO.

The stay there was ok but did not provide a closet or microwave and I was put into a handicap room without requesting it. Still waiting on the $75 refund they said I would receive. If not will be trying the Marriott there in town since I travel there frequently and they just opened. I feel if they don’t refund what should be refunded then it is a rip oof

The reservation policy is unhelpful. We made a reservation and later found that we had the wrong week. When we contacted the hotel, the answer was we can't correct the date. We had to pay for the original unused date and the corrected date.

Very nice breakfast offers - excellent range that I really enjoyed - coffee, dining area in general. Nice pool and gym facility if I had more stay time. Very, very clean and enjoyed the minifridge for my water - 103 degrees the day I stayed. Linens and pillows very comfy - amazing tv screen. Looking forward to another stay.

Only a one night stay. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Large bathroom with lots of counter space. Breakfast was nothing special but lots of choices.

It was good, very clean. Breakfast is a bit cramped but a good variety. The inside of the hotel is more updated than the exterior.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us! Free soda and water when we asked where we could buy some. We asked if the breakfast would be available the next morning before the usual 6 am, because we had to meet our fishing guides at 6:00, and the told us they would make up some sack breakfasts for us to go! In the morning they opened early AND still gave us sacks of fruit, yogurt, muffins and juice! Service with a smile is still the norm in Montrose, CO.

My room was spotless and very comfortable. I appreciated how quiet the hotel was. Gas station and convenience store next door, and then the airport was the next turn, so I was easily able to gas up and return rental car before my flight. Really convenient. Breakfast was a bit sad, typical budget hotel fare.

Staff was great. Room furnishing were in great shape. Room was clean and breakfast was hot. It’s close to several restaurants, gas, and the National Park.

First let me say that this trip was not for pleasure as we came to Montrose for a funeral. We were very surprised to see the room rates were doubled from what we had previously experienced but our son told us it was “high season”. Never-the-less we were hopeful that it would be pleasant. We were wrong. Check-in was perfectly fine. Upon entering our room on the back side of the first floor, we discovered that we had been “dumped” into a very small area. Everything was clean including the bathroom. However, the area was so small that we barely had two feet to walk between the end of the beds and the furniture. There was only 1 chair and no microware. We were booked for 3 nights. We wondered if we had been given less then desirable accommodations as a result of reserving through Hotels.com? The “free” breakfast was routine and certainly nothing to rave about. We skipped the last two mornings and ate out. Overall, we are rating this unfortunate experience as a 2 star. Not to be repeated!

Great location to the airport but not friendly or helpful front desk. Small sink in bathroom, no where to put toiletries. Thin walls, noisy. Budget hotel priced like a luxury hotel- won’t stay there again.
