The room smelled musty, but looked clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool area needs updating and sprucing up, but has so much potential! The hot tub was unusable and some chairs were broken. With some updates this hotel would be excellent.

No lights in the parking lot, stains everywhere in the room, trim falling off, disgusting bathrooms. Our vehicle was broken into and it is a known issue at this hotel that no one is warned about. A terrible reflection on the Hampton brand. I will never stay here again.

The heated pool was a hit with the kids during the cooler temperatures. The free breakfast each morning was both a time saver and a money saver as well! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank you!

The place was nice but they need to put cameras up. If you're paying over $200 for one night, there should be some form of protection. We had two bikes stolen off the back of a uhaul. They were locked on a bike rack. Our kids were so upset. The breakfast was really good and the room was pretty clean. Just wish they would have had a way to see who the thief was. Didn't know that one night there would cost 600 dollars!

Property stolen from a locked metal windowless truck shell. The property does not have cameras. When reported to the police, the police said this happens frequently and that Hampton Inn has been aware and still does nothing. But worse they advertise and assure guests that it is safe. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

Filthy! Room wasn’t ready for two hours. When we checked into our room, there were already guest in it . When we checked into our second room, it wasn’t cleaned. There was bedding all over towels all over trashes were full when we checked into our third room it was cleaned about 50% of the way beds were made at least.

Could not adjust thermostat in room. Asked for another room and was given upgrade to suite. There were two thermostats in this room, and neither could be adjusted. It was 100 deg outside and the rooms were set to 68 deg which was too cold. A/C ran continuously. Front desk staff was not helpful.

Good customer service and friendly staff. We asked to switch rooms when we arrived and they accommodated us immediately with no hassle. Even the lady serving breakfast asked how our breakfast was. I would have liked to see breakfast served earlier than 6:30 since I was out by 6 for work each day. I was also bummed the hot tub was filled in with dirt and unusable

The lady at the front desk was rude and initially would not honor our Expedia reservation. She said we should have used the Hampton app to be sure to get a room, not a third party app. Our room was hot and there was a tear in the ceiling drywall that was about a foot in length.

Lady at front desk over charge my cards three different times. I was splitting the bill with someone and she kept charging for full amount. She also charge my card to reserve the room witch was a double charge. Be careful about staying here because the front desk is incompetent!!!

I arrived around 4:30, for a 3pm check-in time, and was told my room was not ready. I asked if was still able to get a first floor room, since i have my service dog with me, and it was requested when i booked. The front desk lady sounded like there was one bottom floor room left and that it was still being cleaned, but 15min later, when I was told the room was ready, I didn't have a first floor room. On top of that, i was given an East-facing room that had full sunlight at 5:17am. Otherwise, it was any typical room I have stayed.

Pros: Close to highway and fast food (if thats what youre into) Staff was very kind and helpful A lot of breakfast options Hotel was clean for what it was Pool is heated to 80 Gym had a peloton Cons: Not a great neighborhood Across from 2 marijuana dispensaries (could be a pro depending on your pref) Charged for parking but claim no liability for parking lot theft Generally speaking the hotel is in desperate need of a remodel: wallpaper is peeling everywhere, mold in bathroom, tub was in disrepair, dripping faucets, sloppy caulking, several doors including my room had crowbar marks/had been kicked in, etc. Overall, it should've been a budget price for the condition ($60 sounds fair) not the $100 I paid. I would drive past this place and head for a Marriott.

The staff at breakfast is awesome - so kind and helpful. The staff behind the desk are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spotless. High marks! Just wish it was closer/walkable to restaurants a shops.

The staff at breakfast is awesome - so kind and helpful. The staff behind the desk are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spotless. High marks! Just wish it was closer/walkable to restaurants a shops.

Some kind of pizza sauce or something on the sofa in the room. No one at the front desk in the morning. Cars in parking lot get broken into a fair amount. The hotel is nice, breakfast generous, but the location will keep us from returning.

Property stolen from a locked metal windowless truck shell. The property does not have cameras. When reported to the police, the police said this happens frequently and that Hampton Inn has been aware and still does nothing. But worse they advertise and assure guests that it is safe. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

A.C. sounded like it was going to vibrated out of the wall every time it kicked on. mold on the a.c. Breakfast was awesome, staff was great. Beds were okay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was hair left in my shower, though. And there was what looked like some blood on the wall in the bathroom. I also wish that they started breakfast a little earlier. I was staying there while on call at the hospital but bc they don’t start breakfast until 0630, I wasn’t able to take advantage of that offering.

The building looked old and outdated. There was a commercial type space fan in lobby. The room was dirty. The bathtub had hair in it. The bathtub was dingy and had orange mold or mildew on top where caulking meets the wall. In some place of the ceiling, it looked like it was peeling. Truly disappointed for a Hampton Inn by Hilton.

Had to change rooms due to rust in the bathtub & peeling wallpaper. The 2nd room had dirty floors in kitchen & bathroom. The grout on bathroom floor was black & needs to be professionally cleaned. The outside of property was filthy. The dogs were allowed to urinate right by front entrance. Concrete needed power washing. Trash was over flowing in trash cans outside & inside lobby. No air conditioning in lobby. Said they were having problems with it. Will never stay at another Hampton
